Kapil Sharma's weight loss secret: How the ace comedian lost 11 kgs in 63 days with just THIS rule
Kapil Sharma's weight loss secret: How the ace comedian lost 11 kgs in 63 days with just THIS rule Kapil Sharma's surprising weight loss transformation caught everyone's eye. Known for his impeccable comic timing, the ace comedian is now earning all the love for his new, lean and confident avatar. Behind the drastic change is not just a diet plan or rigorous training, but a well-planned lifestyle led by his fitness trainer Yogesh Bhateja. Yogesh, who has trained many Bollywood biggies like Farah Khan, Kangana Ranuat, and Sonu Sood, shared that Kapil's weight loss journey wasn't an easy one. But through disciplined lifestyle, smart approach and a technique called the 21-21-21 rule, his habits reshaped and inspired him to shed those extra pounds. Kapil Sharma's weight loss journey Yogesh started training Kapil at home, using basic tools like resistance bands and Yoga mat. Gym equipments were later added in his fitness journey. Describing the first day of his training, Yogesh said, 'The story of Day 1 is actually pretty funny. I asked him to do stretches, and because he hadn't moved his body in a long time, even simple movements like arm rotations, body twists, and toe touches caused him discomfort. His expressions were so exaggerated and comic… From the very next day, he was back on schedule, and we began with basic movements. That's when I realised how stiff his body had become; there was no food discipline, and a lot of inflammation in his body.' What made things worse for Kapil Sharma during his weight loss programme? Yogesh revealed that Kapil's hectic lifestyle made things more challenging for him. 'Since Kapil was the main guy, the responsibility on him was even greater. He was sleep-deprived, his diet had no set pattern, and he would eat at odd times. There was no discipline. It took me a long time, along with his manager and team, to bring some alignment into his lifestyle. But by God's grace, when his film came out, everyone saw the difference on screen,' he added. Kapil Sharma's diet plan In his diet, Yogesh made few changes, by instructing him to have more fish, calling it 'a great source of protein that helps manage calories.' He also included a good amount of vegetables in his meals. Kapil Sharma on the professional front While Kapil's weight has shoot up and down in the past, he's now in great shape, inspiring fans with his dashing pictures on social media. Meanwhile, on the work front, Kapil is current hosting The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show Season 3 on Netflix. He also shared the first look of the sequel of his 2015 film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon during Eid.

Salman Khan Reveals Why He Covered His Balcony With Bullet Proof Glass: 'I Would Find...'
The balcony of the Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments house was covered with bulletproof glass in January this year. For years, the balcony of Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment has been iconic. Every year, the Bollywood superstar used to greet his fans on Eid from this spot of his house. However, everyone was left disheartened when the balcony was covered with bulletproof glass earlier this year. While everyone thought it was because of the constant threats that the actor has been getting, Khan has now revealed the real reason for covering his balcony. In a recent interview, Salman Khan revealed that he decided to cover his balcony because people would climb up and stay there to meet him. 'I would find them sleeping there," he said, as quoted by Bollywood Bubble. Therefore, the actor covered his balcony for everyone's safety at home. For the unversed, the balcony of Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments house was covered with bulletproof glass in January this year. The stepping up of the security came at a time when the actor was facing several death threats, mainly from the jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's gang. In April 2024, gunshots were fired outside Khan's Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai's Bandra area. Later, it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang is alleged to be behind the attack as the gangster's brother, Anmol Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the shooting incident via a Facebook post. Later, the Mumbai Traffic Police also received a message from the gang, demanding Rs 5 crore for Salman's 'forgiveness." The message threatened that if the demand wasn't met, he would suffer a fate 'worse than Baba Siddique," who was shot dead in Mumbai on October 12, 2024. After the shocking incidents, Salman Khan's security was upgraded. In October 2024, the actor also acquired a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV worth approximately Rs 2 crore, imported directly from Dubai to Mumbai. Besides this, safety measures were also implemented outside the Bigg Boss 18 sets in Mumbai's film city. Reportedly, Khan's security team was also reinforced with an additional eight to ten armed officers, and a special command center was established at his residence by the Mumbai Police.
