Ted Lasso Season 4 first look is out
Following the heart-breaking Season 3 ending, there had been months of speculation, but now the streamer and key cast members have confirmed the revival of the show. Jason Sudeikis' hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, served as the starting point for production in July 2025. Additional filming was planned in London.
Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely are among the other new actors entering this season. Feely will now portray Ted's son, Henry Lasso. Although the new cast's character details are still unknown, the combination of returning favourites and upcoming talent suggests an exciting and new season.
'Ted Lasso Season 4' cast and crew
• Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso)
• Brendan Hunt (Coach Beard)
• Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca Welton)
• Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent)
• Juno Temple (Keeley Jones)
• Jeremy Swift (Leslie Higgins)
There's been a vital recasting like Grant Feely will now play Ted's son, Henry, taking over from Gus Turner in line with the new narrative needed. 'Ted Lasso Season 4: The plot
No complete teaser or trailer has been made public as of yet. However, a quick first look video that shows Jeremy Swift (Higgins), Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca), Jason Sudeikis (Ted), and Juno Temple (Keeley) together in what looks to be an American cafe has been released by Apple TV+, suggesting a possible new setting for the narrative.
In Season 4, Ted will return to Richmond to coach a women's football team in the second division, per Apple's official synopsis. Compared to the previous seasons, which focused on AFC Richmond's men's team, this represents a major change. The upcoming season, which explores themes of risk-taking and personal development, promises both old friends and new challenges.
When will 'Ted Lasso Season 4' be out?
Ted Lasso Season 4 does not yet have a definite premiere date as of July 2025. Apple TV+ has not set (or announced) a specific release date, even though production is in progress and first-look photos have been made public.
Though it is theoretical and not officially confirmed by Apple TV+, a late 2025 or early 2026 debut seems possible based on typical streaming production times and the ongoing shoot in both the U.S. and the U.K.

Who after Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni? Ravi Shastri reveals India's next pin-up boy: 'He's young, fresh, has the looks'
Ravi Shastri NEW DELHI: Former India head coach and World Cup-winning all-rounder Ravi Shastri has tipped Shubman Gill to be the next poster boy of Indian cricket , following in the footsteps of icons like Sachin Tendulkar , MS Dhoni , and Virat Kohli . Speaking on the Stick to Cricket podcast, Shastri not only revealed the staggering endorsement earnings of Indian stars but also identified the next faces likely to dominate the public imagination. Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW! "Shubman Gill will be the next one. There'll be Yashasvi Jaiswal too. Somehow, they always like batsmen," Shastri said, referring to India's fan-favourite superstars. Poll Do you believe Shubman Gill will become the next cricket superstar in India? Yes, definitely! No, I have doubts. "The start he's had now, with his captaincy and the runs he's made, he'll be the pin-up boy for sure. He's young, fresh, has the looks. Now is the time to cash in." Gill, currently leading India in the Test series against England, has drawn attention for his batting as well as his composure under pressure, despite the on-field flare-up at Lord's. "He's calm," Shastri said. "You saw him finger-pointing, but with exposure and time, I think he'll settle down." Shubman Gill's captaincy debut wins praise: Gambhir, Kotak & Jaiswal react! Earlier in the same episode, Shastri also made headlines by revealing how much top Indian cricketers earn off the field. "They earn a lot through endorsements, for sure… upwards of Rs 100 crores (10 million pounds)," he revealed, stunning the panel. "Someone like Dhoni, Kohli, or Tendulkar in his pomp — they'd do 15-20 ads a year. It's per day. They'll give you one day to shoot, and then that ad can be played out as many times as needed." Shastri's comments underscore both the star power and market appeal of modern Indian cricketers — and, in his view, Shubman Gill is all set to carry that legacy forward into the next generation.
