Leaked orange iPhone 17 Pro color feels like a breath of fresh air in new image

This year's iPhone 17 Pro series is likely introducing a vibrant new color option: orange. An insider has just shared a photo of the camera rings of the Pro models, and the orange ring feels like a much-needed breath of fresh air.For context, the rings will continue to be colored the same as the chassis that they're stuck on, so this is a pretty accurate representation of what the new color will look like.

In my opinion, the orange pops and stands out from the rest of the color options. According to similar previous reports, iPhone 17 Pro colors include the following: Black
Gray
Silver
Dark blue
Orange
I'm glad that Apple seems to be taking a few more risks with the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max. There was also supposedly a light blue color option as well, which has reportedly been scrapped and given to the iPhone 17 Air instead. A light blue iPhone 17 Air will, in my opinion, heavily resemble a Pixel 8 Pro with the 'Bay' color option.

According to other reports, the base model iPhone 17 will be seeing a fun new color as well: a long-awaited purple iPhone 17 option. In addition to the aforementioned light blue shade, the iPhone 17 Air will also have green and purple color options if the images of the rings are accurate.
Desert Titanium on the iPhone 16 Pro was a very unique look in my eyes, and the orange for the iPhone 17 Pro will sort of continue that trend, albeit being a lot bolder. Of course, color options are hardly the biggest change for the new Pro lineup. The new models will see a revamped rear camera island, and the Air will be replacing the Plus model.
Samsung is also offering something similar for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus: the online exclusive Coral Red color. However, it'll have to step up its game for the Galaxy S26 Ultra to compete with the orange iPhone 17 Pro. Secure your connection now at a bargain price!

FCC visit reveals what's missing from the base Pixel 10 model

The Pixel 10 (Model numbers GLBWO, GL066, GK2MP), Pixel 10 Pro (G4QUR), and Pixel 10 Pro XL (GUL82) have visited the FCC and thanks to this mandatory visit, we learned some things about the Pixel 10 base model, There's no question that Google is improving the entry level model this year by throwing in a third rear camera-in this case a telephoto camera. One rumor last week even suggested that the Pixel 10 would feature the thermometer on its rear panel, just like the Pro models have. But the Pixel 10 will not support Ultra-Wideband (UWB). That means it will not work with item trackers that rely on UWB for precise tracking. UWB also works to help support indoor navigation and allows your phone to act as a digital car key. You will find UWB on the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, both of which also visited the FCC (more on that later). Now, we wouldn't necessarily call the Pixel 10 bare bones, especially with the new rear camera, but the Pixel 10 also will not support Thread connectivity, which is the connectivity platform used for many smart home products. While it won't have UWB, the entry-level Pixel phone will have the Satellite SOS feature. This will allow Pixel 10 users to connect to a satellite in areas where there is no cellular or Wi-Fi service, and allow them to send an emergency message via text. You will need to have Google Messages set as your default messaging app to use Satellite SOS. The Pixel 10 will support Wi-Fi 6E and wireless charging. Early indications are that the base model will work with the Qi2 standard. The FCC visit also revealed that the phone apparently will have a Samsung modem under the hood even though most rival phones in the Pixel 10 's class employ Snapdragon modems designed by Qualcomm. As for the Pixel 10 Pro models, both will have support for UWB and Thread connectivity, employ a Samsung modem, feature wireless charging, and come with Wi-Fi 6E. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL will both come out of the box with Satellite SOS support. The FCC documentation included this helpful reminder to airline passengers who will be flying with a Pixel 10 series handset. | Image credit-FCC, Android Authority Secure your connection now at a bargain price! Pixel Watch 4 finally brings the one upgrade Google fans have been begging for

Google's Pixel Watch line has always looked good — but it hasn't always been practical. Until now. With the upcoming Pixel Watch 4, Google is finally addressing a long-standing complaint: repairability. Unlike its three predecessors, the Pixel Watch 4 can actually be opened and serviced. That's a huge win for users — and the environment — considering the domed glass design that's been prone to cracks. iFixit gave the Pixel Watch 3 a dismal 4/10 repair score. We're expecting the Watch 4 to fare much better when the teardown hits. From smarter health tracking to better battery life, the Watch 4 is shaping up to be Google's best yet.. | Image credit — Onleaks and 91mobiles But it's not just hardware durability that's getting a boost — the Watch 4 may also be a lot smarter. As we recently reported, Google is upgrading the co-processor inside the Pixel Watch 4 . While it sticks with the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 as the main chip, the watch is expected to swap out the old M33 co-processor for a more modern important because the M55 is significantly more efficient and five times more capable at handling on-device AI workloads. That means features like continuous health tracking, smart notifications, and possibly even Gemini-powered voice features could become faster and more useful — all without killing the of battery, the 45mm model is tipped to last up to 40 hours with always-on display turned on, and up to 72 hours in Battery Saver mode. That's a welcome upgrade over previous generations. The Pixel Watch 4 keeps the familiar look but adds a brighter 3,000-nit display and slimmer bezels. | Image credit — Onleaks and 91mobiles Externally, the Pixel Watch 4 might look familiar, but there are meaningful changes. You get 16% smaller bezels and a new 3,000-nit peak brightness display — a sharp jump from the 2,000 nits offered by the Pixel Watch 3. That puts Google's wearable on par with the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 8 when it comes to screen the hood, the Watch 4 is expected to ship with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage — consistent with its predecessor. Software-wise, we're likely looking at Wear OS 5 with deeper Google AI integration. The Pixel Watch 4 is scheduled to launch on August 20, alongside the Pixel 10 series at Google's Made by Google event. It's shaping up to be a meaningful upgrade for those who've been holding out — especially for users who've cracked a Pixel Watch screen in the past and had no choice but to buy a whole new device. Apple just found a new way to make one of its apps a bit more tempting

Apple just gave its users another reason to check out Apple News+ – and no, it's not another news article. It's a game. The company just dropped a brand-new title called Emoji Game. It joins the growing lineup of word and number puzzles that already includes Crossword, Sudoku and Quartiles, giving subscribers another fun way to kill time and challenge their brains. Launching just in time for World Emoji Day (yes, it's a thing celebrated on July 17), the new game is available now for Apple News+ subscribers in the US and Canada, in English. – Lauren Kern, editor-in-chief of Apple News, July 17, 2025 Emoji Game is a mix of wordplay and logic. Each day, players are given three short phrases with missing parts – and the challenge is to complete them using emojis. You get a limited set to work with and the fewer moves you make, the better. If you are stuck, you can reveal a clue for each phrase – but that also adds to your move count. The Emoji Game challenges you to solve short phrases using emoji. | Image by Apple One of the unique touches here is the use of Genmoji, or custom emojis created with Apple Intelligence, which gives Apple a bit more flexibility than the standard emoji set. In other words, you're not limited to the emojis on your keyboard – Apple's throwing in AI-powered ones, too. Scores are tracked through Game Center, and of course, you can share results with friends through Messages, Mail, or social media. You'll find the game in the Puzzles section of the Apple News app, and later this fall, Emoji Game will also be available through the Apple Games app, a new hub for casual gaming and puzzle lovers. Apple isn't the only one using puzzles to boost engagement – The New York Times, for example, has seen major success with its own games. Apple doesn't reveal how many people play its games, but it does say that a lot of users subscribe to News+ just for the puzzles. Secure your connection now at a bargain price!
