Chelcee Grimes' new girlfriend looks just like Christine McGuinness as they go official
Chelcee Grimes has revealed who her new girlfriend is, and she looks very similar to her famous ex-partner. The singer-songwriter who has written for the likes of Kylie Minogue and Dua Lipa tends to keep her personal life rather private, but has gushed about her partner on social media.
However, the 33-year-old footballer has now confirmed that she's in a new relationship following her split from executive producer Amelia Farhang, whom she stated dating last year. But now, the Liverpudlian has confirmed her romance with Rachel Slade, taking to Instagram to document parts of their romance.
Chelcee, shared clips of Rachel taken on a lavish holiday as she posed alongside the swimming pool in a bikini, before another clip of Rachel running along the golden sands of the beach. Elsewhere, she posted another clip of Rachel dancing while the pair enjoyed a night out together. It comes after Cruz Beckham 'steals' his dad's tiny white trunks and family have epic response.
The post was met with the caption: "I have 2 girlfriends," documenting Rachel in various ways, including different fashion senses. Captioning her post, Chelcee penned: "Not sure which one I prefer... What do you think?" Her upload, which has been liked over 500 times, was soon flooded with comments.
Patrice Evra joked: "We all got many personalities." While Rachel replied: "I don't understand the question." Another person laughed: "They work well together please don't split the pair."
"They're both my fave," said another. Meanwhile, Rachel bears a very striking resemblance to Chelcee's ex, Christine McGuinness. But both Chelcee and Christine have remained very quiet about their past, with Chelcee briefly opening up about dating publicly.
Speaking last year, she said on the Taboo Talk podcast: "Yeah, I think... y'know they're the only ones you know about to be honest," about her high-profile romances. She went on to add: "There's been a couple.
"It's the job I'm in. It's the industry I'm in. It's where I'm gonna meet people. Yeah it is weird." Both Chelcee and Christine met while competing on ITV's The Games in 2022 and instantly struck up a close bond, and were seen kissing one another in December of that year.
The pair were also seen kissing at Winter Wonderland in London's Hyde Park in the same year, before locking lips again during a holiday in Ibiza just several months later. Meanwhile, earlier this year, Chelcee's romance with her ex Amelia seemed to "fizzle out".
Speaking to the Daily Mail, a source said: "Chelcee's romance with Amelia fizzled out and they decided to go their separate ways. To friends, it would seem as though they haven't ended on the best terms because they're no longer in contact and have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
"Amelia has been sharing cryptic Instagram posts on her latest holiday, which would suggest their relationship didn't end well." Meanwhile, Christine has previously hinted at her romance with Chelcee.
The Blackpool-born star admitted that her now ex-husband, Top Gear star Paddy, and her family had all known about her sexuality throughout her marriage. Christine and Paddy, 51, announced in 2022 that they had decided to separate after 11 years of marriage.
Speaking on the How To Fail podcast, Christine, who also appeared as a guest on The Real Housewives of Cheshire, was asked if she would label her sexuality. Despite hesitating, she insisted that she is a "free spirit."
"No, and again, I've thought about it," she commented. Christine added: "A lot of people always ask me, are you a lesbian? Are you bisexual? Are you what? Is this a phase?
"I've always been quite a free spirit. I think that's the only word I would put on it. When I was a teenager, I'd dated boys and girls. 14/15 was probably when I had my first kisses with, with both, and I never felt it was anything different or a big deal."
But while she's had "situationships," she and her partners have never put labels on their relationship status. "My experiences with women have been lovely, and it's not like women are better or worse," she told broadcaster Elizabeth Day.

Oasis fan plunges to his death at Wembley gig
An Oasis fan fell to his death at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night. The man, who was in his 40s, is believed to have fallen from one of the upper tiers in the 90,000 capacity stadium, soon after the end of the band's gig. The band, who are on an eagerly awaited reunion tour, said they were 'shocked and saddened' by the fan's death. They said in a statement: 'Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.' Witnesses described seeing paramedics attempting to revive a man lying on the ground. But he was declared dead at the scene. One fan sitting in a lower tier described seeing what she thought was a coat falling from above her only to realise with horror that it was a person. A witness told the Daily Mail: 'It was horrendous. The guy fell from a balcony. Paramedics came rushing over. There was a lot of screaming and shouting. 'It was a big fall. God knows how it happened. It was so tragic. I don't know how on Earth it happened. It was heartbreaking. He was only young.' Saturday's Oasis gig was the fourth of five scheduled for July and August at Wembley. Organisers said Sunday's final appearance in the run would go ahead as planned. The band are due to return to the stadium for two more gigs in September. The Metropolitan Police confirmed they had responded to an incident inside the venue at 10.19pm and have appealed for witnesses to contact them. A spokesman said: 'At around 2.19 on Saturday, Aug 2, officers on duty at Wembley Stadium for the Oasis concert responded alongside venue medics and the London Ambulance Service to reports that a person had been injured. 'A man – aged in his 40s – was found with injuries consistent with a fall. He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. 'The stadium was busy, and we believe it is likely a number of people witnessed the incident, or may knowingly or unknowingly have caught it on mobile phone video footage.' On Saturday, Oasis finished performing at around 10.15pm and it is thought the man may have fallen as fans were beginning to leave the stadium. A spokesman for Wembley Stadium said: 'Last night, Wembley Stadium medics, the London Ambulance Service and the police attended to a concert-goer who was found with injuries consistent with a fall. 'Despite their efforts, the fan very sadly died.
