Exclusive- Hitanshu Jinsi on re-entering Ram Bhavan as Dhruv Shukla: It feels familiar yet new
Actor Hitanshu Jinsi, who plays Dhruv Shukla in Ram Bhavan —produced by Rahul Kumar Tewary is back in the show, and he's embracing the comeback with calm confidence. Known for his nuanced performances, Hitanshu opens up about slipping back into a character that's layered, connected, and anything but simple.
'I'm taking it one day at a time and letting the work speak'', he says, describing the return as something between comfort and discovery. 'It feels familiar, yet new.'
Dhruv
Shukla isn't your typical loud presence. 'He's calm on the surface, but there's a lot going on underneath,' Hitanshu shares. 'There's a strong emotional connection to Isha, and that adds a complexity to how he moves through the story.' Without giving away spoilers, the actor hints that Dhruv's re-entry shifts some key equations in the plot.
What sets Dhruv apart from the roles Hitanshu has done before is the restraint. 'This one's more controlled and subtle — less about drama, more about what's left unsaid.' He adds that slipping back into the rhythm of the show had its challenges: 'Every set has its own pulse, and it takes a moment to adjust. But having worked with the team before made it easier.'
Among those he looked forward to reuniting with were his co-actors playing Om, Isha, and Gayatri.

As for what fans can expect from the upcoming episodes? Hitanshu teases, 'Dhruv brings in a bit of everything — twists, chemistry, and confrontations. His energy definitely stirs things up.'
With a character that operates in shades and silences, and a narrative ready for new disruptions, Dhruv Shukla's return promises to keep Ram Bhavan viewers hooked.

Nathan Lyon (Photo by) Australian off-spinner Nathan Lyon, aged 37, has expressed his desire to continue playing Test cricket, particularly aiming for an away series victory in India before retirement, while also announcing he has handed over his role as team song-master to Alex Carey following Australia's recent win against West Indies. Lyon, Australia's most successful off-spinner with 556 wickets in 138 Tests, has claimed 130 wickets against India in 32 Tests but is yet to be part of a winning Australian team in India since their 2004-05 triumph. Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW! "I've always said I want to win away in India. I want to win away in England," Lyon shared. "We've got that opportunity in a couple of years' time, but we've also got to take it Test by Test and make sure that we're doing everything here in West Indies right. Then we've got a massive summer at home with the Ashes. But another World Test Championship final would be on my cards for sure." "Nathan Lyon is very modest to the public. But within closed doors, there's nothing modest about him!" 😆 More on The G.O.A.T ⬇️ — ICC (@ICC) July 11, 2019 Lyon has stepped down from his role as the team's song-master, passing the responsibility to wicketkeeper-batter Alex Carey, who led the celebrations after their 159-run victory over West Indies in the first Test. "I've been very honoured to firstly, lead the song, but to have it for 12 years, it's been one of the biggest highlights of my career," Lyon stated. "It definitely doesn't mean I'm retiring anytime soon. It's more about the team environment, making sure that I get the opportunity to pass it on to someone who I look at and absolutely love in the way he goes about it on and off the field and I just feel like Alex is the perfect candidate. " Jasprit Bumrah: India's Game-Changer in Tests "I ran my race with it, and it's time for someone else to put their touch on it. Khloe Kardashian is going the Kylie Jenner way and laying bare the long-rumoured list of cosmetic procedures she's undergone over the years. Fresh off her 41st birthday celebrations and turning heads at the Jeff Besos and Lauren Sanchez wedding, the reality TV star responded directly to a viral Instagram video, featuring a doctor listing down the procedures he thinks the star had undergone. Aesthetics doctor Jonathan Betteridge shared a clip of himself speculating on her transformation over the past 15 years. In a first, Khloe chose to confirm the details herself, listing down the prominent procedures and treatments she has opted for over the years, and even tagged some doctors who helped her achieve her desired look. "I take this as a great compliment! First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart,' Khloe wrote in the comments. Opening up about the secret behind her stunning transformation, she wrote, 'But here's a list of things that I have done. I've been very open in the past about what I have done, so here we go.' The reality star listed a rhinoplasty by renowned surgeon Dr. Kanodia (@drkanodia90210), laser hair removal with SEV Laser (@sevlaseraesthetics), and botox. Khloe also cited regular facials, including the famed salmon sperm facials and a list of peptides, vitamins, and consistent skincare as part of her beauty routine. Besides her beauty procedures, she also credited her 80-pound weight loss to her trainer. "In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery,' she quipped, 'but when it's time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.' The candid admission comes just weeks after her younger sister Kylie Jenner made headlines for revealing the specifications of her breast implants after a request from a fan went viral. The star replied to the viral TikTok, and gave the fan the specifications to attain a 'natural' look. She wrote, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!" She also tagged Dr Garth Fisher in the comment. Social media quickly lit up with reactions, with many praising The Kardashian stars for their honesty in an industry often marked by secrecy around aesthetics.

Smriti Irani reacts to pay parity; says 'I wasn't paid more than the male lead when I joined Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi... I created that space...'
One of Indian television's most iconic shows, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, is making a grand return with a brand-new season, and the excitement among fans is already sky-high. The revival will mark Smriti Irani 's much-awaited comeback to acting and will reunite the beloved on-screen duo of Smriti and Amar Upadhyay , bringing back the unforgettable Tulsi-Mihir pairing. The actress-turned-politician recently joined Karan Johar for We The Women and opened up about pay parity in the TV industry. Speaking about the change she and producer Ekta Kapoor had on the television industry, Smriti Irani recalled how she once unabashedly shared that she was paid more than the male lead of the show, Smriti said, "Today, in the so-called woke generation that you speak of, there is a huge conversation around pay parity. That is the time we broke the so-called glass ceiling where the female protagonist unabashedly said that I'm paid more than the male actor. We set that template even in terms of parity. If presumably this is to happen again (Kyunki's return), I'm sure given Ekta's inclination of pushing the envelope she will do that again." Smriti further shared that she wasn't paid more than her male co-star when she first joined the show. In fact, she emphasized that it was a space she created over time, with the support of producer Ekta Kapoor, she said, "I was not paid more than the male protagonist when I had signed the contract. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Memperdagangkan CFD Emas dengan salah satu spread terendah? I remember when we did that particular engagement contract; Ekta Kapoor was very focused on the history we were about to create. Everybody else was bothered about the pay cheque. She has always been focused on what the threshold is that she can cross or what new standard she can set." Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi which is returning with a season 2, has been delayed due to Vastu concerns but now the show will go on floors from July 3.
