After receiving a warm welcome by the BIGHIT staff and fellow teammates, Jimin and Jungkook either stayed back in the balloon-filled room or later came back to take a cool mirror selfie. The BTS members looked suave in their military uniforms as they struck V-sign poses. Jungkook's arm tattoos were on full display and Jimin's sweet smile melted fans. BTS V Drops Wild Hat Selfie and Spills Massive Comeback Spoiler_You Won't Believe What He Said About the Next Album

V's Hat Game Is Next Level-And So Is His Spoiler Power If you thought your friend's fashion sense was wild, wait till you see what BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) just pulled off. On July 1, V posted a selfie on his Instagram Story that had fans doing double takes. No caption, no warning-just V chilling in a luxury Celine store in Japan, rocking a plain black tee and pants combo. But the real showstopper? A hat so wild it looked like it was made out of kadaif (yes, the dessert). Only V could pull off something that covers his entire face except for his eyes and still look like a million bucks. Turns out, V had just flown back to Korea after attending Jin's concert and a quick trip to Japan. And while most of us would be jet-lagged and hiding under our duvets, V was out here serving looks and breaking the internet. BTS's First Group Live After Military-And the Comeback News We've Been Dying For But the real plot twist came during BTS's first group live broadcast since their military discharges. The highlight? The long-awaited comeback announcement. RM (Kim Namjoon) hyped up fans, saying, "We're going to make an incredible album. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Upto 15% Discount for Salaried Individuals ICICI Pru Life Insurance Plan Undo Starting July, we'll be focusing on music together." He kept the details hush-hush, but hinted that this would be the group's first proper album in six years since "Map of the Soul: 7. " That's like waiting from your first year of college till graduation for a new BTS album-no wonder ARMYs are losing it. Then, V straight-up ended the suspense. When RM jokingly asked, "So when's the album coming out?" V didn't hesitate: "Next spring!" he blurted out, sending fans into a frenzy. He also teased that the album work would kick off in the US, with RM adding that it might turn into a "song camp" moving from place to place. Basically, BTS is about to go on a global creative road trip, and we're all invited (well, spiritually). V Gets Real About Military Life and His Unexpected DM V also opened up about his time in the army, sharing some surprisingly relatable moments. He talked about how certain messages kept him going during tough days, especially a letter written by comedian Moon Sanghoon to Yoo Jae-suk. V even DM'd Moon Sanghoon for the first time, saying it really helped him. He hinted at maybe appearing on Moon's YouTube channel "Ppadeonus"-imagine V just popping up on a random comedy vlog! Why This Hits Home for Us Let's be real-waiting for your favorite artist's comeback is a universal struggle. Whether it's BTS or your favorite Bollywood star, the anticipation, the spoilers, the wild fashion statements-it's all part of the ride. And just like us, these global icons have their own moments of vulnerability, late-night DMs, and comfort food hats (okay, maybe that last one is just V). The fact that BTS is planning their comeback like a college road trip, with creative pit stops and spontaneous ideas, feels super relatable. It's the kind of chaotic, passionate energy every youth squad dreams of. And if you're wondering about the economics-while V's Celine outfit might cost more than your semester fees, the excitement he brings is priceless. As we count down to next spring, let's remember: no matter where you are, the wait for something epic is always worth it. Sometimes, even global superstars need a little comfort and a lot of creativity. Here's to more wild hats, honest moments, and comebacks that make us all feel a little more connected.

‘It Was Messy': J-Hope Recalls BTS' Early Trainee Days

J-Hope shared how he taught a few things to the fellow members after joining BTS as a trainee in 2010. Anticipations are running high for the reunion of the beloved K-pop boy band BTS. Now that the members have completed their mandatory military duties and have returned to their normal lives, fans couldn't be more excited as they look forward to a grand return. BTS, which is celebrating its 12th anniversary this year, marked its last performance in 2022. Amid the excitement, J-Hope recently opened up about his early days in the group, leaving ARMYs nostalgic. In a conversation with Teen Vogue, J-Hope also spoke about his firsts, such as his first audition and first music video after returning from the military. 'I danced to Miguel's music for my first audition and created a choreography to Miguel's Sure Thing. So when I got to collaborate with Miguel recently, it felt very special, and it was an honour for me. I think auditions are all pretty much the same. It was bittersweet. While you feel a sense of relief that it's finally over, you also feel disappointed about the moments where you could've done better," J-Hope shared about his first audition. The BTS rapper went on to spill beans about his first days as a trainee with the group, revealing some unknown anecdotes. 'When I was a trainee, the first day was December 24, 2010, on Christmas Eve. I came to Seoul and went straight to the place where I was going to live with my members at the time. I had fantasised about being a trainee and expected everything to be neat and well-structured. But when I got there, it was actually very messy. That made it feel more real and human. 'Wow, this is where I'll be starting my life as a trainee,' that thought settled in. That first day was about cleaning up the mess around me," he shared. The BTS star recalled teaching dance to his fellow members. 'It's different for every member. I didn't teach dance to all the members from the start. For example, when Jung Kook first arrived, I taught him the rules of our shared dorm, and the same with V. For Jimin, I met him at the bus stop when he arrived in Seoul from Busan for the first time. I told him about what it's like to be a trainee together. For Jin, I can't really teach him the rules as he is older than me," he continued. Miguel). First Published: July 03, 2025, 12:12 IST

BTS' Jungkook rejected 3 top fashion labels that ‘fought hard' to sign him, earning ‘HYBE's biggest rainmaker' title

BTS' Jungkook continues to prove why he's not just a music sensation but also a global fashion icon. A new book, The Meaning of Jungkook: The Triumph of BTS and The Making of a Global Superstar, has been recently published. It is written by former Vogue editor Monica Kim. It explores his immense cultural and commercial impact. The book, published on June 10, delves deeply into Jungkook 's journey from a K-pop trainee to a world-recognized trendsetter. Though unofficial, the book is being widely discussed among fans. One particular detail making waves online is Jungkook 's decision to partner with Calvin Klein over several luxury brands vying for his name. Luxury fashion giants vied for Jungkook According to Kim's insights in the book, Jungkook didn't simply land the Calvin Klein deal by chance. In fact, she writes that multiple top-tier global fashion houses were fighting behind the scenes to sign the BTS star as their brand ambassador. These were not just any brands; they were among the most potent names in luxury fashion. Kim revealed that 'From my time consulting in the industry, I know of at least three top fashion houses that fought hard to get him but were turned away.' Yet, he reportedly turned them down, eventually deciding on Calvin Klein. It's a label he genuinely liked and felt connected to. Jungkook officially became Calvin Klein's global ambassador in March 2023, and the collaboration quickly made headlines. His campaigns showcased a bold, edgy image that still felt personal and true to his style. Fans praise Jungkook's authenticity Once excerpts from the book surfaced online, particularly the part about Jungkook declining luxury brand offers, fans reacted passionately. For many ARMYs, it reaffirmed what they already admired about Jungkook: his strong sense of individuality. Rather than chasing prestige or high price tags, Jungkook reportedly picked a brand that aligned with his preferences. He had often been spotted wearing Calvin Klein even before the partnership. This shows that his choice was more personal than performative. The fashion industry often leans heavily on celebrity endorsements, but Jungkook's decision stands out for its sincerity. It wasn't about who could offer the flashiest campaign; it was about what felt right. Fashion impact goes beyond endorsements Jungkook's influence in fashion isn't limited to brand deals. Whether it's his casual streetwear, his airport fashion, or his red carpet appearances, every outfit he wears becomes a talking point. Global retailers and designers have acknowledged his impact on trends, often seeing spikes in demand for styles he has worn. Kim's book presents him not just as an idol, but as a cultural force whose taste and instinct ripple across industries.
