Kate Middleton's telling comments after Wimbledon ovation captured by lip reader

Upon her arrival at Wimbledon's press box for the women's singles Wimbledon final, Kate Middleton, who in January disclosed her successful battle with cancer, was met with an overwhelming standing ovation from the rapturous 15,000-strong Centre Court crowd on the afternoon of July 12.
Jeremy Freeman, an expert lip reader, scrutinised the Princess of Wales' surprised reaction and deduced that she appreciatively uttered: "Thanks. Hi." Then, turning to an off-camera acquaintance, she beamed: "Sweet, very nice to hear!"
Before the match began, she concluded a handshake with the esteemed former Wimbledon champ Martina Navratilova, aged 68, and exchanged pleasantries with the venerable tennis icon Billie Jean King, now 81, who offered a curtsy in return.
When enquired by Billie about her wellbeing, the Princess responded with: "Beautiful."
Post-match, after observing Polish Iga Swiatek clinching a resounding victory over American Amanda Anisimova with a striking 6-0, 6-0 scoreline, Kate extended heartfelt encouragement to both participants, reports the Express.

According to Jeremy, she reassured Anisimova with comforting words: "You should be so proud, well done, and enjoy yourself."
Conversing with champion Swiatek behind the scenes, Kate offered sagacious guidance: "Ensure that you have some downtime."
Previously, she had lauded Swiatek's performance by saying: "Wonderful, extraordinary achievement, very well done. Congratulations and enjoy it. Enjoy the celebrations back home."
After her historic win at Wimbledon, the first Polish woman champion Swiatek addressed the audience saying: "First of all I want to congratulate Amanda for an amazing two weeks no matter what happened today.
"I hope we're going to play many more finals here and at other tournaments."
"I didn't even dream [about winning] because it was way too far, I feel like I'm already an experienced player after winning the slams before but I never really expected this one."

The Duchess of Cambridge, a patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, is a familiar face on Centre Court, having been there regularly since her marriage to Prince William in 2011.
Last year, Kate had the honour of presenting the men's singles trophy to Carlos Alcaraz and she may very well present the trophy again this afternoon as Alcaraz faces Jannik Sinner in what promises to be a thrilling final.
