Hajjah.. Seminars & events commemorating Hijra & martyrdom of Imam Hussein

Hajjah - Saba: The Women's Cultural Authority in Hajjah province organized seminars and events on Sunday to mark the anniversary of the Prophet's Hijra (Migration) and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him). The discussions in the seminars—held in the province center, Qarn Habab, Al-Sawail, Nu'man in the city, Al-Jawana in Aflah Al-Sham, Al-Shuja'a in Al-Mahabisha, and Al-Shatra in rural Hajjah—addressed the suffering endured by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his household) and his companions at the hands of the Quraysh disbelievers before the Hijra. The events highlighted the stances of the Ansar (Supporters) in defending the Prophet (peace be upon him and his household) against the oppression of the Quraysh, considering the anniversary of the Hijra an opportunity to draw lessons in confronting the forces of polytheism and misguidance. Meanwhile, speeches at two events in Bayt Al-Shabari and Al-Qarih in Al-Shahil District discussed the injustice faced by Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his sacrifices for the reform of the Ummah. The historical stage in which the grandson of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his household) rose against tyranny and oppression was reviewed, emphasizing his strong faith, piety, and adherence to the teachings of the Quran. The events stressed the importance of following Imam Hussein's example and walking in his path to uphold truth, justice, and the rights of the oppressed and vulnerable. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

Hamas Official: Ongoing crimes in West Bank demand continued resistance

Ramallah - Saba: Senior Hamas official Mahmoud Al-Mardawi stated that the attacks by settlers in the West Bank are being sponsored by the "Zionist enemy government," war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu—who is wanted by the International Criminal Court—and the Israeli army. He emphasized that the continuous crimes necessitate sustained resistance from the Palestinian people. In press statements on Sunday, Al-Mardawi stressed that the Palestinian people will continue their resistance despite all the enemy's attempts to break their resolve, adding that torture has not deterred the resistance fighters from persisting in their struggle. He explained that recent events in Hebron are part of the ongoing resistance efforts, affirming that the enemy cannot be defeated without genuine resistance. Al-Mardawi noted that the Gaza Strip is leading a significant resistance against the aggression, despite the escalating crimes committed by the enemy. The Hamas official called on the Palestinian masses in occupied Quds, the West Bank, and the occupied interior to confront the attempts by the "terrorist enemy government" to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque. He also urged Arab and Islamic nations to take effective action to protect the Muslims' first Qibla from the "desecration" of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the tampering with its Islamic identity.
