Liam Gallagher cheers on his beloved Man City as they trounce Nottingham Forrest in FA Cup Semi-Finals at Wembley - after 'causing chaos' with brother Noel during first Oasis show in 16-years ahead of reunion tour
The Oasis legend, 52, put on a very animated display during the nail-bitting game before finally holding his hands up in triumph at the final whistle.
Liam wore a black Man City jacket and shielded his eye behind dark shades as he watched the match, his eyes glued to the pitch.
During one moment of jubilation he even kissed the club's batch on his chest as he celebrated them now reaching the final later this month where they will take on Crystal Palace.
Liam and brother Noel, 57, have both supported Man City since childhood and despite their ongoing rift continue share a passion for the team.
With Noel explaining to The Mirror how the family chose city over United: 'The reason is basically a family one - my dad hated his brothers. They were all Irish people who came over here and decided to support United'.
'My dad chose City instead, just to piss them off. No other reason than that. Liam and I should by rights have been United fans'.
It comes after the Gallagher brothers were seen back together for the first time in almost 16 years on Thursday as they began preparation for their upcoming reunion tour.
And they appear to be already causing chaos after their rehearsal performance received a noise complaint from the neighbours.
Liam and Noel were spotted arriving at a working men's club in Newington Green in London as to film some promo for their tour and shoot scenes for a new Adidas campaign.
However the Britpop band managed to annoy the locals and received a noise complaint, The Sun has reported.
A source told the publication: 'Noel and Liam are still Shakermakers and they drove one of the neighbours mad with the noise.
'Before Noel and Liam had even arrived, a resident next door came out and said they needed to turn the bass down.
'But it's Oasis - they're only going to turn it up - and they did when Noel and Liam started up.'
MailOnline have contacted Oasis' representatives for comment.
Arriving on set, Liam appeared in great spirits as he was seen beaming in his signature khaki trench coat.
Meanwhile, Noe, made sure to catch the attention of those passing by as he opted for a bright blue Adidas jacket, skinny jeans and a pair of stylish shades.
The Oasis Live 25 tour kicks off on 4 July at Cardiff's Principality Stadium before playing sell-out gigs at Manchester's Heaton Park, Wembley Stadium in London, and Edinburgh's Murrayfield stadium.
The Brit pop band will then head over to America, South America and Asia in 2025.
Noel was previously seen heading to his London studio earlier this month as he kicked off rehearsals for the series of shows.
Yet with just months away from their on stage reunion, Liam is said to be prioritising 'rest' instead of getting back in the studio with his brother Noel.

Spencer Matthews makes brutal dig at Vogue Williams ahead of her 40th birthday
Irish TV presenter Vogue Williams married Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews in 2018, but he's made a savage age-related dig just months before the mum-of-three turns 40 Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews made a harsh dig towards his wife Vogue Williams as she prepares to celebrate her 40th birthday with friends and family. Influencer and Irish TV presenter Vogue will celebrate her birthday in October, with her nearest and dearest already planning a series of events to mark her milestone. Vogue, 39, married Spencer, 36, in June 2018, just a few months after they announced their engagement. They now share three children: Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, two. The couple, who are known for their playful back and forth, have been forced to dismiss rumours in recent months after speculation their marriage was on the rocks. But they've not let it stop their banter, with Spencer bravely making a cheeky dig at his wife's age. The ex-reality star was discussing his plans for Vogue's big day, and what he has planned for his wife of seven years. He quipped: 'Plenty going on for that, it's obviously a big one, it is a big birthday… I myself look forward to my 40th in four years' time." Moving on from his joke, he explained to "No I think it is going to be great. We are going to do lots of different things. "We have a few friendship groups. We have an Irish group, we have an English group. So we will probably have a party in Ireland, and we will do something at home as well. 'I might take her away and do something special as well. We will plan stuff in more detail, it is at the tail end of the year so thankfully we do have time to organise that. But Vogue is ahead of the curb on that one and we know a bunch of stuff that we are doing.' Spencer pulled it back after his savage dig, but it's not the first time he's made a joke at his wife's expense. During an appearance on comedian Joanne McNally's podcast, I Ghosted My Therapist, Vogue recalled a time her friend got her back up over one of Spencer's comments. Vogue remembered: "He [Spencer] said something about me having small t*ts and you went for him. You said, 'I'm only allowed to say that', he couldn't understand why he wasn't allowed to say it." Joanne, 41, confirmed: "Yeah, it was the tone or something, I just didn't like the tone of it." Vogue laughed: "That sounds like you might have been serious, 'I know you look at those nipples all day long, but doesn't mean you can slag them [off]'." The comedian explained: "It's all about the tone, there was no wink at the end, no, no, no, I intervened. I can say you've got s**t t*ts but if your husband says it, it's totally different." But Vogue certainly gives as good as she gets, with the Dublin native having her fair share of jabs at Spencer. Recently, she said she initially thought the business owner was a "sociopath" when she first met him. In a recent interview with the Sun, Vogue revealed that she already didn't like Spencer before she met him. The mother-of-three confessed: "I kind of met him with a preconceived idea, and I was like, 'I'm not going to like him' because I thought he was a sociopath." Vogue soon changed her mind, adding: "But after I met him, I loved his personality straight away . . . he was so sound, but I was being really good at being single and I wanted to stay single, so I thought, 'He's going to be a really good friend' — that's the first thing I thought."

Bob Geldof says Live Aid still resonates today 40 years on
Bob Geldof has said Live Aid still resonates today, 40 years on from the two-venue benefit concert which brought together a stellar cast of celebrity musicians. The Dublin-born campaigner and rock star (73) said its resonance is why there are documentaries, radio programmes, and a musical dedicated to that day on July 13th, 1985, 'when something weird happened'. John Kennedy, Midge Ure, Harvey Goldsmith and Bob Geldof attend a gala performance of Just For One Day: The Live Aid Musical, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Live Aid (Ian West/PA) 'So I'm buzzing, and I'm still amazed that this old guy can be so thrilled by a great rock and roll band. 'But imagine 40 years ago, seeing all of the greatest rock and roll bands, one after the other, being exceptional for free, no contracts with anyone, they had to pay their own plane fares. 'For some reason, the performances were 'other', just like the day itself', he added. Advertisement 'They rose way above and everyone hung around to watch each other.' He continued: 'I've never seen it (Live Aid) because I can't watch or listen to myself. I can't stand all the stupid things I say. 'But I saw the end of Live Aid two weeks ago, which was the Christmas song. 'And here are the greatest creative talents of the rock era, and it's like the worst ever nativity play in school, like the kids haven't learned the lines, the teachers are going nuts, and they all hung around. They wouldn't leave.' Advertisement Midge Ure and Sir Bob Geldof (Ian West/PA) He continued: 'The sheer improbable exhilaration of it… that is what resonates… It's a time when Britain did something profound with their American brothers. 'And I think it resonates particularly now, because in the sort of age of the death of kindness, which [US president Donald] Trump and [vice president JD] Vance and [Elon] Musk have ushered in.' Geldof said he think it resonates 'more' than when it was 'possible for the boys and girls with guitars to corral the political and economic structures of the world', also encouraging 'the entire electorate and population' to give over money that would help the situation. 'I think that's why you've got musicals. It's why you've got documentaries, it's why you've got whole stations dedicated to that day 40 years ago when something weird happened', he said. Advertisement Co-organiser Midge Ure told PA: 'We were in the middle of this. We couldn't see just how big this thing was. 'It's like being in the middle of a cyclone or a hurricane or whatever. 'It's all going on around you. There's a weird stillness because you're dealing with the nuts and bolts of the daily process.' The Scottish singer (71) added: 'It seems to have grown over the last 40 years. It's now a historic, social moment.' Advertisement Sir Brian May also attended the 40th anniversary event (Ian West/PA) Set up by Geldof and Ure, the movement started with the release of the charity single Do They Know It's Christmas? on December 1984 which featured a number of celebrities and soared to number one in the UK singles chart. Then, in July, a concert was held in the US and in London, with the likes of Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Spandau Ballet and Queen performed. An estimated audience of more than 1.5 billion watched the broadcast and concerts inspired by the initiative were held in other countries across the globe. The US equivalent was held at the John F Kennedy Stadium in Philadelphia and saw performances from Crosby, Stills, Nash And Young, The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger and Tina Turner. A musical about Live Aid, which includes songs from Elton John, Bowie and Queen, premiered at The Old Vic theatre in January 2024 and is currently showing at London's Shaftesbury Theatre.

Mega-famous singer left blown away after attending Oasis' hometown concert
Sir Bob Geldof has said he was left shocked after he was completely overwhelmed by Oasis' performance at their second sold-out show in Heaton Park A huge singer has recalled being shocked after attending night two of Oasis ' residency at Heaton Park, Manchester. Sir Bob Geldof was one of the dozens of famous faces attending the shows. Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher last night completed their second of five nights at the park in Prestwich, and will return later this week. It comes 16 years after the two split, leaving fans across the world completely speechless, with Noel, 58, saying he couldn't work with his younger brother a day longer. But last year, they announced that the wait was over and, almost 15 years to the day of their split, announced a huge reunion tour across the UK and Ireland, before heading across the globe. A string of famous faces have attended each night of the tour so far, with the likes of Jack Grealish and Pep Guardiola attending the opening Manchester night on Friday. But while the celebrities in attendance have either documented their nights themselves or been pictured and shared on social media, one huge name managed to go completely unnoticed. Sir Bob, 73, has revealed he attended, and while it's not known if he was whisked in as a special guest and taken to the VIP area, or if he joined the likes of Spice Girls' Melanie Brown in the main crowd, he certainly had fun. Speaking to the PA news agency, The Boomtown Rats legend said on Sunday: "I was at Oasis last night in Manchester, who were staggeringly brilliant. "So I'm buzzing, and I'm still amazed that this old guy can be so thrilled by a great rock and roll band." But reflecting on his achievement after creating Live Aid, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this weekend, the philanthropist added: "But imagine 40 years ago, seeing all of the greatest rock and roll bands, one after the other, being exceptional for free, no contracts with anyone, they had to pay their own plane fares. "For some reason, the performances were 'other', just like the day itself. They rose way above, and everyone hung around to watch each other."
