Distinguished Official Attendance The opening ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries and community leaders, most notably: His Excellency Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority and member of the Sharjah Executive Council; His Excellency Saeed bin Fadel, Director of Al Wusta TV from Al Dhaid; His Excellency Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of Dubai Investment Real Estate; His Excellency Ambassador Fathy Jaber Afana, CEO of FAST Building Contracting Company; His Excellency Abdullah Sultan bin Salouma, Director of Al Batayeh Municipality and Chairman of the Programme Organising Committee; His Excellency Abdulrahman bin Hwaiden, Representative of Sharjah Cooperative Society; and Dr. Eid Kanaan, Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Sharjah. A Rich Opening Agenda The opening programme featured several notable segments, including an introductory video presenting the objectives and scope of 'Our Holiday is Different,' an interactive educational segment titled 'Artificial Intelligence' presented by Dr. Ayman Al Bahar, a guided tour of the club's facilities and activities, recognition of sponsors and supporters of the summer programme, and various entertainment activities for children.
