RANGERS have already signed four new players this summer as Russell Martin is wasting no time in getting his team ready for the start of the season.
He has to act fast, though, with just three weeks before the Champions League qualifier against Panathinaikos.

The manager has to replace the likes of Vaclav Cerny, Neraysho Fernandes and Rafael Fernandes who have all left following the end of their loan spells.
Ianis Hagi, Leon Balogun and Tom Lawrence also departed after running down their contracts at Ibrox.
But one out-of-contract ace HAS decided to stay beyond this summer after penning a new short-term deal.
It's unlikely he will even feature for the Light Blues this season, though, as he hasn't made a single first team appearance for the club in NINE years.
Back-up goalkeeper Kieran Wright will stay at Ibrox for another season at the very least after penning a new one-year deal in Govan.
The 26-year-old will enter his TENTH year as a first team player this season but the closest he's ever got to making his debut has been appearances on the bench.
Since making his breakthrough in the Rangers youth academy he has spent most of his career out on loan to various Scottish clubs.
He got his first taste of senior action in the lower leagues with Gala Fairydean Rovers in the 2016/17 season but has since played for several SPFL sides.
He's played for Albion Rovers, Raoth Rovers, Alloa Athletic, Partick Thistle, Dumbarton, Livingston and most recently Airdrie.
He won the League One title with Partick Thistle in the 2020/21 campaign - his only silverware as a professional player.

He spent the second half of last season on loan at Airdrie in the Scottish Championship, where he helped them retained their second-tier status by beating Cove Rangers in the relegation play-off final in May.
He made 24 appearances in total for the Championship club.

How Derby are starting to believe again after six turbulent years thanks to two key figures, a tailored approach for every player and a pair of cricket gurus

There is something brewing at the western end of Brian Clough Way. In the last six years alone, Derby have lost at Wembley when they were 90 minutes from the Premier League. They have been docked 21 points, entered administration, been relegated to League One, seen Wayne Rooney come and go and been rescued from the edge of extinction.

'The negotiations with Chelsea were challenging, but in the end, we are glad that we can most likely realise our expectations and gain planning security,' Kehl said. 'Jamie is an excellent player who has brought us great joy. It was his wish to take the next step in his career at Chelsea, and we wish him all the very best and much success.'
