Five suspects arrested in $100K Crown Royal heist
Police are still searching for two other suspects seen in surveillance video.
On May 17, 2025, two suspects broke into a secured lot and stole a transport loaded with 1,000 boxes of whisky.
Police said the wholesale value of the alcohol is $100,000 wholesale, with a retail value estimated to be closer to $500,000.
The boxes were in a transport truck parked in a fenced-in and secure lot on Devon Drive.
The truck and trailer were found abandoned and empty the following day on County Road 46. The whisky had been removed and has not been found.
