Granollers and Zeballos defy their ages to win French Open doubles title
Granollers, a 39-year-old from Spain, and his 40-year-old Argentine partner played in their fourth Grand Slam final as a pairing, but first at the clay-court major. They defeated British pair Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski 6-0, 6-7 (5), 7-5.

Granollers and Zeballos, who were seeded fifth in Paris, were runners-up at the U.S. Open in 2019 and Wimbledon in 2021 and 2023.
Salisbury and Skupski were the first all-British team to reach a Grand Slam men's doubles final in the Open era.

Lecce executive: 'We want €35-40m for Krstovic.'
Lecce sporting director Pantaleo Corvino made it clear that his club will only consider top offers for Nikola Krstovic. The Montenegrin striker has been recently linked with Roma after his move to Leeds fell through. The reason for this collapse was Krstovic's own preference to remain in Serie A. Advertisement While speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corvino reiterated Lecce's asking price. 'I see that there are strikers who have scored fewer goals than Krstovic who are valued at 35-40 million. Nikola scored 12 goals last year and provided six assists: in terms of numbers, he is the eighth striker who plays in Italy.' 'So whoever wants him must take this into account. We will do everything to please the boy, so we will ask for something less than his real value, but whoever buys him must also understand Lecce's needs.'

The Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder topped her country's attacking statistics and hit the crossbar early on, proving she is a potent threat from the engine room. Should the Swiss lose to Iceland and see Finland avoid defeat to Norway, their chances of reaching the quarter final stage of the tournament will be over.
