SAS star becomes dad again aged 48 as baby arrives 5 weeks early
The SAS: Who Dares Wins star, who has daughters Honor, 14, and Amy from previous relationships, and his third wife, Jules Fox, welcomed Jack into the world on June 8.
Expressing their joy, they shared a series of sweet photos that showed them bonding with the newborn.
Captioning the picture carousel that was posted on Jason's Instagram account on Thursday, he revealed the little one's full name.
'Jack Conrad Fox. 8th June 2025. Five weeks early.'
Heaping praise on his other half, he declared: '@julesfoxter has been and is amazing!'
Jason described his baby boy as 'epic' and joked that he's already 'brilliant at immobilising [him]' by lying across his chest, sleeping soundly.
Many of the 48-year-old ex-Royal Marine and Jules' celebrity pals congratulated the couple on the birth of Jack in the post's comments section.
Saira Khan, 55—who, in 2023, took part in the celebrity version of the Channel 4 show that sees stars be put through the Special Air Services screening process to test their mental, emotional, and physical strength—wrote: 'Huge congratulations!'
Reality TV star Ferne McCann, 34—who starred in the 2022 series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins—penned: 'So so happy for you and @julesfoxter. He is absolutely gorgeous.'
And former Coronation Street actress Catherine Tyldesley, 41, said: 'Oh so gorgeous!! Huge congratulations xx'.
Jason's fans also jumped into the carousel's comment section to fawn over baby Jack, declaring him 'a little cutie' and voicing their happiness for the growing family.
Jason, whose teen daughter came from his marriage to second wife Lucy Culkin, has previously opened up about his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)—a mental health condition that is caused by experiencing or witnessing traumatic events.
He developed this following his two decades in the British Army, having joined the Royal Marines Commandos in 1992 at the age of just 16.
In 2001, he joined the Special Boat Service and reached the rank of Sergeant.
However, in April 2012, he was medically discharged from service due to his PTSD diagnosis.
Irrespective of his own struggles, though, Jason would support his children if they wanted to join the military.
He told Metro in March: 'I'd tell them to think long and hard about whether it was right for them.
'Once I'd made sure they had thought about it properly, I'd be fully behind them, as my parents were with me.'
Jason, aka Foxy, has also openly admitted that his life in the military took a toll on his home life as he tried to juggle his army commitments with being a present father and husband. More Trending
Speaking to Spencer Matthews on his Big Fish podcast, Jason reflected on the drive and passion his military stint gave him: 'It gave me a lot of confidence; it taught me that I've got more confidence than I thought I had.'
'My 'why' [in life] was my love for being a soldier. I enjoyed the craft of soldiering. There's a lot more to it than just running around shouting and stuff.'
However, the imbalance in his high-intensity, stressful professional life and his home life contributed to his mental health struggles.

'It had a massive impact on me mentally … but the reason it had an impact on me is because I didn't know how to balance my work life with my home life. And I was a great soldier—I was a s**t husband and a s**t father because I didn't know how to balance it.'

Alex Dowal, of the Cyber and Fraud Centre Scotland, warned most social media operators are struggling to take down fake profiles. He said: 'It's not actually a crime to set up a profile in someone's name. 'It goes against the terms and conditions of Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately, the scale of policing that is virtually non-existent. 'It becomes a crime if you are seeking to benefit from pretending to be someone else. 'It probably wouldn't take long before some fake endorsements using his profile come out. That would consitute fraud.' We told how the cast were revealed by Warner Bros last month with film bosses pledging a 'faithful adaptation' of the books by author and executive producer J.K. Rowling. Earlier this week, the writer said she had read the first two episodes, adding: 'They are so, so, so good.' A spokeswoman for Warner Bros Discovery said: 'We won't be commenting at this time.'

Jessie J went into 'survival mode' after cancer diagnosis as she shares regret
Singer Jessie J is continuing to share thoughtful reflections on her recent breast cancer surgery as she updates fans amid her recovery from the procedure Singer Jessie J has shared an emotional update as she continues to recover from breast cancer surgery. The Price Tag singer announced in June that she had been diagnosed with early breast cancer and that she would be undergoing treatment. The artist, whose real name is Jessica Cornish, and her partner Chanan Safir Colman, had a son, Sky Safir Cornish Colman, in May 2023. In a message to fans shortly after having her operation, the former Voice UK judge admitted she was missing being "an active mum/human." On Saturday, Jessie took to her Instagram Stories to reflect on her diagnosis two weeks on from surgery. "2 weeks post surgery. Had my drain out 2 nights ago. She said breathe in and take a hard breathe out. She whipped that thang out so quick. Woii oii. Weirdest feeling. But so nice to have it out after 12 days," she wrote. "Now it's just me and my wonky boobs trying to figure out how to dress until I match them up. The left one is looking at me like 'you ok babe?' Also my experience was when I was diagnosed I went into survival mode. 'There was so much going on with appointments and in my mind esp with a toddler I had just moved and was about to start this campaign after 8 years away. Mad. "I didn't really have a lot of time to process what was happening or what was going to happen. So I'm currently experiencing some delayed sadness and frustration by having time to process what IS happening." Jessie continued: "A little disappointed in myself I didn't say goodbye to my old boob enough. Sounds silly but that's where I'm at. Again that's my journey. I'm sure others feel different. "But for me I didn't think beyond the surgery. I was just being strong. Well now I'm here and letting myself be angry and sad and all the things. Just for a few days. Then I will sew some padding in a bra to even them out order some t-shirts and crack tf on." Last month, the mum-of-one revealed she had stopped taking pain medication, saying it is "just not my thing". A social media update from the star featured a picture of Jessie's wound drain, a tube which helps remove excess fluid or blood that can accumulate after surgery. She asked her followers: "Anyone else who has had this, did you feel like you are walking around one of those dog / duck toys. I carry mine on the floor when I'm home so the gravity can help the drain. Hoping it's out by the end of the week." The artist has battled with ill health throughout her life, having been diagnosed with a heart condition aged eight, suffering a minor stroke aged 18 and having briefly gone deaf in 2020. The Domino singer said she is "feeling positive and grateful", and asked fans not to worry if she "seems a little out of it" in public. "If you do see me out, sitting in a park or coming out of a doctor's appointment or eating or walking or anything, and I seem a little out of it. I am," Jessie said. "It's not personal. I don't have what I usually have to give energy wise, understandably. I will get there. It's a slow road."

A source close to the pop star's family said the tragedy was "unbelievable" at the time. Union J star Jaymi had been in a relationship with hairstylist Olly since 2009 and they got engaged in 2014. Olly's family shared photos of the star, along with tributes to their 'spiritual, gentle soul' who was 'beautiful both inside and out.' They auditioned for the ninth series of The X Factor, becoming Union J after fellow contestant George Shelley joined Jaymi, and bandmates JJ Hamblett and Josh Cuthbert. The foursome came fifth in the competition, which was eventually won by solo singer James Arthur - beating Rylan into fifth, in the same series as Ella Henderson. The group signed to Sony Music subsidiary RCA Records, releasing debut single 'Carry You' in June 2013.
