Rapper Chocolate MC KIDNAPS fan at gunpoint after he innocently asked for a photo
Chocolate MC, whose real name is Yosvanis Sierra-Hernandez, was taken into custody Wednesday after the alleged victim reported a robbery and a kidnapping to police in Opa-locka, an area north of downtown Miami.
The fan entered the parking lot of Chavez Supermarket and when he noticed Sierra-Hernandez, he asked the rapper if he'd take a selfie with him, according to an arrest report obtained by NBC Miami.
Sierra-Hernandez, 34, then approached the fan, jammed a firearm into his chest and ordered him to give up his car, the report said.
The Latin music artist then allegedly told the victim to get into the driver's side of the car while he got into the passenger's side.
Once in the car, Sierra-Hernandez told the fan to give him cash, which he said he didn't have on him, according to the report.
A subsequent attempt to rob the victim by getting his Zelle details also failed because the victim didn't have the well-known payment app, police said.
Sierra-Hernandez is said to have forced the victim to drive him around to several locations for about two hours. Police said he let the man go in an area near 270 SW 11th Avenue.
The arrest report indicated that deputies eventually found Sierra-Hernandez, who had a gray and black gun on him.
Opa-locka police officers said surveillance video from the supermarket captured Sierra-Hernandez drawing his weapon and forcing the victim into the car.
The arrest report indicated that deputies eventually found Sierra-Hernandez, who had a gray and black gun on him.
He has been charged with kidnapping with a firearm and armed robbery in relation to the fan he allegedly carjacked.
This isn't the first time the rapper, who has 43,000 followers on Instagram, has been in trouble with the law.
Just last week, he was arrested for allegedly offering thousands of dollars for someone to kill an inmate charged with the 2024 murder of singer El Taiger in Miami.
Sierra-Hernandez declined to show up for a bond hearing at 9am on Wednesday. The hearing was related to the alleged murder-for-hire plot and previous burglary charges.
Since he didn't make an appearance the judge denied him bond on those charges. He is now scheduled to appear before a judge on Thursday.
Sierra-Hernandez just recently gave an interview with Telemundo 51, a Spanish TV station in Miami, where he said he wanted to fix his life so the police would leave him alone.
In 2024 alone, he was arrested for sexual battery, armed kidnapping, battery and grand theft charges, records show.

Lionel Messi and his wife Antonella look awkward as they are caught on Coldplay kiss cam at Miami concert - but avoid any controversy
Lionel Messi and his wife Antonella were caught in an awkward moment at a Coldplay concert in Miami on Sunday night after being shown on the venue's 'kiss cam'. Messi, 38, was seen attending the show at the Hard Rock Stadium with his wife and children on the final night of Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour in the United States. At one point in the concert, he and Antonella were spotted on the band's 'kiss cam' as they waved while smiling to the crowd. The couple avoided becoming embroiled in a controversial incident, unlike Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot, who were caught with their arms around one another - before trying to avoid the camera on July 15 - in an incident that since went viral. Byron, the former CEO of Astronomer, a technology company that provides services for companies that want to use Artificial Intelligence (AI), opted to resign after being seen with the business' HR chief Cabot. That was confirmed in a statement released by Astronomer on July 19. Coldplay x Messi No words, no interviews — just greatness. #Messi #Coldplay #GOAT #InterMiami #ASkyFullOfStars — Daniel Solana (@DiceElDani) July 28, 2025 Messi, 38, was seen attending the show at the Hard Rock Stadium with his wife and children on the final night of Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour in the United States It read: 'As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,' the statement said. 'Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.' 'While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not. We're continuing to do what we do best: helping our customers with their toughest data and AI problems.' At the time Coldplay front man Chris Martin, cracked a joke which stirred rumors over the couple's awkward reaction. 'Oh look at these two! Oh what? Either they're having an affair, or they're just very shy,' Martin said to the crowd. Public records suggest both Byron and Cabot are married - but that they live at different addresses to those listed as their spouses. Massachusetts property documents dated in January confirmed that Cabot is currently married to Andrew Cabot, the chief executive of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based booze maker. It is unclear exactly when the pair tied the knot, but the documents confirm that Cabot, whose maiden name is Stanek, was married at the time of selling a $1.8m (£1.3m) property in Watertown, Mass, earlier this year. Privateer Rum's website lists Andrew Cabot as its CEO and COO of the company, and public documents show that he has been married at least twice before, in 1993 and 2014. He shares two children with his first wife Maud, who shared a picture of her ex-husband with Cabot looking loved up at his daughters 25th birthday party on social media in April of last year. Cabot even posed with his son Henry, 30, in the snaps, and was seen wearing a wedding ring at the event - which was missing during her cozy Coldplay date with Byron. Byron is also married, with his wife Megan Byron, removing his last name from her social media accounts shortly after the exchange with Chris Martin went viral.

Florida mayor urges calm after dramatic arrest of driver whose window was smashed by police
A Florida mayor has urged calm after video emerged of a black driver having his window smashed by police during an arrest. Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan said she understands the public 'angst' over the dramatic clip of William McNeil Jr's detention on February 19. But she has called for civility as an investigation into the incident continues. Plea for civility: Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan has weighed in on the controversy surrounding William McNeil Jr's violent arrest Glass flies: Dashboard footage from the February 19 arrest showed Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officers breaking McNeil's window - even as he seemed to comply with their orders The driver was pulled over because he did not have his headlights on. In the dashboard footage, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officers were seen breaking McNeil's window, punching him in the face, pulling him out of his car, then striking him again as they threw him to the ground to arrest him. 'I understand the angst. I understand the upset, I get all of that,' Deegan told News4Jax. 'But at the end of the day, let's wait and see where it all goes. Hopefully there's a good resolution. 'I am a very pragmatic thinker when it comes to how these things go, and it's not to diminish whatever happened there. 'I'm simply saying there has to be an investigative process,' the mayor continued, adding she has 'faith that that process will be carried out.' 'But I can't really say much beyond that because there is a lawsuit that may happen,' as McNeil has now retained famed civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump and Harry Daniels to represent him after they said the now-viral video sparked 'outrage across the country.' A police report obtained by News4Jax stated that McNeil, 22, was pulled over after an officer allegedly saw his headlights and taillights were off in inclement weather. But when the video begins, McNeil expresses confusion about why he was pulled over with another officer, who is on the passenger side of his car. 'When he pulled me over, he walked up and I opened my door because my window doesn't work, and I said, "What did I do wrong?"' McNeil said. 'He said, "Well, for one, your headlights are off under this weather." I'm like there's multiple people with their headlights off first of all, and then there's no rain.' The officer whom McNeil was talking to replied: 'It doesn't matter. You're still required to have headlights on.' McNeil asked the officer to show him the law that requires that, and the officer told him he would once he stepped out of the vehicle. At that point, the college student asked the officer to call his supervisor - when Officer D Bowen smashed his window and punched him in the face while shouting at him to exit the vehicle. In the police report, Bowen alleged that he believed McNeil was reaching for a knife under his seat and was 'continuing to pull away from officers' during his arrest. Yet McNeil's video showed that when Bowen broke the window and punched McNeil asked him to show his hands, McNeil complied. It also seemingly refuted Bowen's claim that McNeil was not wearing his seatbelt - as the North Carolina college student could be seen with his buckle across his chest, and Bowen having to unbuckle it himself. Ugly scenes: Cops from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office broke McNeil's window, punched him in the face, pulled him out of his car, then hit him again as they threw him to the ground Once McNeil was free, he was pulled out of the car and was punched by a second officer, while a group of cops forced him to the ground. An officer then shouted, 'What is wrong with you?' but when McNeil tried to reply that he was putting his hands behind his back, the cops told him to stop talking. At a news conference on Wednesday, McNeil claimed he suffered from a concussion and a tooth fracture that required nine stitches in the aftermath. 'That day I just really wanted to know why I was getting pulled over and why I needed to step out of the car,' he said. 'I didn't do anything wrong. I was really just scared,' McNeil insisted, though he ultimately pleaded guilty to resisting arrest without violence and driving with a suspended license, according to Fox 13. His attorneys are now arguing the violent arrest was the result of racism - noting that McNeil is a black man and the arresting officers were white. 'What happened to William McNeil Jr is a disturbing reminder that even the most basic rights - like asking why you've been pulled over - can be met with violence for black Americans,' they said in a statement. Struggle: McNeil was punched again and after was pulled out of the car and told to stop talking while he tried to explain to cops that he was putting his hands behind his back 'William was calm and compliant. Yet instead of answers, he got his window smashed and was punched in the face, all over a questionable claim about headlights in broad daylight. 'This wasn't law enforcement, it was brutality,' the lawyers continued, urging the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office to release all video from the incident. 'We demand full accountability from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and justice for William McNeil Jr' Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters has since announced that he has instructed his department to begin both a criminal and administrative review of his officers' actions. 'These administrative reviews are ongoing, but the state attorney's office has determined that none of the involved officers violated criminal law,' he said as he released body camera footage from the incident. It showed McNeil had been repeatedly told to exit his vehicle when officers first pulled him over. He had his car door open at the time - but he later closed it and appeared to keep it locked for about three minutes before the cops forcibly removed him. 'Yes, there was force that was absolutely used by the arresting officers and yes, that force is ugly,' the sheriff acknowledged. 'The reality is that all force, all violence is ugly. Just because force is ugly does not mean it's unlawful or contrary to policy.' Florida Gov Ron DeSantis also defended the officers' actions, as he implied McNeil's video was posted online to advance a 'narrative' and generate attention on social media. 'That's what happens in so many of these things. There's a rush to judgment,' he told The Hill. 'There's... a desire to try to get views and clicks by creating division.' In the meantime, Mayor Deegan said she is asking the public 'to be a little patient' while the investigation continues.

Lionel Messi looks embarrassed as he and wife Antonela are shown on Coldplay kiss cam at Miami concert
LIONEL MESSI was caught in a rare moment of awkwardness with his stunning wife Antonela Roccuzzo at a Coldplay concert. The loved-up couple were enjoying the British rock-band's final U.S show in Miami when the dreaded kiss cam landed squarely on them. 6 6 It comes days after the kiss scam scandal involving married Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and HR head Kristin Cabot. Their ducking reaction to being filmed at Boston's gig has caught the world's attention - with millions now talking about an alleged affair. And while many might seize the opportunity for a public smooch, Messi seemed to go bright red given the circumstances. Footage circulating on social media showed the Inter Miami star smiling sheepishly, while Antonela, ever graceful, beamed beside him. With everyone in the crowd cheering "Messi", the couple waved to fans before Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin serenaded them. Martin, who had jokingly called out Byron and Caobt's potential 'affair' during his performance last week, thanked Messi for coming and called him "the No1 sports person of all-time". And it didn't take long for fans online to see the funny side. One wrote: "They should have tried to hide for a second. That would be hilarious." Join SUN CLUB for the Man Utd Files every Thursday plus in-depth coverage and exclusives from Old Trafford While another said: "They were just singing and not dodging any Cam scandals." A third said: 'Jumbotron with Lionel Messi! (He didn't hide, though).' Moment Chris Martin laughs as he issues kiss cam warning days after CEO and HR chief caught 6 6 Although not spotted in the viral clip, Antonela later posted snaps of the couple's three sons enjoying the show at the Hard Rock Stadium. Thiago, 12, was pictured wearing a Coldplay cap, while Mateo, nine, wore a snazzy pair of 3D glasses as Ciro, six, cuddled into his dad. Meanwhile, Messi was serving a one-match suspension for Inter Miami's game against FC Cincinnati on Saturday. The eight-time Ballon d'Or winner and fellow Barcelona legend Jordi Alba were punished for skipping Major League Soccer's All-Star game earlier this week. Both players missed Wednesday's match in Austin, Texas where the MLS squad posted a 3-1 win against Mexico's Liga MX All-Stars. Elsewhere, Humiliated Byron and Cabot quit their jobs at the tech company as a result of the scandal. And Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow was hired by Astronomer for a tongue-in-cheek video, in what fans are describing as a genius PR move. 6
