Fears for missing British woman, 41, who disappeared in Spanish tourist hotspot three days ago
Jennifer Frances Lacey, 41, vanished from the municipality of Vera on Monday, July 28.
Her disappearance has been reported by the SOS Missing Persons Association.
She is described as measuring 5ft 2in and having curly brown hair, blue eyes and wears prescription glasses.
It comes after the Daily Mail revealed that the two British siblings who drowned on holiday in Spain begged their family for 'one last swim' before their untimely deaths.
Ameiya, 13, and 11-year-old Ricardo Del Brocco - known affectionately as Maya and Jubs - were enjoying their 'first big holiday abroad' as a family, having jetted off to the Spanish resort of Salou to mark the start of the summer holidays last week.
Mother Shanice and father Ricardo Snr, both 31, had booked a stay with their six children at the four-star Hotel Best Necresgo located just metres from the ocean on the popular Llarga Beach.
Ameiya, who had a love for fashion and athletics, and Ricardo and dreamt of becoming a Youtuber when he was older, had visited Salou with their parents five years earlier and were keen to return, this time as a family of eight.
On Tuesday, they were nearing the end of their trip and had been enjoying a day at the beach when their dream vacation turned into a nightmare.
As the evening drew to a close, Shanice was preparing to leave the beach and return to the hotel, but both Ameiya and Ricardo were keen to have one last dip in the ocean.
Ricardo Snr agreed to watch over them, while Shanice left the trio to take one of her children to the toilet, accompanied by the three other youngsters. Upon returning to the beach, she was unable to spot Ricardo or the two kids and panic began to set in.
Shanice's sister Macalia Del Brocco, 46 - whose friend has set up a GoFundMe page to help support her family following the tragedy - told the Daily Mail about the desperate battle to save them that ensued just moments later.
'She came back out, she couldn't see any of them. At that point, she panicked. And it was at that point the police arrived and things started happening,' Macalia said. 'Then it hit what was happening. It was obviously the children that were in the water.'
They had been pulled out to sea after getting into difficulty in the water, with Ricardo Snr having dived in to try and save them.
But all three soon became overwhelmed by the rough conditions, with no lifeguards present on the beach after 8pm. The alarm was raised just before 8.50pm and police were called to the scene.
Moments later rescue crews managed to recover Ricardo Snr and Ameiya from the water, while Ricardo Jnr was helicoptered to hospital.
The father and daughter were taken into the hotel where the family were staying, and medics desperately tried to keep them alive.
Ricardo Snr had swallowed 'a lot of water and was exhausted' but medics were miraculously able to resuscitate him. Sadly Ameiya nor Ricardo Jnr could not be saved.
Ricardo was described by his aunt as being the 'softest, sweetest, gentlest boy you could wish to meet', adding he 'loved the idea of being a YouTuber when he was older'.
As for Ameiya, she was described as a 'unique character' who was intelligent and athletic and acted as a 'second mother' to her younger siblings.

Aunty Kayla said the family headed to the beach just before 8.30pm on Tuesday for their nightly swim, just half an hour after lifeguards clocked off. Ameiya and Ricardo Jr, known lovingly as Maya and Jubs, were in the water with dad Ricardo Sr, when the trio were swept up in the difficult waters, with the alarm raised just before 8.50pm. Kayla continued: 'They weren't even that far in - they've been going there the same time every day. It was just another day for them. 'It doesn't look like it's dangerous - They had like a yellow flag saying you're safe to go in, but just be careful. 'We've come to learn that the beach was dangerous; someone had died in the morning, the same day. A 54-year-old German man died the same day as the little ones. We've come to learn that there have been 16/17 deaths there in the past month.' Ricardo Sr desperately tried to save Maya and Jubs, but got into trouble himself in what was described as 'stormy' seas off the Spanish beach. Their mum, Shanice, had taken the other four children to the toilet before returning to the dramatic scenes. Aunty Kayla said: 'When it happened, my sister [Shanice] went to take the little ones to the bathroom. Then, when she came back, there was everyone everywhere.' Emergency services rushed to the aid of the trio, and managed to revive Ricardo Jr, and with Maya and Jubs, Kayla said medics 'tirelessly tried to revive them'. She said: 'They managed to save Ricardo Sr Junior was airlifted straight to the hospital and Maya was worked on at the beach.' 6 6 6 But tragically, despite the efforts of emergency services, Maya and Jubs both passed away - leaving the entire family devastated. Kayla said: '[Ricardo Sr and Shanice] are going through the motions, they're keeping it together. They wouldn't be able to do it without each other. 'This is the first holiday where there were six [children] and they hadn't been on holiday for some time. 'They've been doing everything they can to make sure the [four] little ones are engaged. It's been a difficult time for them.' Kayla confirmed that repatriation teams had been in contact with the family and that 'paperwork was ready' - with parents Shanice and Ricardo insisting they won't leave Salou without Maya and Jubs. She added: 'They are staying there until they can bring the kids home - they won't leave without them.' A GoFundMe was made by family friend Holly Marquis-Johnson in honour of Maya and Jubs, to help ' ease some of the financial burden' of repatriation and to give the 'dignified farewell they deserve'. Leaving a heartbreaking tribute on the fundraiser, Holly wrote: 'Maya was intelligent, thoughtful, and growing into a strong young woman. Ricardo Junior was playful, kind, and always smiling. 'They brought so much love, laughter, and energy into the lives of everyone around them.' The GoFundMe, which had a target of £15,000, has raised over £39,000 at the time of writing, with an outpouring of support from donors. In a statement sent as a voice message to The Sun, Kayla expressed her gratitude to the public for the overwhelming support. She said: 'We want to give our thanks as family for all the kindness and overwhelming generosity of the national community. 'Times are really difficult for everyone, yet people still sacrificed what they can to support our baby sister [Shanice] and Ricardo in this living nightmare. 'We really appreciate what you have all done. Thank you.' It comes after six-year-old Casius, who was also on the trip, is now trying to make sense of the unimaginable tragedy. Maguiresbridge: Victims of fatal shooting to be laid to rest in County Clare
The funeral service for the mother and her two children murdered in County Fermanagh last week will be held on surgeon Vanessa Whyte, 45, her 14-year-old son James Rutledge and 13-year-old daughter Sara Rutledge were shot dead in Maguiresbridge last week.A funeral Mass is to take place in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Ms Whyte's hometown of Barefield, County Clare, at 12:00 local will then be buried together in Templemaley Cemetery. Two adults were killed and three people injured after a vehicle slammed into them at a race in Ecuador. The tragic incident unfolded after dozens of spectators gathered along a narrow, two-lane road to celebrate the annual 'Return to Ecuador' race in Ambato, a city in the central province of Tungurahua, on Wednesday afternoon. Those who died were identified as Santiago Ortiz, 52, and Daniela Espin, 21. Ortiz's son was rushed to a hospital and underwent surgery to have both his legs amputated. Footage filmed by one of the spectators showed the vehicle traveling at a high speed and just missed hitting two men who were recording it as it veered off the paved road. A second video showed the race car sliding down the road and mowing down a group of fans before barreling into a parked vehicle. The car then flipped in the air. The impact of the accident sent several spectators running from the parked vehicle, including one man who fell to the ground but immediately got back up as one of the tires just missed rolling over his body.
