BREAKING NEWS RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley files for divorce from estranged husband PK after his clinch with Ryan Seacrest's ex

Daily Mail26-04-2025
The star Dorit Kemsley has finally filed for divorce from her estranged husband Paul 'PK' Kemsley.
Paul, 57, and Dorit, 48, announced their separation last May after nine years of marriage and a spate of rumors about the state of their relationship.
She filed for divorce this Friday in Los Angeles County, asking for spousal support and sole legal and physical custody of their children Jagger, 11, and Phoenix, nine.
Insiders allege that the couple, who tied the knot just over a decade ago in March 2015, did not have a prenuptial agreement, according to TMZ.
Dorit's attorney is Samantha Spector, who represented Amber Heard in her divorce from Johnny Depp and Jenna Dewan in her divorce from Channing Tatum.
The move comes one day after PK was spotted in Beverly Hills sharing a passionate public kiss with Dorit's lookalike Shana Wall, an ex-girlfriend of Ryan Seacrest.
The pair shared more than just a few smooches, looking completely wrapped up in each other as they stood on the sidewalk like no one else existed.
Meanwhile the tension between PK and Dorit has been a hot topic among Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fans, with rumors swirling that the off-screen drama could spill into the show's next season.
PK, who's currently focused on his sobriety journey, continues to manage talent for a roster that includes British music icon Boy George.
He also has three children from his first marriage to Loretta Gold — daughters Atlanta and Tatum, and son Daniel.
The shocking PDA-packed night out comes on the heels of Dorit having a flirty moment of her own — this time, in the comments section of a shirtless thirst trap posted by The Traitors winner Dylan Efron earlier this month.
'It's the proud look on your face for me!' Dorit wrote under the steamy snap. 'Oh, and the abs are also [three fire emojis]!!'
The 33-year-old reality champ cheekily replied, '@doritkemsley still proud of you for getting 100% on the ab quiz.'
Dorit and Dylan first sparked playful banter after appearing together on Watch What Happens Live.
Efron, best known as Zac Efron's younger brother, is still happily coupled up with his high school sweetheart Courtney King.
Dorit was first introduced to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans in December 2016, just a year after giving birth to daughter Phoenix.
At the time, she and PK seemed like the ultimate glam duo — and Dorit made it clear they were not about to let the cameras, or critics, shake their bond.
'We don't really let outside influences come into our little tight bond because it's me and him and we are so the yin and yang,' she told The Daily Dish at the time.
'As far as the negative attention, he just says, "Oh, who cares? We are who we are."'
But by 2022, cracks in the façade started to show.
Speculation swirled after co-star Erika Girardi boldly predicted at BravoCon that Dorit and PK would be the next couple to call it quits.
They batted down the rumors through 2023 — both on social media and during season 13 — but the whispers proved true.
In May 2024, the couple confirmed what fans had long suspected, posting a joint statement to Instagram Stories: 'We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,' they wrote.
'We have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.'
Days later, Dorit addressed the breakup more candidly in the comments of a now-deleted Instagram post, after a fan asked, 'wait i thought y'all were stronger than ever?.'

Denise Richards granted restraining order amid claims Aaron Phypers 'threatened to kill her'

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Denise Richards claims her ex-husband Aaron Phypers subjected her to physical abuse and threatened to kill her and has been granted a temporary restraining order Denise Richards has claimed her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, threatened to kill her. New details of their split have emerged after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex, according to reports in the USA. According to TMZ, the restraining order will last through August 8, when the pair are due in court. The publication says he been ordered to stay 100 yards from Denise, her home, her place of work and vehicle. The pair filed for divorce earlier this month after being married for six years. They listed the official date of their separation as July 4, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split. Meanwhile, Phypers is asking the court to grant him spousal support from Denise, 54. However, they will still appear on their joint reality show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, alongside her daughters. Earlier this week, Denise filed for protection from the court, claiming that she had suffered physical abuse during their marriage. Now, new court documents show Denise claimed that she feared for her life after Aaron allegedly threatened to kill her. The reality star said: "Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages." In the filings she went on to say that Aaron would often threaten to break her jaw and beg her to stay with him if he sought help, "none of which ever happened," she added. She added: "Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses." On July 4, Denise claimed that Aaron repeatedly became very close to her face, branding her a "c***, w***er," and a "piece of s**t." The day after, she claims that Aaron and his dad got within inches of her face, yelling vile words at her once again, with him allegedly hitting her on the bill of her hat with the back of his hand, causing her hat to fall to the floor. Aaron has not responded to the allegations made against him. In his spousal support documents, he claims he has no income of his own, and estimates that Denise earns over $250,000 per month, which is around £185,000, from OnlyFans, TV work, brand deals and public appearances. In the filing, he estimates that they spend $105,000 - around £77,000 - a month on average and that Denise has been covering it. Their monthly spending is said to include $20K on clothes and $15K on eating out, which is around £15,000 and £11,000 respectively. Aaron has asked to keep their assets and debts as separate property. The request is said to include his power tools, a motorcycle and a sports car. Recently, more details have emerged from their split, with it being said that the "last thing she wanted was another divorce, so he gave her a divorce". "Aaron wanted to hurt her, and he has. Meanwhile, the last thing he wants is to be broke - so she's cutting off his cash flow," a source recently claimed to MailOnline. Following the claims, Aaron has since told TMZ the claims are "not true". He said: "I have all the details. She is creating a story to save her image reporting a conjured up story when I have all the real evidence." The Mirror has approached Denise's spokesperson for comment and reached out to Aaron.

'One of the most important British dramas ever made' joins major streamer

A 'riveting' British drama that has been hailed for 'uncovering corruption at the highest level' has been added to a major streaming platform. Starring the likes of Will Mellor, Toby Jones and Monica Dolan, Mr Bates vs The Post Office took the nation by storm following its release last year, and launched one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in UK history back into the spotlight. Following the story of former sub postmaster Alan Bates, who lost his Post Office in north Wales after being accused of theft, he discovers how hundreds of others were affected by the scandal despite not doing anything wrong. Dozens of innocent people were convicted of theft, lost their homes and went into debt and 236 went to prison. Four people also took their own lives. The programme prompted public outrage and help put the Horizon scandal under the spotlight. Now, however, the 'absolutely brilliant' series is available to watch on Disney Plus. Writing on google reviews, Mrs Franczak said: 'ITV's superlative drama will touch the British people. 'It has such resonance because it speaks to our times – it is about what is wrong with our society – the one where the villains in elite positions get away with their vile oppressive greed and unjustified power – people who are never brought to account even when there is a public Inquiry. 'It could have been you or it could have been me- it was the little people who suffered -people who we know, ordinary folks who just wanted to run a post office and got caught up in a nightmare of bureaucratic oppression, monumental injustice, incredible incompetence, bullyin [and] lies. 'Beautifully written. ITV should be very proud… Lets have the next chapter please and a film or five!' Mick also described it as 'brilliantly depicted but sickening to watch'. 'How could they so horrendously blight the lives of those 'little people' just to save 'the brand',' he said. 'I found the whole mini series riveting, bursting with human drama and have watched it again since its initial airing. 'I think that it provided some real insight as to the low, brutal tactics that an organisation like the Post Office (which remarkably seems to have the power to be both poacher and gamekeeper) with almost bottomless financial rescources will employ in pursuit of their objectives, no matter the consequences for the innocent 'little people'. 'I for one fought back the tears more than once during the mini series and I defy any-one with as much as half a heart not to do the same.' Paul S added: 'Absolutely brilliant because it shows just how much we, as a population are controlled from above. 'The sub posmasters of this country put everything into a one sided, misguided contract that is then abused by the Post Office to take down anyone they choose. 'Mr Bates is our Erin Brockovitch. This is must see TV that continually raises questions and proves corruption at the highest level. My praise to the cast and the production team and my heartfelt sympathy for the real life individuals affected by Horizon.' Writing on X @steve220459 also commented: 'Rarely has a factual drama fired me up as much as Mr Bates versus The Post Office. 'Ordinary decent working people whose lives have been utterly wrecked. This will surely place the matter at the centre of the public consciousness. Senior Post Office officials need investigating.' Meanwhile, @guyrowlanduk wrote: 'Congrats to Mr Bates vs The Post Office for their well deserved special award. 'One of the most important British dramas ever made. 'Over four consecutive nights, an audience that grew from 3.9 million to an eventual 15 million watched on in horror'.' The addition of the ITV drama to Disney Plus comes as part of a 'first-of-its-kind' deal between the two streaming services who are joining forces to share a curated and regularly refreshed selection of hit shows and movies across both platforms at no extra cost. This means that ITVX viewers will be introduced to a 'rotating rail' of Disney Plus content, titled 'Taste of Disney+', which started on July 16. More Trending The selection over the coming months includes critically acclaimed and award-winning titles such as The Bear, Andor and Only Murders in the Building, as well as reality hits such as The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and The Kardashians. At the same time, Disney Plus customers in the UK will be able to stream some ITV content on the platform, under the banner 'Taste of ITVX', at no extra cost. This includes multi-award-winning drama Mr Bates vs the Post Office, espionage thriller A Spy Among Friends, reality hit Love Island and popular crime dramas like Endeavour, Vera and Karen Pirie. Mr Bates vs The Post Office is available to watch on Disney Plus and ITVX. Got a story?
