Odysse Electric Vehicles , a homegrown electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has launched the Racer Neo , an upgraded version of its popular Racer model, at ₹52,000 for the Graphene variant and ₹63,000 for the Lithium-ion variant, both prices ex-showroom. Aimed at students, professionals, and delivery riders, the Racer Neo features a 250W motor with a top speed of 25 kmph, making it license- and registration-free under India's low-speed EV norms. It's tailored for daily commutes in both urban and semi-urban environments. The scooter is available in two battery options—Graphene (60V, 32AH/45AH) and Lithium-ion (60V, 24AH)—offering a certified range of 90–115 km per charge, depending on configuration. Charging time ranges between 4 to 8 hours. In addition to performance, the Racer Neo is packed with smart features including cruise control, LED digital meter, keyless start/stop, a USB charging port, reverse, city and parking modes, repair mode, and ample boot space.
