Wanting to show off their romance, Chris recently posted a series of loved-up snaps with JoJo to his Instagram account.
The carousel of photos included them gazing lovingly at each other, sharing kisses, lounging at home, playing sports including tennis and golf, spending time with family, and soaking up some sun poolside.
Chris captioned the post: "Just everything. Missing you," and added a series of emojis, including a white love heart.
While Chris received mainly positive comments from his 2.2 million followers, other people were not so kind, but the TV star did not shy away from standing up for himself.
One troll named Pauline wrote: "Does anybody else find this creepy," to which Chris responded, "No Pauline, you're miserable, p**s off kindly," and she retorted, "lol we see long it lasts."
Christ wrote back to her: "Yeah again, you don't need to speak, you don't follow me, respectfully do one thank you."
But the trolling did not end there with another hater named Liz writing: "Mate sort yourself out. You would do anything for fame," and a fan of Chris stepped in to defend him: "Oh Liz, imagine hating someone who's just living and happy. Misery aren't you."
Liz replied: "I don't hate anybody sweetheart I just live in the real world," and Chris responded to her, "the real world! online bullies are the real world apparently."
The experience of online trolling and bullying were very common for the famous pair and could trigger intense emotions, as was proved recently when Chris accidentally triggered memories of abuse from bullies for Jojo.
The singer took to Instagram to share a video of the pair as she said: 'I'm drying my hair right now and he goes, 'You have a really good hairline'.'
JoJo Siwa breaks down in tears after boyfriend Chris Hughes accidentally triggers memories of bully abuse
As the two laughed, Chris added: 'You do have a good hairline, I don't get what's making you laugh.'
JoJo said: 'No, it's making me cry, that's the number one thing I was bullied for as a kid.'
As Chris comforted his girlfriend, she opened up: 'That's destroyed me over the years and you've just said it out of literal nowhere and it was really nice.'
The Love Island star proceeded to wipe JoJo's tears from her face with a tissue as the couple hugged in a sweet embrace.
JoJo previously revealed she experienced a stress rash as a child, which caused hair loss on one side of her head.
This was made worse by the tight hairstyles she wore for dance performances, with the Dance Moms star being known for her signature ponytail.

Alexis Warr is ready to impress the Strictly Come Dancing fans and judges after her surprise link with a Celebrity Big Brother star came to light Strictly Come Dancing fans are looking forward to a new professional dancer gracing their screens - and it can now be revealed she has a surprise link to a Celebrity Big Brother star. Since her Strictly announcement, Alexis has taken o her Instagram Stories to share the experience so far. Sharing her own images, she has also re-shared bits from other members of the cast, including Nadiya Bychkova, who labelled her a "joy" as she welcomed her to the team. Alexis joins the BBC show from the US. She made history in 2022 after becoming the first female ballroom and Latin dancer to win So You Think You Can Dance. The accolade earned the title of America's favourite dancer. After joining Strictly, Alexis said: "I've admired Strictly for years, so joining this incredible family is such an honour. I can't wait to step into the ballroom, pour my heart into every moment, and share my love of dance with the UK.' Alexis and fellow newcomer Julian Caillon have joined the current cast of professional dancers, which includes Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, and Katya Jones. The new series, which will once again be hosted by recent MBE recipients, Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, will also welcome back Johannes Radebe, Aljaz Skorjanec, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola. 'They're two incredible dancers with bright futures ahead of them, and we know viewers are going to love getting to know them both.' Kalpna Patel-Knight, head of entertainment at the BBC, added: 'Alexis and Julian are the perfect additions to Strictly, and we can't wait for you to see them light up the ballroom this autumn. 'With our fantastic professional dancers, plus everything else we love about Strictly, the new series promises to be bigger, better and even more glitter-packed than ever before.'

England rugby ace 'is the latest celebrity being lined up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing' - and his pro pairing looks written in the stars
England rugby player Chris Robshaw is the latest celebrity reportedly being lined up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing. The Rugby Union star, 39, is said to be lined up to compete on the BBC dancing show, which is filmed at the BBC's Elstree base, is set to return to screens this Autumn. Standing at 6ft 2in, it is likely the sportsman will be paired up with the tallest female dancer, 35-year-old Nadiya Bychkova. A source told The Sun: 'Chris is likely to be the hunkiest celebrity signing for the 2025 show and if he does get paired with Nadiya will deliver some sizzling performances. 'But as a former rugby star he'll also have some big dance shoes to fill as plenty of other players have gone onto Strictly and done remarkably well. Chris's last reality TV stint came on SAS Who Dares Wins, where he was forced to drop out after needing emergency surgery following a bust-up with Love Islander Ovie Soko. During an episode, Chris was put in the ring with Ovie, 33, for a brutal boxing match challenge. But as the two men battled it out to be named fighting champion, Ovie wasted no time getting in the first punch. As Chris struggled to recover from the immediate blow, Ovie saw his opportunity and kept the punches swinging - hopeful for a quick defeat. Just seconds after the whistle blew for the fight to commence, Chris shouted he had 'dislocated his shoulder.' Within 12 hours, Chris was put on a plane and was flown to hospital to have surgery. Chris's Strictly signing comes just one day after another star was 'confirmed' after being spotted at the studio by eagle-eyed fans. Dani Dyer, 28, was reportedly seen at the studio this week after it was rumoured that she could be set to join the line-up. Sharing a post to Reddit, someone wrote: 'My daughter's a receptionist at Elstree and was super excited that she saw Dani Dyer at the studio yesterday. Something to do with Strictly??' Delighted fans commented: 'I've heard her name floating around so thats brill news x' Another added: 'She is rumoured actually! I guess she will be on it, she'll be good.' Neighbours veteran Stefan Dennis has reportedly also signed up to appear on the new series of Strictly. The actor, 66, has played the womanising and villainous Paul Robinson on the Australian soap for four decades, but finally wrapped up filming for the show's final episode. In April this year it was reported that Stacey Solomon had been approached by BBC bosses to star on this year's series of Strictly after she admitted she is 'obsessed' with the show. The presenter, 35, caught producers' eyes after she scooped a National Television Award for her BBC One series Sort Your Life Out last September. A source told The Sun: 'Stacey is a hit with viewers thanks to her lovable personality. 'The BBC always want to showcase their own talent on Strictly and Stacey's show has already bagged them an NTA.' Meanwhile it was reported that Vicky Pattison had also been offered a spot on this year's series. The reality TV star, 37, is said to have caught the attention of producers when she cheered on pal Pete Wicks from the audience during last year's series - and now bosses are keen to bring her centre stage. A source said: 'Vicky loved watching Pete on the series and was in awe of the detail that goes into every performance. 'She has great energy and will no doubt be a hit with the viewers. 'Vicky's done plenty of reality shows but is ready to be out of her comfort zone on the dance floor.' Gladiators star Nitro has also been rumoured to have signed up for this year's show after 'impressing' BBC producers on the Christmas special. The superhuman, 36, took part in last year's festive edition and was paired with professional dancer Nancy Xu. And now Nitro, whose real name is Harry Aikines Aryeetey, has reportedly agreed to appear on the regular series this autumn. A show insider told The Sun how the ex-Olympian had been on bosses' wish list for some time now. It has also been claimed that member of high society and MasterChef star, Tom Parker-Bowles, is also in the running for Strictly this year. And Strictly bosses have also reportedly signed up Apprentice star Thomas Skinner in the hopes he'll attract 'working-class blokes' to the show. While last month, it was said that the BBC series was in talks with Paul C. Brunson to appear, with bosses convinced they could rely on the star not to fall victim to the show's infamous 'curse'.

Celebrity Big Brother legend launching surprise music career as she teams up with Zara Larsson for sexy single
ZARA Larsson has worked with everyone from MNEK to David Guetta and Clean Bandit. But now the Swedish singer has lined up a very surprising collaboration with a Celebrity Big Brother legend. 3 3 3 Insiders have told The Sun that Zara, 27, has called on reality TV sensation Tiffany 'New York' Pollard for a brand new single called Hot And Sexy. Tiffany, 43, became an internet sensation on a series of shows in the US before a stint on Celebrity Big Brother here in 2016, where she clashed with Gemma Collins. She also went viral during her infamous 'David's dead' breakdown, where she mistakenly believed their housemate David Guest had died, after Angie Bowie told her that her ex-husband, rock star David Bowie, had passed away. A source said: 'Zara is a big fan of Tiffany's and has seen the cultural significance of what she does. 'On TikTok, Tiffany is off the charts and Zara approached her to see if she wanted to team up. 'Tiff helped write the track as well as singing alongside Zara on it. It's such a fun, upbeat song - it's going to be massive. 'Zara had so much fun working with her. They're going to be firm friends for life.' Tiffany returned to our screens earlier this year when she appeared as a guest on Celebrity Big Brother's Late And Live. One episode descended into chaos after Tiffany confronted Daley Thompson, branding him 'rotten'. After Daley, who was the third celeb to leave the house, made a comment about Tiffany being 'friendless' she hit back and said: 'Listen sweetheart, I don't need your friendship. Zara Larsson teases surprise joint album with HUGE US star as she says 'I think she's incredible 'Because, you might be a good kisser but you might need to kiss some tomatoes because you are rotten, honey.' Tiffany also confronted Trisha Goddard when she was evicted, calling her out for being 'rude'. Host Will Best asked: 'Is it bad out here in the real world?' prompting Trisha to reply: 'I could've run back in, but no, honestly by the time I got here, I've been used to studios like this for 35 years, and so I felt at home.' Tiffany then interjected and said: 'Oh that's why you were so rude to me upstairs during the debrief thing when you told me that I was small because you felt at home to be rude.'
