Chappell Roan's Brand New No. 1 Single
Chappell Roan's 'The Giver' debuts at No. 1 on the Official Vinyl Singles chart in the U.K., marking ... More her third chart-topper — and third consecutive leader — on the list. LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - OCTOBER 25: Chappell Roan at the Los Angeles premiere of Netflix's "Olivia Rodrigo: GUTS World Tour" at NYA EAST on October 25, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Momodu Mansaray/FilmMagic) After breaking into the mainstream and becoming one of the hottest new names in pop music, Chappell Roan switched things up in early 2025. The world has been eager for new music from the Grammy-winning superstar, and for months, all she's been promoting is 'The Giver,' which has divided listeners. The track sounds nothing like the tunes that turned her into a global powerhouse, as it moved Roan into country-pop territory. 'The Giver' returns to several charts in the United Kingdom this week and debuts on a pair of tallies at the same time, after the vinyl edition of the single finally shipped to fans. "The Giver" Returns and Debuts 'The Giver' opens at No. 1 on the Official Vinyl Singles chart, which ranks the bestselling individual tracks on that format in the U.K. As the track launches, Roan earns her third No. 1 on the list, as her country-leaning cut joins 'Good Luck, Babe!' and 'Pink Pony Club,' both of which also reached the top spot. Roan has only sent three tracks to the Official Vinyl Singles chart throughout her career, and all of them have hit No. 1. That means her track record on the roster remains unbroken. Chappell Roan Debuts at No. 2 Elsewhere While 'The Giver' rules the Official Vinyl Singles chart, it misses out on opening in the same spot on the Official Physical Singles tally. On that ranking, Roan starts the tune at No. 2. She also reappears in the same position on the Official Singles Sales list, which is not limited to any one format. 'The Giver' has already spent 10 weeks on that roster, and previously stalled in the runner-up spot when it was brand new and only available digitally. 'The Giver' Just Misses the Top 40 'The Giver' also originally missed out on becoming a champion on the Official Singles chart by just one space, when it was brand new and it peaked at No. 2. Though the tune returns to that roster, it doesn't appear in as lofty a position as on sales-focused lists. Roan narrowly fails to send 'The Giver' back into the top 40, as it reenters the all-consumption ranking at No. 43. Chappell Roan's Latest Remains a Standalone Hit For the moment, 'The Giver' is a standalone single, just like 'Good Luck, Babe!' which helped catapult her debut album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess to great commercial success — even though the tune isn't featured on that full-length. Anticipation for Roan's sophomore project is high, though the singer-songwriter hasn't given any real signs that she's ready to deliver an album. So, for now, 'The Giver' must exist on its own as a bestseller.

Queen Camilla Opts for Emerald Green in Anna Valentine Dress, Brigitte Macron Goes Crisp White for French State Visit to the U.K.
Queen Camilla turned to one of her go-to designers, Anna Valentine, for her attire at the arrival of France's President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron on Tuesday in Windsor, England. The U.K.'s queen consort wore a nearly complete monochrome look, while Brigitte Macron went for a classic crisp white dress with gold accents. Queen Camilla styled an Anna Valentine emerald green midi dress with three-quarter-length sleeves, a rounded neckline and slightly flared skirt with soft pleats. The Anna Valentine design coordinated with Queen Camilla's hat, designed by Philip Treacy. To further accessorize her look, the queen consort wore pearl earrings and her four strand pearl choker with diamond clasp. She also added Queen Mary's Emerald and Diamond Celtic Knot Brooch, part of the late Queen Elizabeth II's jewelry collection. Macron wore a tailored white midi dress with long sleeves and buttons on the side placket for an asymmetrical element to the overall look. The dress featured a cinched waist with gold accents to add pops of contrasting color to the ensemble. She also carried a gold clutch and accessorized her attire with metallic pieces. In the past, however, Macron and Queen Camilla have made joint public appearances in which their respective styles complemented each other. For the Entente Littéraire Prize Award Ceremony last December, Queen Camilla and Brigitte Macron coordinated in complementary colorways. Macron wore a coatdress in a subdued shade of cornflower blue, while the queen consort opted for a gray midi dress and blazer. The Macrons' visit to the U.K. marks the first state visit made by France in 17 years. The couple will stay at Windsor Castle, hosted by King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and a banquet will be held there in their honor. Sienna Miller Offers a Summery Take on Wimbledon Whites
The royals have arrived! Well, not those royals… While Prince William and Kate Middleton are occupied with the French state visit, Sienna Miller and her partner, Oli Green, enjoyed Wimbledon from the Royal Box. Miller riffed on tennis whites in a romantic Alessandra Rich dress printed with purple and orange roses. While the body-hugging mini dress could have leaned sexy, its volant collar with a black bow, puff sleeves, and ruffle at the hip gave the look a more pastoral feel. Accessorizing her sweet, summery dress, Miller added a large Bottega Veneta tote bag in the brand's signature intrecciato leather and a pair of oversized sunglasses. Ben Whitley -Green dressed the part of a Royal Box attendee, in a navy suit, gray tie, and thick black Ray-Ban Wayfarers, matching Miller's frames. In years past, Miller has run the gamut of Wimbledon outfits, from the flowing two-piece polka-dot set she wore last year to the cinched-waist pinstripe Ralph Lauren number she paired with towering platforms the year before. But in her white floral dress, Sienna Miller raises the perfect courtside look and the perfect summer dress.
