Amazon Prime Video fans have one demand after bingeing 'adrenaline-filled' show
Motorheads is a ten-episode teen petrolhead drama that mixes The Fast and the Furious with The Summer I Turned Pretty, to land a respectful 75 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Set in the hard knocked Pennsylvania rustbelt, the drama follows a set of car builders and racers in high-octane scenes, scored to a presumably pricey soundtrack (Olivia Rodrigo, flipper extraordinaire Benson Boone).
Motorheads stars teen drama icon Ryan Phillippe, of Cruel Intentions infamy, playing a former Nascar mechanic turned struggling auto body shop owner.
He's joined by Nathalie Kelley, Never Have I Ever's Michael Cimino and Melissa Collazo to make an ensemble cast of grease monkeys.
'Motorheads is about first love, first heartbreak, and turning the key in your first car,' reads the official show synopsis from Prime Video.
'Set in a once-thriving rust-belt town that's now searching for a glimmer of hope, the series is an adrenaline-filled story of a group of outsiders who form an unlikely friendship over a mutual love of street racing, while navigating the hierarchy and rules of high school.'
Given that all ten episodes are already available to binge through on the streaming platform, many fans have already finished the whole thing and taken to X (formerly Twitter) to demand a follow-up season.
One viewer even went so far as to threaten cancelling her Prime subscription entirely if the show isn't renewed for season two.

Many said the finale cliffhanger had left them desperate for more of the drama. @JMorgynWhite wrote: 'My god the cliffhanger on Motorheads was unacceptable without a Season 2 on the track – there is a Season 2 coming, right Prime Video?? Repeat after me 100% binge worthy.'
@SaishaStar tweeted: 'Please let there be a Season 2 that was a crazy cliffhanger and I need some answers on the backstory of Christian Maddox. So many Questions!'
@Riss286 demanded: 'RENEW Motorheads FOR SEASON 2 PLEASE!!!'

Taylor Swift's new music video so secretive that 'even crew couldn't hear song'
Pop icon Taylor Swift could be ready to release new music but is said to have kept it so under wraps that even crew weren't able to listen to it while filming the video Taylor Swift is set to release new music for her adoring fans, but it's so under wraps the star is said to have filmed a music video in secret. The private filming was reportedly so secretive that even the crew weren't able to hear the full track. The music will mark the 35-year-old star's first new music since dropping The Tortured Poets Department over a year ago. And now it's said the project was completed on the West Coast. A source claimed: "Taylor was in Los Angeles on Thursday filming a new music video." They added the secrecy of the whole thing was evident. Speaking to the Sun, they added: "It was so top secret that those working on set were not even allowed to hear the song, only the beat. "Even though she's been taking time off from touring and working a lot to spend time with Travis, there are still projects she's working on, which will no doubt please fans." And the speculation went down well with fans online going wild. Flocking to social media to let their feelings be heard, one Twitter /X user excitedly questioned: "OMGGG WE ARE GETTING THAT ALBUM BY AUGUST???????" Another added: "Excited for this! The secrecy around the beat-only shoot in LA has me hyped-Taylor's genius at building anticipation never fails!" And a third simply said the "queen of pop is back". Earlier this month, Taylor sparked engagement rumours too after fans spotted her man's phone's lock screen. Travis Kelce's device left Swifties convinced that she's engaged to the NFL star. It comes after he shared huge selection of photos on his Instagram account. One in particular catching the eye of excited fans seemingly marked a massive milestone in their relationship so far. In the image, Taylor looks to be showing off her ring finger. It left fans speculating that the loved-up couple are engaged, though neither has made any official confirmation. The image showed the duo cosying up side by side, and the lock screen image shows Taylor Swift flaunting her ring finger. Taking to social media, one user commented on the post: "Travis's lockscreen - is she pointing at her hand like she is… engaged?" Another added: "Is it an engagement photo," while other excited fans exclaimed that they "zoomed in to the lock screen" to try and see for sure. People are waiting in anticipation for the pair to declare an engagement with one source telling the Mail Online earlier this year that "everyone is just waiting for Travis to ask her (Taylor Swift's) parents for her hand in marriage, her parents will say yes." They have been together since 2023. The couple have been reasonably happy to talk about their romance in the years that followed. Taylor has also declared her love to Travis while on stage and collecting awards.

Film hailed ‘best sci-fi of all time' now available to stream for free
An iconic 80s sci-fi film lauded as the 'best of all time' is streaming for free right now on ITVX. Released in 1984, The Terminator launched director James Cameron's career while solidifying leading man Arnold Schwarzenegger as an action hero. It stars the actor as the titular cybernetic assassin who is sent back in time from 2029 to 1984 in a bid to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), whose unborn son will save mankind from extinction in the future. At the same time, Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) is a soldier sent back in time to protect Sarah from the threat of Skynet, a hostile artificial intelligence. Defying studios' low expectations, The Terminator grossed a whopping $79.3 million (£59M) against a budget of just $6.4M (£4.7M). It spawned sequel films, a TV series, video games, novels, and a whole plethora of merchandise while regularly featuring on lists of the greatest sci-fi films of all time. The Terminator holds a rare 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with the critics' consensus reading: 'With its impressive action sequences, taut economic direction, and relentlessly fast pace, it's clear why The Terminator continues to be an influence on sci-fi and action flicks.' In their review, The Spectator said: 'It's engrossing, suspenseful, has a personality all of its own and absolutely stands the test of time.' The Washington Post added: 'The Terminator brings film violence into the realm of the surreal.' Flavorwire wrote: 'Much of Terminator's greatness is due to its low-budget aesthetic and lo-fi energy; perhaps out of necessity, Cameron's sense of storytelling has a lean efficiency that both he and the series have long since abandoned.' Time Out said the film was 'damn close to perfect', while the BBC hailed it as 'one of the most effective science fiction films of recent decades.' The Hollywood Reporter echoed the same sentiments, saying: 'The havoc makes for a genuine steel metal trap of a movie that may very well be the best picture of its kind since The Road Warrior.' Speaking in 2021, Avatar director Cameron reflected on the unlikely inspiration behind The Terminator. 'The Terminator came from a dream that I had while I was sick with a fever in a cheap pensione in Rome in 1981,' he told the British Film Institute. More Trending 'It was the image of a chrome skeleton emerging from a fire. When I woke up, I began sketching on the hotel stationery. 'The first sketch I did showed a metal skeleton cut in half at the waist, crawling over a tile floor, using a large kitchen knife to pull itself forward while reaching out with the other hand. In a second drawing, the character is threatening a crawling woman. 'Minus the kitchen knife, these images became the finale of The Terminator almost exactly.'
