‘Everyone knows who the winner and loser is': Iran Supreme Leader mocked for claiming victory

Sky News AU27-06-2025
Australia/Israel and Jewish Affairs Council Joel Burnie discusses the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei who released a video claiming victory for Iran.
'We've had control of the skies over Iran for a period of two weeks, the complete annihilation of their air force, their near complete and hopeful annihilation of their ballistic missile arsenal,' Mr Burnie told Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus.
'I think it's very fair to say that the majority of the planet that's watched this knows exactly who the winner is and indeed who the loser is.'

‘Relying on government': TV host uncovers Australia's biggest issues

Sky News host Steve Price unpacks Australia's issues from its economic health to unprecedented migration numbers. 'First, though, on the economic health of our country, let's get serious – we have become a nation of leaners, not leaders,' Mr Price said. 'We have continued to swamp the country with unprecedented numbers of migrants. 'Workers relying on governments for their pay packets, that grows alarmingly…and a report out today should surprise but not shock anyone.
