EastEnders' Ravi Gulati's next victim 'sealed' - and it's not who you think

Daily Mirrora day ago
EastEnders fans think they've worked out who Ravi Gulati's next victim is after tonight's dramatic episode, saw Bernie get away with his money as she left the Square for good
It was a dramatic night in EastEnders tonight as Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris) and Felix Baker (Matthew James Morrison) said goodbye to Albert Square for good.
Bernie's lucky escape came just before Ravi found out she'd been stealing from his business - but it was Suki Panesar who let her leave for Spain.

Throughout the week, Bernie has been trying to convince the Panesars it was Vicki stealing from their accounts, not her. However, at the end of tonight's episode, Vinny's spyware revealed that Bernie was the thief after all, with a livid Ravi out to get her.

However, he was too late as he was seen chasing after her taxi and screaming her name as she left with cousin Felix. It was Suki who let Bernie go with the money, and her secret of The Six's involvement in her brother Keanu Taylor's murder.
Although Ravi is oblivious to what really happened with Keanu, earlier in the episode, we saw him ask Suki what Bernie had over her. As Bernie and Felix made their getaway, Ravi was seen looking over at Suki during the Pride festivities, as it was obvious she had seen her leave.
Bernie may have escaped the danger of Ravi - fans don't think Suki will be so lucky, as they fear he'll turn on his own family. It wouldn't be surprising, as viewers, and Albert Square know how ruthless Ravi can be.
In tonight's episode, he was seen locking Joel in the Walford East freezer, in an attempt to get a confession out of Vicki. And that's without him finding out Joel had secretly recorded himself sleeping with Ravi's daughter Avani...

Taking to Reddit after watching the eventful episode, and witnessing Ravi's 'death stare' towards Suki at the end, one fan penned: "Ravi will come after Suki now."
Another agreed: "I see a potential splitting/ feud between the Panesars when Ravi inevitably finds out that Suki gave away the money. That was so good. It was a sweet ending, especially for Suki and Bernie."
Spoilers for next week reveal even more trouble for the Panesars as they scramble to try and save the business. With Bernie's theft, a desperate Ravi goes to Nicola to get a drug contact, but of course, things end up going south.
It's the week of Avani's 16th birthday - but will Ravi be able to give her the celebration she deserves? And how will the family recover from the crisis?
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Emmerdale viewers will be left stunned as two villagers are taken to hospital in a dramatic turn of events that no one saw coming. Sign up for the Entertainment newsletter Sign up 3 Gabby goes on a diet to lose weight before her engagement party Credit: ITV 3 But her dangerous diet makes her faint and put another villager's life at risk Credit: ITV Next week on the ITV soap, Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) risks it all as she faints behind the wheel of a car - but who is in the passenger seat? Determined to drop a few pounds before her big engagement bash, Gabby's all smug as the early days of her risky diet seem to pay off. But as the week goes on, the hunger games catch up - leaving her tired, cranky, and totally wiped out. In the run-up to her engagement party, Gabby ditches proper food and downs a mega quadruple black coffee - buzzing on caffeine but starving for real fuel. Later, she drags herself to the garage to check on her dodgy motor. Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) - who is recovering from major surgery - offers to join her for a spin to spot the fault. But, neither has a clue the terrifying drama that's about to hit the road. Actress Rosie teased: "Gabby wants this picture-perfect day, and her insecurities are coming out. "She starts crash dieting and drinking a hell of a lot of coffee, and putting exercise at the front of her mind. She takes things drastically. "It's a recipe for disaster. Gabby hasn't been eating so feels very tired and dizzy, and faints behind the wheel – which causes her to swerve." Emmerdale star makes shock return - after mysteriously disappearing months ago Sarah is forced to slam on the brakes and pull over quick, even though it could rip open her fresh stitches from her surgery. With both women in a bad way, they head to A&E - will they be okay? Rosie shared: "At the hospital Gabby is diagnosed with low blood sugar. "The women in her life tell her how ridiculous it is she's risking her health and her life for one day, one dress. Soap's most harrowing teen storylines We take a look at other harrowing teen soap storylines from soaps Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks. Belle Dingle's schizophrenia in Emmerdale - Belle's (Eden Taylor-Draper) traumatic journey in Emmerdale took a dark turn when, after accidentally killing her best friend Gemma at just 16, her mental health began to spiral. The storyline, which saw Belle struggling with her grief and guilt, showcased her battle with hearing Gemma's voice inside her head, leading to a dramatic decline in her well-being. Hannah Ashworth's anorexia in Hollyoaks - Viewers were horrified as they watched Hannah (Emma Rigby), a seemingly innocent teen, spiral into dangerous behavior, starving herself in an attempt to achieve what she thought was the ideal body. As Hannah's condition worsened, the storyline became more intense, culminating in her being hospitalised for two months as she fought for her life. Bethany Platt's grooming ordeal in Coronation Street - Vulnerable schoolgirl, played by Lucy Fallon, was at the centre of one of Corrie's darkest storylines to date when she fell under the spell of her older boyfriend and sexual predator. The controversial scenes saw Nathan groom and manipulate the 16-year-old before coercing her into sleeping with his friends, with one of them raping her. Whitney Dean's abuse from Tony in EastEnders - Since the age of 12, she had been in a twisted relationship with her stepmum Bianca's boyfriend, Tony King. The predator had groomed young Whit (Shona McGarty), making her believe she was in love and planning to run away with him. On her 16th birthday, the traumatised teen finally revealed the years of abuse to Bianca. Tony was swiftly sent to prison sentenced for 13 years. "Then Vinny comes in and talks some sense into her. "It solidifies their desire to get married and put their priorities right." Will Gabby stop her irresponsible diet? Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, or stream from 7am on ITVX and YouTube.
