Hello, friends! I'm Kelsey, your guide to all things pop culture for Yahoo Entertainment, and this is the It List, our weekly rundown of what's new and notable. In it, I recommend a slew of upcoming releases to watch, stream, listen to, read and binge. I'll walk you through my favorites.
When: is in theaters April 18.
What to know: Michael B. Jordan plays twin brothers in the new horror thriller that unfolds over the course of one day in 1932. It involves blues music, vampires and Hailee Steinfeld. [IndieWire/People]
Why I'll be watching: I booked my tickets to see it on the biggest possible screen after watching a viral video in which director Ryan Coogler broke down aspect ratios and formats for 10 minutes. That sounds niche — and it is — but it's also awesome. The clip has over 13 million views on X. [The Wrap]
When: Season 2 premieres April 20 at 10:30 p.m. ET on Max.
What to know: Comedian Nathan Fielder's show, in which he stages extravagant rehearsals for unconventional events, is back for a second season. This time, he's facilitating a role-playing exercise to simulate a plane crash. What could go wrong? [Variety]
Why I'll be watching: Does Fielder make me cringe every time I see him on screen? Yes. Am I worried his shows are a little mean-spirited? Also yes. But he's responsible for putting the flawless series Nathan for You into the world, so I've got to hear him out. [The Wrap/BuzzFeed]
When: by Jeneva Rose is out now.
What to know: Jeneva Rose's internet-breaking thriller The Perfect Marriage has a sequel, but you don't even need the first book in the series to enjoy finding out how the whipsmart lawyer maneuvers herself out of a legal and marital pickle. [USA Today]
Why I recommend it: Rose is constantly going viral on TikTok. She told me the secret to getting people to fall in love with her stories is only posting when she's in the mood. It helps that she loves to trick people — and she's got a real knack for it. [Yahoo Entertainment]
When: All 10 episodes of are now streaming on Netflix.
What to know: The new series stars Josh Duhamel and Minka Kelly and combines the modern-day cowboys of Yellowstone with the small-town romantic drama of Virgin River. [Deadline]
Why I'll be bingeing: Jack Schumacher, who plays a mysterious drifter, told me he had to go to 'cowboy camp' to handle all the horse-related action this show has to offer. Yeehaw! [Yahoo Entertainment]
When: The first two episodes of premiere April 17 at 10 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.
What to know: If you like your Law & Order procedurals with a bit more of a narrative through episodes, Organized Crime is for you. Detective Elliot Stabler investigates cross-border smuggling, high-tech domestic terrorism and a crime family intent on revenge this season. [Rolling Stone]
Why I'll be bingeing: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit's Olivia Benson visits Stabler in the hospital in the premiere, according to a new teaser. Their will-they-or-won't-they storyline spans literal decades. Will they finally kiss now? Probably not. I'll watch it anyway, just in case. [People]

How much money do you have in your pocket right now?'' 'I reached over into his blazer pocket and felt something and he put his hand over my hand really quickly like, 'Don't pull that out,'' O'Brien continued. 'We had a quick tug of war and I pulled it out and it was a condom and he said, 'Safe sex everybody.'' Watch O'Brien's interview with Maron below: According to O'Brien, Trump was not happy about the interaction. 'It was a real moment,' the longtime late night host confirmed. 'And he was mad. He was like, 'I'm not f—king coming on this show again. Goddamn!' He told my producer, 'You don't reach into a guy's pocket,' and stuff like that. But then, you know, literally cut to three months later, 'Ladies and gentlemen: Donald Trump!'' For his part, Maron not only remembered the interview but also the joke he made afterward. 'I remember I came out and I said, 'Why is Donald Trump carrying his own condoms? Don't prostitutes usually have them with them?'' the 'Stick' star recounted. 'Then I said, 'I'll probably end up dead in the East River.'' In response, O'Brien joked, 'Still could actually.' 'Yeah, I brought it back up and [Trump will] be like, 'Oh, yeah. I remember that,'' Maron agreed. Laughing, O'Brien asked, 'Why are we rekindling this now? We'll be shot by snipers.' Jennifer Love Hewitt on Horror Comeback: ‘I'm There for the Moms'

With the legacy sequel 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' (same title, different movie) less than a month away from release, franchise stalwart Jennifer Love Hewitt sat down with Extra to discuss her return to the series — a return that she says she never expected. 'When I heard it was happening, I think my honest reaction was, 'Oh my gosh. That's great for them.' I never pictured them even asking me to do it,' Hewitt said. For the '9-1-1' star, her reprisal of Julie James serves as a bridge between the generation that embraced the first movie and younger audiences. More from IndieWire Seth Rogen Auditioned for Controversial 'Gigli' Role: 'I Saw Myself at the Oscars' If I Got It, but the Tape Would 'End My Career' Today Join Insider's Venice, a Once in a Lifetime Trip to the World's Oldest Film Festival 'I have confidence that the moms who are buying those tickets for their daughters to see the movie are there because they remember who Julie was, and they're where I am now, and we carry that with pride,' Hewitt explained. 'And so… their kids will love all the young people in the movie and I'm there for the moms.' The original film, based on the classic teen novel by Lois Duncan (who had her own fascinating backstory), found a group of teenagers pursued by a hooded killer with a hook the summer after they struck a man with a car then coveted it up. Hewitt is being careful not to divulge details about the new 'I Know What You Did Last Summer,' leaving it at: 'I could tell you it's called 'I Know What You Did Last Summer,' there's a… killer in it, and a hook and Julie James. That's what I could say.' Hewitt credits the reboot's existence to one of the original horror movie 'Final Girls.' '[I'm] so psyched for Neve [Campbell] and… all the people in these franchises who are… coming back and doing these things. It's really cool. I mean, Jamie Lee Curtis… paved the way for all of us to be able to do 119 of these and continue doing them into our 60s and still be badasses,' Hewitt said. '[Curtis] deserves all the credit. Like, it's so cool, and the rest of us just get to follow.' 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' hits theaters on July 18.
