Gok told fans he had been experiencing pain in his wrist and had to have an X-ray to get to the bottom of it.

When the sheath thickens, the tunnel becomes narrower, and it is more difficult for the tendons to slide through, according to the NHS.
This can result in the tendons becoming inflamed and often results in pain when using the hand.
Alongside the post of looking in discomfort, Gok wrote: "Just had an X-ray on my wrist… doc thinks I have De Quervain's Tenosynvovitis but I had an X-ray to check nothing is wrong with my joints.
"Huge shout out to our incredible NHS… Thank you for looking after me and everyone else."

Hailey Bieber looks downcast as she is seen for the first time since being mocked over her Rhode beauty 'tampon holder' accessory

looked downcast as she was seen for the first time since she was mercilessly mocked over her Rhode beauty 'tampon holder' accessory. The wife of Justin Bieber, 28, was spotted driving in her Range Roger with her baby Jack Blues after a studio session with her husband in Los Angeles. For the outing she wore a black leather jacket which she paired with black leggings, white socks and chucky sliders. Hailey has been at the center of controversy in recent days after she debuted a Rhode Belly Chain - a waist chain meant to hold her lip tints - on her Instagram feed. The chain was shown in a series of promotional photos of her new tint release, 'Lemontini' Peptide Lip Tint. But it was her 'belly chain' that caught her followers' eyes as they claimed it looked like a 'tampon holder'. Fans also slammed the Rhode belly chain for being an unnecessary cash grab after her successful and viral phone case release. Taking to X, formerly known as X, one said: 'It looks like a tampon holder' 'This and the phone case are stupid as f**k to be honest, at this point she's just trying to sell SUPER unnecessary things, consumerism at its max,' 'Why would any woman want to wear there lip tint around the waist like that?'; 'The phone case was cute but she's milking this concept now'''Celebrities are crazy. This is the most unnecessary thing ever'. 'Please tell me I'm not crazy and this looks like a #Rhode tampon chain?' In the pictures, Hailey was seen in a black tube top and a pair of skimpy matching shorts. An hour after Hailey posted on her own personal Instagram, the official Rhode account posted a picture of the new lip tint. For the caption she explained that the Lemontini Peptide Lip Tint would be the first with a new and improved formula. 'It was so important that we resolve the grainy feel that developed in some lip treats and tints over time,' the caption penned. 'We took our time over the past two years by researching, experimenting, and testing to find a solution.' 'Our biggest upgrade was switching the Shea butter from a solid to a liquid form, ensuring it glides on smoothly and maintains a consistently even texture. 'Feels just like the original, with the same skincare benefits and a little more cushion and richness for a comfy application.' The new color featured a £2 price increase from the company's usual price of £18.

Oasis fans given 'be very careful' warning as they gather ahead of first reunion show

Ahead of Oasis's eagerly awaited reunion gig on Friday (July 4), fans have been urged to "be very careful". Music enthusiasts are flocking to Cardiff in their thousands as the Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, prepare to share the stage for the first time in 16 years. The band's much-anticipated world tour, spanning 41 dates, commences with performances at the Principality Stadium this weekend. Following this, they'll be heading to Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin for the UK and Ireland leg, before jetting off to international destinations including Canada, Los Angeles, Mexico, and Japan. The Gallagher brothers' last joint performance was back in 2009, and tickets for their latest tour sold out within hours of being announced last year, reflecting fans' eagerness to witness the reunion, reports Wales Online. Ahead of the reunion tour starting tonight, ITV Lorraine star Claer Barrett issued a warning to viewers about the rise in ticket scams. "There are last-minute ticket deals that are not deals, they're just scams," said host Ranvir Singh on Friday's show. Claer replied: "The message to get across is that social media and ticket sales are not a good look. There's lots of scams going on, the banks are all warning people to be wary of bot accounts on social media that don't have many followers but are following lots of people and offering tickets." She concluded: "The key message here is stick to the official ticket resale site. Be very careful." Good Morning Britain's Nick Dixon then appeared live from the Principality Stadium, where he shared an update on the arriving fans. "Some of the more passionate fans with tickets have been queuing up at different sections of the stadium since yesterday," he revealed. "Of course, they want to get in there as soon as the doors open at five o'clock and rush right to the stage." Oasis will be supported by indie rock band Cast and The Verve's Richard Ashcroft in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin. The tour is sold out, but the band has said that some additional tickets could be released. In an Instagram post last week (June 25), the band advised members of Oasismynet to "keep an eye" on their inbox. The final releases would come "over the coming days" once production was "fine tuned", they said.

Loewe: The TikTok trailblazer redefining luxury on social media

In the dynamic landscape of social media, one luxury fashion house is not just participating in the conversation, but actively leading it. Loewe, the Spanish luxury house founded in 1846 and renowned for its exquisite leather goods and innovative ready-to-wear, has plunged headfirst, creating content that resonates deeply with a diverse, digitally native audience. While many established brands cautiously dip their toes into the fast-paced world of short-form video, Loewe's tailored approach to TikTok is captivating audiences and setting a new benchmark for luxury brand engagement. The secret to Loewe's TikTok dominance lies in its ability to embrace and reinterpret trends with a unique twist. It's not just about fashion; the brand weaves in elements from pop culture, food, and everyday life, transforming viral moments into distinctively Loewe content. For instance, a viral "tomato" meme was reinterpreted with a meticulously crafted leather tomato accessory, generating buzz. This playful yet strategic integration allows the brand to remain authentic while pushing creative boundaries. Among luxury brands, as highlighted in the TikTok Fashion Index, Loewe boasts the highest interaction levels and views, with nearly every video reaching the coveted million-view mark. While many top brands might achieve 1-2 viral content pieces per month, Loewe elevates this to 6-7, demonstrating a profound understanding of the platform's viral mechanics. This digital prowess has contributed to its recent ascent; the brand has frequently topped industry metrics like the Lyst Index, notably reigning as the world's hottest brand in Q2 2024 and Q1 2025, reflecting a significant surge in brand desirability and market performance. @loewe It's called the #CarrieCoon White Lotus Squeeze Bag now. #LOEWE ♬ original sound - LOEWE What makes Loewe's TikTok strategy so effective? The primary aim isn't direct sales transactions on the platform, but rather a strategy focused on increasing brand reputation and relatability. It's a move away from traditional exclusivity and toward an inclusive, dynamic dialogue, allowing people to connect with the brand even if its items are high-end and expensive. By embracing the platform's native language, humor, and spontaneity, Loewe proves that high fashion can be both aspirational and approachable. The brand isn't just selling products; it's cultivating emotional connections, planting seeds of aspiration, and building a loyal community that genuinely loves its authentic, engaging presence.
