Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath rocker, dies at 76 weeks after final show: Reports

From the iconic "All Aboard!" opening of "Crazy Train" to his oft-meme'd "Sharon!" Ozzy Osbourne had one of the most recognizable screams in modern history. The Grammy winning Prince of Darkness and legendary rocker has died just weeks after reuniting with Black Sabbath for a final show in England. He was 76. According to reports from The Guardian and BBC, a family statement said Osbourne died, "surrounded by love" Tuesday morning. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy has passed away this morning," the statement read. "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time." USA TODAY has reached out to Osbourne's representatives for more information. He leaves behind Sharon Osbourne, his wife of more than 40 years, as well as their daughters Aimee and Kelly and son Jack. This is a developing story.

Bad Bunny is staging a late-night talk show takeover

Bad Bunny is booked and busy. (Now try saying that twice.) On Tuesday night, the Grammy-winning Puerto Rican singer will make two back-to-back appearances on late-night television shows: 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' on CBS and 'Late Night With Seth Meyers' on NBC. The 31-year-old artist is in the midst of his historic No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí residency at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan. The 30-night concert series is expected to generate $200 million to the local economy, according to the island's promotional agency, Discover Puerto Rico. Bad Bunny, who moonlights as an actor, is also promoting the long-awaited 'Happy Gilmore 2,' a sequel to the 1996 Adam Sandler comedy, which will premiere July 25 on Netflix. He will play a golf caddy to Happy Gilmore (played by Sandler), an aggro-ex-hockey player turned golf phenom. Both Sandler and Bad Bunny are expected to appear on 'Late Night With Seth Meyers.' It's an unusual move by the two competing networks to book the same guest on a single night, but as evening newscasts clash with fast-paced content on social media sites like YouTube or TikTok, perhaps the rules can be relaxed for a superstar. Camaraderie across the TV aisle has grown in recent days, with multiple late-night hosts decrying the cancellation of Colbert's program for what CBS has cited as financial reasons. News of this cancellation came days after Colbert criticized CBS' parent company, Paramount, over the $16-million settlement of President Trump's lawsuit stemming from a '60 Minutes' interview with Kamala Harris. 'And now for the next 10 months, the gloves are off,' said Colbert on Sunday night. His decade-long show will end May 2026. Earlier this year, Bad Bunny co-hosted 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' to promote his hit album, 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos,' which remains on the Billboard 200 chart since its January debut. During the program, the two disguised themselves while busking in a New York Subway station, first performing a cover of the Backstreet Boys' 'I Want It That Way,' then Bad Bunny's single 'Nuevayol.' For those wondering how Bad Bunny will pull off this New York showdown, fear not: 'Late Night With Seth Meyers' films its Tuesday program on Monday. Bad Bunny will first appear as a guest on 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' on CBS at 8:35 p.m. PST, followed 'Late Night With Seth Meyers' on NBC at 9:35 p.m. PST.

Beyoncé heads to Vegas for final shows: Extreme heat, bag policy, Allegiant Stadium tips

Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is riding into final stretch of her "Cowboy Carter" tour and is set to deliver two high-powered shows to close out the era. The Grammy-winning singer is headed to Las Vegas for the last stop on her Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour. She is poised to take the stage at Allegiant Stadium for two nights on July 25 and 26. The Vegas stop comes after Beyoncé delivered four dazzling concerts at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, debuting new stunts and bringing out husband Jay-Z for the first time on a U.S. stop of her tour. During the four-night stint, Bey teased that the ATL crowd was her "loudest" yet. Of course, Beyoncé first kicked off her "Cowboy Carter" tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with a 39-song set list. Her shows have been filled with family, fashion and different music genres. Here's what to know as fans head to Allegiant Stadium to witness the final two shows. Logistics: How to get to Allegiant Stadium, when doors open Allegiant Stadium is located at 3333 Al Davis Way in Las Vegas. It is accessible by car, on foot or through public transportation. On the Vegas Strip, the RTC's Deuce bus runs 24/7 and stops every 15 minutes at 57 locations along Las Vegas Boulevard. Fans who prefer to use ride-share options should be picked up and dropped in Lot N — just north of the stadium. Walking to Allegiant Stadium from the Las Vegas Strip is convenient and safe using the Hacienda Bridge. The stadium doors open at 5 p.m. local time. However, fans with VIP packages should check their emails prior to arrival for specific instructions for early entry. The show is set to kick off at 7 p.m., though Beyoncé's actual start time has varied between 7 and 8 p.m. Fans should note the stadium is cashless. Parking information for Allegiant Stadium Parking lots will open at 4 p.m. local time. Fans are encouraged to purchase parking ahead of the show. According to the site, there is no in-and-out access and fans are advised to pay electronically or with a card at the gates. Concertgoers can buy a parking space using the SpotHero app. Official parking spaces were priced around $50. However, there were additional lots starting around $30. Parking rates are subject to change without notice. What's the weather in Vegas? From the United States to Europe, Beyoncé and her fans have braved severe weather conditions, an evacuation, cold temperatures, scorching heat and rainy weather for her concerts. Fans should take note of the weather in their respective cities before putting on their chic cowboy-core attire. In Vegas, fans can expect sweltering temperatures. It's important to stay hydrated before and during the nearly three-hour show. Forecasts expect temperatures to reach 102 degrees Fahrenheit on both July 25 and 26. Bag policy, prohibited items at Allegiant Stadium Fans must follow the NFL clear bag policy at Allegiant Stadium. Guests are allowed to bring bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12-by-6-by-12 inches. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags. Attendees are also permitted to bring one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, but the logo can only be on one side. Additionally, small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5-by-6.5 inches, with or without a handle or strap, are allowed. Medical bags or kits are acceptable and will be searched at the gate. Fans with large bags or suitcases may check their bags for a nonrefundable $20 fee per bag, payable via cashless payment. There will be three bag check locations, opening the same time stadium doors open and closing one hour after the event. Any bags not picked up before closing will be transferred to lost and found. Audio or visual recording devices of any size will not be permitted inside the venue.
