In the episode, hosted as always by Bradley Walsh, Jenny was taking on the day's remaining players in the Final Chase round.
Nick from Liverpool, Laura from Bolton, Aiden from Falkirk, and Vivienne from Bracknell, were all hoping to prove successful and show that they had better brains than flame-haired Jenny.
As the episode neared its end, only Laura and Nick managed to make it through as they played for a rather small final amount of £3,000.
They correctly got 14 answers before Jenny did her best to try and better them.
But as her round of questions got underway, one of them became a talking point online.
Bradley asked Jenny: 'What colour indicates semi-skimmed milk on bottles?'
It took Jenny a few seconds to give an answer as it became clear that she was not overly confident on the question.
Having paused for a few moments, she then replied to Bradley, saying: "It's red and silver."
Bradley immediately told her that he would "accept" her answer but it instantly sparked furore online.
Many were quick to argue that semi-skimmed milk featured a green top and that Jenny's answer was incorrect and should have been voided.
The Chase fans left screaming as player gets 'ridiculously easy' question wrong - but would you know the answer-
Reacting in shock online, one fan penned: 'Excuse me? Semi-skimmed is GREEN!'
Another also echoed the sentiment as they wrote: 'Incorrect answer from #TheVixen given as correct? They were one correct answer away from winning!'
A third went on to write: 'Semi-skimmed milk carton tops are Green (or white), NOT RED, which is skimmed milk... What is going on here?'
Before someone else stated: 'Am I going mad? I'm sure the question was about the colour of tops on semi-skimmed milk.
"The Chaser said red and silver... it's green. Or did I mishear?'
Jenny's answer was not wholly incorrect as it appeared that she was referring to traditional glass bottles often delivered by milkmen.
Glass bottled semi-skimmed milk has traditionally featured a red and silver top.
However, when bought from supermarkets in a carton, which is the more widely accessible option, the bottle lid is in fact green.
It is likely that Jenny took the question literally to make sure she referred to a "bottle" as opposed to a carton in order to ensure a correct answer was given.
The Chase's best moments
The Chase has been entertaining ITV viewers for years, here are some of the show's most memorable moments...
Bradley Walsh can't stop laughing Every time host Bradley Walsh erupts into fits of laughter on The Chase it makes for pretty entertaining TV. One particularly memorable occasion was when he was asking the question 'The title of which Elvis Presley song was engraved of the inside of Freddie Star's coffin?" As usual the contestant was given four multiple choices but Bradley could get through reading them out before bursting into hysterics. Seeming the idea of the song being option 'B: Way Down' was too much for the presenter to handle.
The Double Trouble special To celebrate 15 years of The Chase on screens, ITV launched a special 'double trouble' episode where contestants faced off against not one but two of the show's beloved Chasers. And despite the odds, the contestants managed to go home with some cash!
The contestants with famous names Eagle-eyed ITV fans are always quick to spot interesting and sometimes hidden details on the quiz show - but there have been a few times where the names of some contestants have been overtly obvious. For example, one 2017 episode of the quiz show saw Bradley welcome four contestants who were named after Friends characters Ross, Rachel, Phoebe and Joey. Another group of contestants with named from The Simpsons were also grouped together in another episode, much to viewers' amusement.
The Beast's anger gets the best of him During an episode from the 2024 season, Mark Labbett let out his inner beast as he exploded in a fit of anger. Close to losing the competition in the Final Chase, Mark then made a silly mistake and incorrectly answered the question, 'Rabbit was a 1980 hit for which Cockney duo?' 'Oh, you idiot!' he yelled at himself while slamming the table in front of him. With seconds left on the clock, the Chaser then admitted defeat, moaning "I don't deserve to win."

Love Island villa left in shock as devastated Emily is dumped by Tommy for Casa Amor beauty in brutal recoupling

Having decided to stay loyal to Tommy despite the introduction of six single hunks, Emily hoped he would return to the villa alone and welcome her into his arms. 5 Emily was left shell-shocked in tonight's Love Island recoupling Credit: ITV 5 Tommy introduced the main villa girls to Lucy She even told host Maya Jama: "It's been hard obviously I've missed seeing him round the villa and sharing a bed together, nice to have him back." But it wasn't to be as Tommy turned up holding hands with Casa Amor girl Lucy. The pair hit it off instantly in the other villa and spent lots of time snuggling up and snogging. Emily struggled to keep her emotions in check as she muttered "oh Christ!" while stunned co-stars Meg and Helena repeatedly said "f**k off". But viewers weren't so upset, with one writing on X: "Tommy returned a man!!! that girl clearly had an effect on him." Another said: "Tommy and Emily both agreed to be open? They had the chemistry of fish and they didn't even advance their relationship that much… like let's be serious." A third posted: "Why is this Emily Tommy thing such a big deal, like did they not just get together like 3 seconds ago?" Before Casa Amor, Welsh lass Emily and gardener Tommy looked to be on to a good thing after they were both hurt by their previous partners, Conor and Megan. Regarded as a sweet pairing who shied away from drama, they had begun to emerge as potential favourites to go all the way. But Lucy quickly turned Tommy's head and it became clear that he felt more sexual chemistry with her. Love Island star Dejon's colleague claims he's on the show to win it saying 'he's 'just there to secure the bag' A gentleman to the end, Gio decided against bringing another girl back to the villa forfeiting his place on the show after Billykiss partnered with Boris. While Meg was left fuming despite being reunited with her man, Dejon. Though original villa boy Dejon refused to share a bed with another girl in Casa, he did have some very flirty chats with Andrada. She was eventually chosen by Ben, who she also had a connection with, but teased that there was chemistry there with Dejon, too. Playing it coy, she simply said they enjoyed some one on one chats as host Maya Jama said there'd be more time to talk later on. There was happy news too with Shakira finally getting her man, Ty, after fierce competition from Helena. Former air stewardess Helena was then reunited with Harry, telling him: "God, I missed you." He reassures her it was never in doubt - though he did share some kisses with Rheo - and lifted her up for a kiss. While both the boys and girls could close ranks and keep their Casa adventures secret, they're surely set to come out when Movie Night comes into town. 5 The Casa boys nervously awaited their fate Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 5 The girls got to choose the men they wanted to couple with Credit: Shutterstock Editorial

Toni said she felt "sick to her stomach" before picking Cach and said they had a better connection than her and Toni. She said: "For the first time during this process I'm putting my own feelings first." Taking aim at Harrison, she then said, "maybe he shouldn't have ruined my birthday" referencing Harrison's kiss with Helena on her big day. Harrison then stepped out with new girl Lauren and told Toni she looked happy and complimented her new man. He said he had a spark with Lauren that was missing with Toni, to which Toni said: "It's life, hey… I can't wait to hear your recoupling speech." There was then a bit of needle between Cach and Harrison after the former said Toni was now in a more "mature boundary". Harrison hit back: "What does that mean?" Viewers fear Cach might be using Toni, though, and fear she could be left heartbroken. "This dude with Toni sounds a bit desperate," said one person on X after watching Cach get to know her. Love Island star Dejon's colleague claims he's on the show to win it saying 'he's 'just there to secure the bag' "I feel like Cach is just saying anything," added a second. Sex haven where randy grans are flocking to romp with toyboys

The Gambia has a reputation for Brit pensioners flocking to the African country looking for love. Lusty grans from across the UK are jetting off in the hope of finding holiday romance in Gambia. Gambia, officially known as the Republic of The Gambia, has had a reputation for a long time due to attracting lusty OAPs, who flock to the West African country in search of toyboys. ‌ Affordable package holiday deals at the main resorts are certainly part of the draw, but for these mature women, it's the prospect of meeting young men on the sun-kissed beaches that has them packing their bikinis in droves, reports the Mirror. ‌ The Gambia has earned an unwelcome nickname over the years - 'The Gran-bia' much to the horror of authorities in the country. For those like Barbara, from Dartford, Kent, a trip to The Gambia is about having "a bit of fun". Speaking previously with The Sun, the 65-year-old said: 'I don't know what all the fuss is about. I'm not doing anything illegal. If you go to somewhere like Thailand you see loads of old men with young girls, but no one talks about that. 'The minute a woman gets together with a younger man, there's an uproar, and we're called cougars and sex tourists and all that. I came here for a bit of fun, and I'm not harming anyone. If I want to take a good-looking bloke to my hotel room, it's no one's business but my own.' There are, however, other Western women who are after something more serious, and say they've genuinely fallen in love with their young Gambian toyboy s. This includes Heidi Hepworth, 51, who even converted to Islam to tie the knot with fiancé Mamadou Salieu Jallow, back in 2018, - ending her 23-year long marriage in the process. During an appearance on ITV's Loose Women at the time, Heidi shared: 'No one imagined this would last, but we love each other and are making plans to marry. I've never been happier. It was daunting at first. I got on the plane and thought 'Oh my God, what have I done?' But then I got there, and he met us off the plane with his brother and friend, and it was alright. It was magical." ‌ Channel 4 viewers were shocked by a documentary back in 2020 that was titled Sex On The Beach, which showed bars filled with elderly white women searching for younger Gambian men, in scenes some social media users found "disturbing". One pensioner told reporter Seyi Rhodes that the country was "paradise" as they could have a different man every single night. Among those interviewed was an elderly woman P, who claimed she'd travelled out to The Gambia four times in one year alone. When asked whether she felt immoral about her choices, the 60-year-old responded: "I don't feel morally nothing. It's my noo-noo. I do what I want with my noo-noo. You've got to kiss how many frogs before you find your prince. "I've done it so many times I have a bingey drink, one night stand then say take your socks and everything and go, bye." ‌ Reflecting on the scenes he was confronted with, broadcaster Seyi remarked: "What I do find troubling when I see these unequal relationships on the beach is that racial imbalance and the history of this country, the centre of slavery. You can't ignore that. When you speak to people they say over and over again, 'This is only because we're poor'." The Gambia is a stunning country with stunning beaches and parks teeming with wildlife. From delicious cuisine to a rich history and culture, there is plenty here for visitors to enjoy. ‌ However, it's feared that the country's reputation as a real-life 'Tinder' for pensioners could be holding it back from becoming a family-friendly destination. Unfortunately, the widespread poverty across The Gambia creates a power gap between the elderly sex tourists and the younger men whose company they seek out. Although sex work is illegal in The Gambia, men who entertain these so-called cougars could well receive potentially "life-changing" financial gifts that could help support their struggling families. Ali Cham has seen first-hand the older women looking for their paramours on the Senegambia Strip, where he plays live music at venues, and says the impoverished men want to accept the opportunity presented to them. Westerners that can support them. 'The men are not working as prostitutes, it's more that the women have a financial advantage that is appealing. The £1,000 they change into local currency is a lot of money here, and that makes these guys want to be with them.'
