Millie Bobby Brown has shared a huge Enola Holmes 3 update as fans say "I'm crying".
Enola Holmes is Sherlock Holmes' equally brilliant younger sister and first graced screens back in 2020. It has since become a hit with fans as they wait patiently for the third film, previously confirmed to be in production.
Starring Stranger Things star Millie, 21, as the "teen sleuth", the show follows Enola who sets out on a journey to prove herself after being overshadowed by the legacy of her brothers. Enola Holmes 2 was released in 2022 where Enola takes on her first official case as detective.
And with a near perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes with 91%, it remains popular for fans of mystery. Now, a huge update has been shared.
Millie shared an exclusive behind the scenes insight into Enola Holmes 3 as she revealed a huge update with fans on her Instagram. Posting photos from the set, with cast and crew, she wrote: "case closed."
Although no official release date has yet been announced, fans cannot wait.
Netflix replied: "omgomgomg" as another fan commented: "EH3 era, here we goooo."
A third said: "OH MY GOD WE ARE SO READY." As a fourth echoed: "We are ready for you, Enola!!!"
Over on X, excitement is also building as one person wrote: "ENOLA HOLMES 3 WRAPPED. BEST DAY OF MY LIFE."
Another added: "Guys enola holmes 3 is filmed I'm crying."
It was previously announced that Enola Holmes 3 would return with star Millie Bobby Brown. Back in April, Netflix announced the new film was in production in the UK.
According to Netflix's Tudum, it teased: "The latest installment in the adventures of the young detective sees her tackling another mystery, this time on the island nation of Malta. You'll have to wait and see what brings her there — but once she's arrived, Enola is flung into a nest of vipers.
"As the private detective juggles a new case and the next stages of her relationship with Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge), the game is truly afoot."
Enola Holmes 3 is directed by Philip Barantini, also known for his work on Adolescence. Millie Bobby Brown will return as Enola alongside Himesh Patel as Dr John Watson. Fans will also see Helen Bonham Carter (known for her roles in Harry Potter and The Crown) as Eudoria Holmes.

Chrishell Stause took to Instagram to share her thoughts on the upcoming season of The Golden Bachelor, after the show's leading man Mel Owens shared his dating preferences Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause has hit back at the Golden Bachelor after he expressed a preference for women under 60 without 'artificial hips.' The 43 year old reality star didn't hold back in expressing her thoughts on 66 year old Mel Owens' criteria for his ideal woman. 'We love the Golden Bachelor because of how wholesome it is,' the Selling Sunset star penned in her Instagram Stories on Thursday, adding, 'This type of energy will ruin it.' The drama unfolded when Owens, a former NFL player, discussed the casting process for the women who would compete for his heart on the MGoBlue podcast released on June 4. In a tale recounted on the episode, the ex-linebacker shared the story that ruffled Stause's feathers. During a meeting with The Bachelor producers, Owens disclosed: 'They ask me, 'What's your preference?' So I just said [ages] 45 to 60, just being honest,' he admitted. TV fans vow to 'never watch again' after drama makes controversial twist
Viewers have turned on The Bear as the critically acclaimed drama returned to Disney Plus for its fourth season, amid the continued presence of one particular character. As the third episode of the latest series played out, Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) issued an apology to old flame Claire Dunlap (Molly Gordon). In this moment, the show revisited one of its more memorable episodes – Carmy being locked in the fridge during a nightmare shift at the restaurant. In scenes which first aired in Series Two, Carmy had driven away Claire (on the outside of the fridge), by ranting that his relationship with her was distracting him from his restaurant duties. It took two more seasons after that, but Carmy finally apologised to Claire for his behaviour in the fridge, albeit very clumsily. However, the decision to revisit the events of this episode has alienated some fans, many of whom have reached their limit with Carmy and Claire. Writing on X as these scenes aired, some viewers shared their dismay at the emphasis on the star-crossed lovers. 'I can't bring myself to watch season 4 of The Bear. Claire ruined the show for me,' wrote kimseokjinsday1. 'Honestly, they could've never written another word about Claire in the script of the bear and I would have been totally okay with that,' said draft_x_. While most still recognised it as 'the best series on television,' its detractors have called out its lack of focus and slow pacing – especially compared to the more breakneck, panic-inducing earlier seasons. 'The Bear's failure to pick up the pace in a meaningful way this season has soured things,' wrote The Ringer, while Digital Mafia Talkies described it as 'really bad.' own Sabrina Barr was more positive, praising its character progression and, in particular, an episode co-written by star Ayo Edebiri. With all ten episodes of the show now streaming, viewers have been tuning in (and out) to make up their own minds, contributing to a 70% positive audience score on the review aggregator. The complicated relationship between Carmy and Claire may have proved controversial onscreen but, behind the scenes, their chemistry is going from strength to strength.
