The public offering has entered the final day of subscription; however, it is yet to get fully subscribed.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases IPO has received bids for 82,38,901 shares against 1,51,08,983 shares on offer till 10:15 AM on Thursday, June 26, 2025. This translates to a subscription of 55 per cent.
None of the individual categories has been fully subscribed yet. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed to the category reserved for them by 81 per cent, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) by 57 per cent, and retail investors at 42 per cent of the quota reserved for them.

The public offering of Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases comprises a fresh issue of 10 million equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS), with promoters Padam Kumar Agarwala and Varun Agarwal divesting up to 11.3 million equity shares.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has set the price band for its IPO in the range of ₹380–400 per share, and the lot size is 37 shares.
A retail investor can bid for a minimum of one lot or 37 shares with an investment amount of ₹14,800. To bid for a maximum of 13 lots or 481 shares, a retail investor would require an investment amount of ₹1,92,400.

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases will not receive any proceeds from the OFS; the amount will be given to the selling promoters after deducting their proportion of offer expenses and relevant taxes.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases, however, plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue for repayment/prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company, as well as for setting up an air separation unit at the Uluberia-II plant with a capacity of 220 TPD. The company will further use the proceeds from the public offering for general corporate purposes.

AU Small Finance Bank (SFB) said that its total deposits jumped 31.3% to Rs 1,27,700 crore as of 30 June 2025 compared with Rs 97,290 crore as of 30 June 2024. The bank's total deposits increased by 2.8% compared with Rs 1,24,269 crore reported in the quarter ended 31 March 2025. The CASA ratio declined to 29.2% as of 30 June 2025, compared to 32.9% as of 30 June 2024 and remained unchanged from 29.2% as of 31 March 2024. Gross advances of the bank as of 30 June 2025 stood at Rs 1,11,620 crore, up 23.1% YoY and up 2.6% QoQ. The gross loan portfolio increased 17.9% year-on-year to Rs 1,17,630 crore as of 30 June 2025 and rose 1.7% quarter-on-quarter from Rs 1,15,704 crore as of 31 March 2025. The securitised/assigned loan portfolio along with IBPC stood at Rs 6,010 crore as of 30 June 2025, compared to Rs 9,089 crore as of 30 June 2024 and Rs 6,926 crore as of 31 March 2024. AU Small Finance Bank is engaged in providing a range of banking and financial services, including retail banking, wholesale banking, treasury operations, and other services. The companys standalone net profit jumped 40.8% to Rs 528.45 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared with Rs 375.25 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased 48.9% YoY to Rs 4,731.89 crore in Q3 FY25. Yes Bank Ltd . was in the spotlight on Friday after the private sector lender released its operational update for the quarter that ended June 30, 2025, under SEBI's fair disclosure norms. Shares of the private sector lender slipped marginally by 0.9% to an intraday low of Rs 19.97 apiece on the BSE. While the bank reported a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decline in loans, total deposits, and CASA deposits, the year-on-year (YoY) figures showed moderate growth, suggesting the bank is still building on last year's base despite near-term challenges. Key Business Metrics: Loans & Advances came in at Rs 2,41,355 crore, showing a 2.0% decline QoQ from Rs 2,46,188 crore, but a 5.1% rise YoY from Rs 2,29,565 crore. Total Deposits dropped 3.0% QoQ to Rs 2,75,921 crore, down from Rs 2,84,525 crore in the March 2025 quarter. However, this was 4.1% higher YoY, indicating steady deposit base expansion over the past year. CASA (Current and Savings Account) Deposits slipped by 7.3% QoQ to Rs 90,347 crore, but rose 10.8% YoY, reflecting improved customer engagement on a yearly basis. The CASA Ratio, a key measure of low-cost deposits, declined to 32.7% from 34.3% QoQ. Still, it remains higher than the 30.8% recorded a year ago. Other Operational Ratios: Credit-to-Deposit Ratio increased slightly to 87.5% from 86.5% QoQ, suggesting higher credit utilization. Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), a measure of short-term liquidity strength, improved to 135.7%, up from 125.0% in the March quarter, indicating a more robust liquidity position. Stock Price Update: As of 12:05 pm on July 4, 2025, YES Bank shares were trading at Rs 20.04, down 0.55% from the previous close of Rs 20.28. The bank's current market capitalisation stands at approximately Rs 63,115.83 crore. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has touched a high of Rs 27.44 and a low of Rs 16.02, reflecting its range-bound movement amid evolving market conditions.
