A video from The Lallantop interview featuring Aamir Khan shows the host inviting Gauri Spratt to ask the actor a question—be it about his filmography or acting. To this, Aamir said, 'Meri filmein bohot kam dekhi hai inhone. (She has watched very few of my films)." When asked whether she feels Aamir Khan can act well, she jokingly replied, 'There's always room for improvement," leaving everyone in splits! The Bollywood superstar took it sportingly, and said, 'I agree with her."
When asked whether she has watched any of Aamir's films, Gauri Spratt replied, 'I have. Before we became friends, I watched a few films. Lagaan, Dil Chahhta Hai, 3 Idiots. But after that, I have made an effort and seen a few more. I have seen Ghajini, Dangal, I have seen Laal Singh Chadha. I haven't seen all his films yet," she said.
She further added, 'In some of his older films, I really like how he has acted. Akele Hum Akele Tum. I watched that and I really enjoyed his performance."
Meanwhile, earlier, while talking about their connection, Aamir revealed that they first crossed paths 25 years ago but lost touch, only to reconnect two years ago. 'I was looking for someone I can be calm with, who gives me peace. And there she was," Aamir shared.

Aamir Khan once revealed his simple diet secret to staying fit at 60: Know more about his 50-25-25 fitness formula
Aamir Khan is known for giving his all to his films. Over the years, he has amazed everyone by completely changing his body to suit his roles. Whether it was getting bulky or trimming down, Aamir has always gone the extra mile. One of his most striking transformations was for 'Dangal', where he showed just how serious he is about his craft. Nutrition comes first Talking about how he prepared for 'Dangal', Aamir once shared with Bollywood Hungama that he focussed mainly on his eating habits and how well he recovered. He revealed, 'I allotted myself five months to reach the required fitness level. Nutrition was the key factor. Many believe that exercise alone is enough. But the truth is, without correct eating habits, physical training won't be effective. Your diet carries the most weight. I'd say 50% of the effort comes from what you eat, 25% from working out, and the remaining 25% from proper rest. Sleep for a solid eight hours—without that, your body won't respond the way you expect. ' Breaking common diet myths Aamir also spoke about how many people get confused about dieting. He said people often skip meals, avoid rice at night, or eat very little thinking it will help them lose weight quickly. But he doesn't believe in such extreme measures. Instead, he follows a simple old-school rule of keeping a calorie deficit, 'Let's say your body burns 2,000 calories a day. If you consume 2,000, your weight won't change. If you consume 1,500 calories daily, that's a 500-calorie shortfall. Over a week, this builds up to a 3,500-calorie gap, roughly equivalent to a pound of weight loss. If you also walk around 7 kilometers daily, it pushes the deficit further. But your meals must be well-rounded—with carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, dietary fiber, and essential salts like Sodium. ' This means he doesn't cut out carbs or starve himself. He simply makes sure to eat a little less than what his body burns and keeps his meals balanced. Sleep is just as important Aamir also pointed out that many forget about the power of rest. Without good sleep, the body doesn't recover or respond well. For him, getting eight hours of proper sleep is non-negotiable. It is part of his fitness formula, along with diet and exercise. This balanced approach shows why he is able to reach any fitness goal without harming his health. Winning hearts on screen too Aamir is also winning hearts at the box office. His latest film 'Sitaare Zameen Par' released on 20 June 2025 and has turned out to be a big hit. This sports drama directed by R.S. Prasanna has got glowing reviews from critics and the public alike. In just ten days, it has crossed the Rs 120 crore mark, proving that Aamir still rules the screen.

Then they changed their tone and said, 'Now you have to come because it has been announced there and it's become a matter of prestige.' That was the last meeting we had. I told them, 'You've been meeting me for over a month now and I've told you from the start that I won't come. I still won't come. Lekin aap bahut takatwar log hain, aap jis din chahe aa sakte hain, chahe mujhe peetiye ya sar pe maariye, haath pair bandh ke kahin bhi le jaaiye (But you are very powerful people. If you want, you can come anytime — beat me up, hit me on the head, tie me up and take me wherever you want). You can take me forcibly, but I will not willingly go.'" Lekin maine unhe ek hi jawab diya tha ki main apni zindagi jaise jee raha hoon waise hi jeena chahta hoon aur main nahin jaa raha hoon wahan pe (Yes, I was afraid. I had two young children. My parents were very worried — they asked me why I was doing this when these are such dangerous people.
