The match, held at Levante's training centre in Bunol, saw the Segunda Division champions pile continuous pressure on the 11-time Super League champions.
However, JDT, guided by Xisco Munoz, showed defensive steel throughout the match.

The draw against Levante follows JDT's earlier 2-2 stalemate with English Championship side Cardiff City, reinforcing the Johor club's growing reputation as more than just a domestic powerhouse.

Bellingham has been managing the injury since 2023, playing with his shoulder strapped, but the 22-year-old decided to go under the knife after Real Madrid's campaign at the Club World Cup, where they lost to Paris St Germain in the semi-finals. "Bellingham will now undergo a period of rehabilitation, prior to returning to training and starting his recovery," Real Madrid said in a statement.
