Meagan Good Says Married Life with Husband Jonathan Majors Is ‘Amazing': ‘It's Me and Him Against the World' (Exclusive)
While speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the NBCU Emmy Kick-Off Luncheon at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills on Friday, April 11, the Harlem actress, 43, gave an update on how life has been since marrying the Magazine Dreams star, 35.
Good says that newlywed life is 'amazing,' but admits things do 'feel different' after taking their relationship to the next level.
'It's immense what it already is. When two people come together, they make the same choice and the same commitment,' she tells PEOPLE, adding that the other person is 'making the same decision as you.'
'And there's just something really beautiful about [it].'
While promoting Magazine Dreams on Sherri in March, Majors confirmed that he and Good secretly tied the knot after being first linked in May 2023.

Speaking to PEOPLE about their relationship on Friday, Good says, 'I already felt like I had my person, I know it's me and him against the world, whatever it may be.'
The Divorce in the Black star also calls Majors her 'best friend.'
'And I enjoy him so much,' she adds.
Good tells PEOPLE, 'I learned so much from him. But I think being husband and wife, you take on a different kind of partnership. And I think that while the commitment might already be there, it's a different type of commitment because it's lifelong, no matter what I'm riding with you [until] the wheels fall off.'
Additionally, the Think Like a Man actress says she feels like marriage is 'also a commitment to being our best selves.'
She notes that there can always be challenges associated with relationships, whether 'it's your children or your parents or your siblings,' and that in 'some way, shape or form, you're a part of each other, you grew up somewhere within the same atmosphere or experience.'
'But when you choose someone who has grown up in a different place, has different siblings, a different life experience, you guys may be very similar, but you also might be very different,' Good says.
"The choice to love that person in all seasons, which as most of us know, it goes up and down and all around. But the choice to love that person is learning what is [as] close to how God loves us as possible. It's an unconditional love where there are no conditions.'

She clarifies that she won't deal with 'something crazy,' telling PEOPLE, 'but beyond that, what is challenging you to understand is how loved you are, what you deserve, and how much God loves you.'
'There's a reflection of that love in marriage because of the level of commitment,' Good says.
Good was previously married to pastor DeVon Franklin, whom she finalized her divorce from in June 2022.
Majors was found guilty of two counts of misdemeanor assault and harassment in December 2023 and sentenced to complete one year of an "in person batterers" intervention program in April 2024.

Modern Family Star Ty Burrell's Quiet Life Outside LA
It's been five years since Modern Family wrapped, and it looks like Ty Burrell — who played Phil Dunphy — is living his best life. Ty, 57, left Los Angeles with his wife, Holly Burrell, and their daughters, Frances and Greta, back in 2020. The family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, and Ty recently opened up about how he's been coping. 'It's just been spectacular,' he told People on August 3. 'We moved here right after [Modern Family] ended, and I don't have any regrets. It's been lovely and a great place to raise the kids.' Ty went on to admit that his new 'outdoorsy' lifestyle took a bit of getting used to. 'My parents weren't really those kinds of people,' he explained. 'So at first, when we moved here, it almost felt like cosplay, like we were pretending to be people who were outdoorsy, and now we really truly love it.' Interestingly, Ty's onscreen daughter Ariel Winter — who played Alex Dunphy — has also talked openly about leaving LA after the sitcom ended. Ariel, who now lives in Tennessee, admitted last year, 'I don't think LA was ever really my vibe, but I just was nervous.' Can you think of other actors who left LA for a quieter life? Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson's Full Relationship Timeline
We've been blessed with three truly unexpected couples so far this summer: Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau, Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise, and Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson. These two are too cute for words (talking about Pam and Liam, obviously), and their relationship has blossomed in the sweetest way over these past few weeks. But things actually started back in Spring 2024, so clearly we need a timeline for everyone obsessed and nosy! It all kicks off when filming begins on The Naked Gun and Pamela and Liam meet for the first time! Liam—fresh off filming—tells People, "With Pamela, first off, I'm madly in love with her. She's just terrific to work with. I can't compliment her enough, I'll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She's funny and so easy to work with. She's going to be terrific in the film." Pamela chats to Entertainment Weekly and reveals that she and Liam bonded over their love for literature and laughing, saying "We had many dinners out with the cast. I invited him and his assistant over for romantic dinners with me and my assistant so our relationship stayed 'professionally romantic' during filming." Pamela is in the thick of press for The Naked Gun, and tells Entertainment Tonight "I think I have a friend forever in Liam. And we definitely have a connection that is very sincere, very loving, and he's a good guy." Things escalate. By which I mean Pamela kisses Liam on the red carpet. Obviously, everyone starts wondering whether they're dating, or merely leaning into the press cycle for their film. Either way, they're so cute I can't stand it. Liam and Pam tease audiences by pretending to make out on The Today Show: Co-host Craig Melvin asks the pair "What's the deal here? You're both single right now. There's clearly chemistry. Are you two an item?" And Pam jokes "I don't understand the question." Liam then cryptically says "I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely budding chemistry as two actors. It was like 'Ooo, this is nice, let's not mold this. Let's just let it breathe.' And that's what we did." Meanwhile, source tells People that Liam and Pamela are "enjoying each other's company," and that "it's a budding romance in the early stages. It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other." An insider also chats to Us Weekly, saying "Pamela and Liam are dating" and that they "always had chemistry while they were filming and their friendship naturally developed into more." They add that becoming a couple is "new," that they're "learning how to navigate it together," and are "both shy and have tried to stay private but the spark between them is obvious." Meanwhile, ANOTHER source tells the Daily Mail, "Pam is very drawn to Liam because he is totally open to her way of thinking and living, and especially her approach to fame, which is impressive. She has been telling friends he is smitten and does a lot of sweet things for her, like sending her flowers, and spending time with her sons and dogs. Pam cooks and gardens at home... it's wholesome and appealing and very un-Hollywood and Liam loves that. He actually gets involved." Not one to be excluded, a source tells Page Six, "Getting close to him has been on her mind since she was cast. He's f–king Liam Neeson. She has always found him attractive and interesting. What is happening? Even they may not know. They are figuring things out along the way. It's fun to watch. Pamela is a romantic." Meanwhile, Pamela and Liam hold hands during a radio interview: Liam says the highlight of his career is working with Pam in what might be the sweetest interview I've ever seen. Amid RUDE speculation that this could all be a PR stunt, another source tells Page Six that "It's very sincere how they feel. That is the truth. They're not going to show up on the red carpet and be adorable just to be fake, that's not either of them." The insider added, "This is happening in real time, here and now, so I don't know what things look like moving forward. They make for a beautiful couple…Liam is a gentleman, he's warm and present, he's a very lovely man." That's all for now, but we'll be keeping this updated!

How Ana de Armas And Tom Cruise's ‘Incredibly Close' Relationship Is Changing
Ana de Armas took Tom Cruise home to Vermont with her last weekend. The two stars were photographed holding hands, fueling more dating rumors. A source told People this week that Cruise and de Armas's relationship has changed, although the insider did not say whether it has become truly romantic. De Armas 'really enjoys spending time with him,' the source said. 'They've become incredibly close, and Tom continues to be a huge support—both personally and professionally.' The actress, who is working with Cruise on the thriller Deeper, wanted to take him to Woodstock, Vermont, where she owns a $7 million house. 'Ana loves Vermont,' the source explained. 'It's her place to rest and recharge. She was excited to host Tom and show him around. She took him to all her favorite spots.' A source told People on July 18 that de Armas was single. That same day, an insider detailed de Armas's connection with Cruise to the outlet. '[They] have a special work relationship,' the source said. 'Tom is crazy hardworking, and she's very excited to work with him. She calls it an opportunity of a lifetime.' Deeper begins filming this month. The source added that, as she has been preparing, Cruise has been 'an incredible mentor to Ana. She has nothing but amazing things to say about him.' For Cruise, the sentiment may go a little deeper. On May 14, a source told Us Weekly that Cruise was 'super smitten' with de Armas and had 'developed' feelings for her. 'They've gone out on some dates, and it's very low-key,' the source claimed. 'It's in the early stages, and he's been courting her.' ELLE Collective is a new community of fashion, beauty and culture lovers.
