The Vampire Diaries star, 42, popped the question to 25-year-old model Natalie Kuckenburg.
The beauty revealed the news with a black-and-white photo on Instagram Saturday, July 19, showing off her massive oval-cut diamond.
'Yes,' she captioned the close-up shot of their hands. 'Always and forever.'
Wesley hasn't posted the engagement on his own account yet, but just three days earlier, he shared a sun-soaked carousel from an Italian getaway, writing, 'A beautiful time in Tuscany.'
Kuckenburg was seen lounging poolside in one of the snaps, and added her own gushing comment: 'The best time!!'
By Thursday, July 17, the couple was seen kissing on the Amalfi Coast — capping off their whirlwind summer romance with even more PDA.
Wesley opened up about his love life in a rare March 2024 interview with PEOPLE, revealing that keeping things light and full of laughter is the secret to their strong connection.
'There's two people that are the funniest people in my life — Number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend,' Wesley said at the time.
'I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh,' he added.
'I think it's probably one of the most important things in a relationship.'
Wesley and Kuckenburg first sparked romance rumors in November 2022 after being spotted on a cozy dinner date in Nerano.
That came just months after Wesley's rep confirmed he and de Ramon had quietly split after three years of marriage.
The exes didn't have children and finalized things amicably in 2024.
Wesley also waived future spousal support and de Ramon requesting to restore her former name.
De Ramon has since moved on with Hollywood royalty.
She and Pitt, 60, began dating in fall 2023 following her breakup with Wesley.
And the pair's new romance has been stealing the spotlight on nearly every F1 movie red carpet, with the couple looking more smitten than ever.
