Tubi offers a free ad-supported video-on-demand library which is compatible with Fire Sticks and mobile devices.
Since launching in the UK in July 2024, the streamer has expanded to include more than 40,000 movies and TV episodes.
The latest additions to the platform's extensive material comes from its deals with major distributors like AMC Networks, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, New Regency and Sony Pictures.
It includes films like Baby Driver, Zombieland, The Purge, and Mama - as well as a range of TV shows.
Ross Appleton, General Manager of Tubi's UK service, said: "Since launching nearly a year ago in the UK, Tubi has doubled its library size, cementing its position as offering the biggest collection of free movies and TV series in the UK.
"With rising costs and fragmentation in streaming, Tubi will continue to offer viewers extensive content choice and a highly personalised viewing experience. All for free."
Sam Harowitz, SVP of Content Acquisitions and Partnerships at the company said they had looked at performance data to help them choose which genres to focus on.
He said: "With these latest studio library deals we have further invested in robust existing partnerships and doubled down on providing fandoms with a deep catalogue of movies and TV series across top performing genres such as horror, action, thrillers, and comedies."
In addition to its licensed content, the streaming service has also produced more than 300 exclusive originals.
This includes the adult animation The Freak Brothers which was met with positive reviews.
Roku reveals brand new streaming stick TV device packed with free channels
With a star-studded cast including Woody Harrelson, John Goodman and Pete Davidson, the show followed three Freak brothers and their cat as they adjust to life in 2020 after a magical strain of marijuana put them to sleep for 50 years.
If you're looking for a more family-friendly show, viewers can enjoy the popular animated series RoboForce which boasts a 9.2 / 10 star rating on IMDB.
The streamer has also debuted an extensive list of original documentaries for those looking for a more hard-hitting TV show.
Housing the largest collection of on-demand content, with 275,000 movies and TV episodes, the popular streamer has amassed a fanbase of 97 million monthly active users.
With a range of foreign language films, and availability in countries including Ecuador, Mexico, Canada and Australia, it's no wonder the platform has amassed such a global viewership.
The service was founded in 2014 as a revolutionary stand out in the streaming sector.
Instead of a subscription-based model, the company relies on ads to provide a free service to its millions of users.
Platforms like this have become increasingly popular as the cost of living has gone up and households have cut down on the number of services they pay for.
All you need to do to access the seemingly endless free content is sign up to an account online.
You can then download the app across a range of compatible devices - including Fire Sticks and mobile phones - to make the most of their content, wherever you are.
The streamer is also running a competition for indie filmmakers that could launch their career.
In a collaboration with Kickstarter, their FilmStream Collective gives filmmakers the opportunity to access funding with guaranteed distribution on the platform.

Steven Spielberg's 'nepo baby' daughter SLAMMED by film critics over directorial debut
Steven Spielberg 's youngest daughter Destry has made her directorial debut with her first full-length film, Please Don't Feed The Children. Unfortunately, the scary movie isn't being showered with the same praise as her famous father's filmography. The horror flick, which is streaming exclusively on Tubi, has been completely savaged by critics since its release last week. IGN gave Please Don't Feed The Children a lowly four out of 10, with the publication singling out 28-year-old Destry's direction. 'What starts as a novel – if dubious – spin on the end of the world quickly becomes a bland, overcooked nothing burger, no thanks to Paul Bertino's one-dimensional screenplay and Spielberg's unsteady direction,' wrote IGN's Lena Wilson. 'Spielberg's timid direction also contributes to the movie's muddiness and hobbles its capable performers... She seems to have forgotten that old moviemaking axiom: Show, don't tell.' Meanwhile, Paste magazine said that Destry's 'lack of experience shows' in the film. 'This Tubi original, sci-fi-horror-tinged thriller ultimately comes off as a conflicted, scattershot mess, let down less by anything related to Spielberg's direction and more by a perplexing screenplay, amateurish technical issues, and occasional weakness in its performances, with the exception of headliner Michelle Dockery,' they wrote. The movie also has just five out of 10 on IMDb thanks to a string of poor user reviews. However, it's not all negative, with Fangoria praising Destry's debut in a more positive review. 'Destry Allyn Spielberg demonstrates with this that she has a dexterous understanding of technique, genre convention and emotional nuance,' they gushed. The project, which is led by Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery and Breaking Bad's Giancarlo Esposito, follows a gang of orphans who travel to the south in search of a new life after a viral outbreak decimates the adult population of the nation. However, they find themselves at the mercy of a psychotic woman who is hiding a perilous secret. When it came to casting people for the film, Destry worked with renowned casting director Anne McCarthy, who worked on the movie The Conjuring, to find fresh and young actors who wish to break into Hollywood. The Tubi film follows a gang of orphans who travel to the south in search of a new life after a viral outbreak decimates the adult population of the nation She told Deadline: 'My goal was to bring in as many new faces as possible – that's kind of my goal as a director in the future.' 'I want to start careers – I'm sick of seeing movies that lack young talent. There are so many young and talented actors that are not getting seen.' 'I think the whole system is bu****it and I don't understand why the industry is so exclusive. It's silly.' Destry previously denied accusations of nepotism in a series of posts on social media back in 2021. The young filmmaker owned up to her 'privilege' but maintained that she 'worked hard' to get where she is today. 'I am just a young aspiring female filmmaker who admires the art of cinema,' she wrote in a now-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter). 'People can argue nepotism, but I know deep down that I worked hard to get where I am and it wasn't easy. Beyond proud of the team it took to make it,' she added. The 28-year-old has also worked as a model and actress She continued to 'acknowledge' her privilege in a second post and spoke about introducing new talent into the industry. 'I acknowledge that I was born with privilege! I own that through and through!' she wrote. 'I make it my mission to bring new talent into the industry and give opportunities to artists of all backgrounds. No one should be left out because of the connections they don't have.' As the daughter of American filmmaker Steven Spielberg, Destry has directed a number of short films before jumping to full-length features with Please Don't Feed The Children. She also starred in I Know This Much is True and the critically acclaimed Licorice Pizza and has worked as a production assistant and worked on props for some of her father's films. Steven and his wife, Kate Capshaw, 71, are also parents to Mikaela George, 29, Sasha, 35, Sawyer, 33, Theo, 37, and Jessica, 48. Destry originally pursued a career in equestrianism before transitioning into modeling for a period of time. She's currently signed to DT Model Management.

Capcom show what Resident Evil Requiem was going to be before they changed it
Capcom has explained how Resident Evil Requiem started life as an online open world game, and it's chilling to think about. Before Resident Evil Requiem was officially revealed at Summer Game Fest, rumours claimed it would be an open world game starring Leon S. Kennedy. Capcom has since explained why Leon isn't the protagonist, with game director Koshi Nakanishi highlighting how the character is 'actually quite a bad match for horror' because he's not the kind of person who would 'jump at something like a bucket falling'. As such, Resident Evil Requiem features a new 'introverted' lead, in FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft. Following the Capcom Spotlight showcase, the studio has now confirmed it did experiment with an online, open world for Resident Evil Requiem, but these plans were dropped when it realised it 'wasn't what fans wanted'. Speaking in an extended developer diary, which is available to registered members on Capcom's website, Nakanishi shared a brief, blurry glimpse at the early online experiments for Resident Evil Requiem. 'You might have heard some of the rumours, things like an online Resident Evil or an open world Resident Evil, which we spent some time experimenting with,' he said. 'But in the end, although we had some interesting concepts, we realised that it wasn't what fans wanted to see or play. So we went back to the drawing board and created what led to Resident Evil Requiem.' Sign up to the GameCentral newsletter for a unique take on the week in gaming, alongside the latest reviews and more. Delivered to your inbox every Saturday morning. It's easy to imagine how negative the reaction to an online Resident Evil game would be, because there's already been so many bad examples. Resident Evil Re:Verse was Capcom's last (terrible) attempt to make an online multiplayer title in the series, which is set to be shut down on June 29, after being released as a freebie with Resident Evil Village. Before that, there's been asymmetrical multiplayer jaunts in Resident Evil: Resistance, and co-op games like Operation Raccoon City and Resident Evil Outbreak. Interestingly, the protagonist in Resident Evil Requiem, Grace Ashcroft, is the daughter of investigative reporter Alyssa Ashcroft – a character from Resident Evil Outbreak. To reinforce the point, Capcom highlighted that Resident Evil Requiem is a 'single-player offline game', and presumably no longer open world, although it didn't exactly specify the latter. All of this seemingly corroborates rumours last month, from series insider Dusk Golem, who claimed development on Resident Evil Requiem began in 2017 with Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine as the protagonists. He said it was originally 'trying to be the opposite' of Resident Evil 7, as a 'big open world multiplayer game', but it got a 'heavy reboot' in 2021 when Resident Evil Village was released. Later in the video on Capcom's website, Nakanishi said the sequel takes the emphasis on fear seen in Resident Evil 7 a 'step further', describing the gameplay as 'addictive fear'. More Trending 'For us, an 'addictive fear' means even though you might be scared, you just can't stop playing,' he added. 'You want to see what's next. You die, but wonder, 'What if I tried this? Next time I'll do it differently'. And when you overcome that fear, the sense of accomplishment is huge. 'You want to keep going – as it's almost addictive. That's the kind of gameplay experience that we are aiming for in Resident Evil Requiem.' The upcoming sequel follows Grace as she investigates a series of deaths in Raccoon City, 30 years after it was bombed in Resident Evil 3. It's set to feature both a first and third person perspective, an option only added via DLC for Resident Evil Village. Resident Evil Requiem is slated to launch across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on February 26, 2026. Email gamecentral@ leave a comment below, follow us on Twitter.
