CHRISTINE McGuinness has opened up about her relationship with ex Paddy - and the affect joining Celebs Go Dating had on her.
Mum-of-three Christine spoke to Amy Hart's Mum's Club podcast and revealed: "I thought that going on Celebs Go Dating I would be fine. I'm ready to date. I'm completely ready to date.

"I've been separated from my ex husband for three years. We get on really well.
"We still live at home together, but of course, I want some adult company. I can't just sit and be with children all day, every day.
"I like that time out - being away from home when I'm working - but I haven't got that time out being away from home not working and just enjoying some adult company.
"I haven't had that, so I got the opportunity and thought, You know what? Why not? I understand myself, so I'll be fine.
"I'll manage it and it was just a step too far."
The Real Housewives of Cheshire alum continued: "I found it quite overwhelming, so I listened to myself and I'm really, really proud that I recognised how I felt...
"I went home to my children after two weeks. I was supposed to do 10 weeks of filming - and I'd done two weeks - and I'm really, really proud of myself that I did what was right for me."
She added: "If something doesn't feel right for you, physically, mentally, emotionally, it's okay to leave.
"That's something I tell my children quite a lot, because being autistic, you can stay and do what other people want you to do.
"I think it's really, really important to know that you can leave the party, you can leave the job, leave the event, you can leave the relationship at any time."

Paddy and Christine announced they had separated in 2022 after 15 years together.
The pair still live together for the sake of their children, despite the split.
Christine spoke out about her sexuality for the first time recently, revealing she has dated both sexes since she was a teen.
The Sun revealed her fling with a leading soap actress earlier this month.
Their encounter came in 2023, the year after Christine split from her ex-Top Gear host husband, Paddy McGuinness, 51.
The well-known actress, whom we are not naming, has previously been in relationships with men.
Months after their marriage ended, Christine was pictured kissing singer Chelcee Grimes, 33.
It has been revealed how Christine got "incredibly close" to footballer Chelcee before splitting from husband Paddy, 51.
Yet the songwriter's recent fallout with pal Christine recently came to light, with the real reason for the pair's toxic spat revealed.
The former couple have since disconnected on social media.
Paddy and Christine first met through a mutual friend in 2007, when she was 19 and he was 33.
In 2020, she was diagnosed with autism and ADHD after spending the majority of her life confused as to why she acted differently from everyone else growing up.
Since then, the TV star has been raising awareness for it through interviews, television shows and public speaking.

"I just want to see and experience the toughness and the grittiness you need to pass this course.' Chloe Burrows 16 Love Island alum Chloe Burrows is among the Celeb SAS line-up Credit: Getty Chloe was a contestant on Love Island back in 2021, placing as a runner-up. She has also appeared in Celebrity MasterChef, Celebs Go Dating and Scared of the Dark. Chloe said: "I think the course is going to give me a bit of confidence. If I even achieve half of the course, then I can walk out and be like, yeah, guess what? I did that on my own. No makeup, no hot shower. I'm very capable…I would love to come out and just feel really pleased with myself and really confident in myself. "I want to feel like I've tried my absolute hardest and that I had nothing left in the tank…I don't want to leave half-heartedly. "If I leave, it's because I physically cannot do anymore, which is fair, but I just want to know that I've tried my hardest.' Meanwhile, the fitness coach also starred in Celebs Go Dating in 2023. He said: 'Hopefully during the course, the DS will peel back a few layers because I'm stubborn as hell. "And maybe I need to be broken down to then go and sort some stuff out. 'I'm doing it for the little boy who hated himself and couldn't do anything and was the last to get picked in everything. "And from an emotional point of view, I'm hoping that this spits out a better person. 'I love a challenge. And I really think this course is exactly what I want to really tap into my fitness, the mental strength, the resilience, and see if I've got the grit to finish and go all the way.' "I think it's going to be really, really tough. This is by far the toughest thing I've ever done. "But I want to do this course because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to do an SAS training course. "In Peru, I was completely stripped back to the rawest version of myself…and I know in this course, it will have a similar effect. "I will get to see the real me again and I want to challenge myself to see how capable I am. "I don't know if I'm physically fit enough to complete the course but I have good mental strength.' Here's our first look at the newest recruits for Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins (Picture: Channel 4/ PA Wire) Fourteen famous faces from the world of music, entertainment and sport are being called upon to take part in the latest series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. The elite team of ex-Special Forces soldiers – Chief Instructor Billy Billingham and his team of Directing Staff (DS) – Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver – will be taking the celebrities to Wales, the home of the first phase of SAS Selection. There, they will be stripped of their home comforts, families, agents and social media. Together the DS will push the celebrity recruits even further and teach them the key skills to survive. There will be no room for mistakes as these celebrity recruits face the hardest course yet, in the most gruelling stages of SAS selection. So, without further ado, let's take a look at who will be made to suffer in Channel 4's hit series. The BBC's repeat of Ralf Little's gentle crime drama drew in 1.8m during the same 9pm to 10pm time slot. And BBC2's stroll through the evolution of man, Human, attracted 1.6m. Shark! fared no better this week either, when double - 2m - tuned in to BBC1's Fake or Fortune? antiques show. Both weeks, the most watched show of the evening was Coronation Street, with 3.3m and 3m watching respectively. It comes after David Tennant's gameshow The Genius Game was branded an "expensive flop" after the £2.5m series drew an average audience of 661,000 by the end. In the five-part show, seven brave celebrities spent several weeks taking to dangerous waters in an effort to overcome their fears and also deliver an ecological message. The line-up also included comedians Ross Noble and Lucy Punch as well as McFly star Dougie Poynter and athlete Ade Adepitan. In the early episodes viewers have watched Helen battle with her fear of the sea after a childhood incident at an aqua park left her scared of even entering the water. Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters The actress, who plays Trixie in Call The Midwife, found even being lowered into the depths in a cage too much and begged to be released. Mum-of-two Helen, 41, said: 'I was terrified of putting my head underwater. 'I have a real deep-rooted fear. 'My kids know that I am scared of the water, and my seven-year-old is more confident in the water than I am, and I realised I've got to do something about that as it's not safe.'
