WWE's strong Charlotte Flair-Alexa Bliss build for Evolution took one bizarre twist

WWE's strong Charlotte Flair-Alexa Bliss build for Evolution took one bizarre twist

New York Post2 days ago
After all WWE has absolutely nailed between Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, I'm not quite sure why they hugged, even for a second, after they punched their ticket to the Women's Tag Team championship four-way match at Evolution.
When the whole story is about Flair's reluctance to team with Bliss, the hug is a much bigger moment that needs to be built further toward. Maybe WWE is going to play with the length and sincerity of the hugs moving forward, but it felt premature to even bring that into the equation after their first match as a team on Raw.
As creative as the finish was, it was a little odd seeing someone as locked in as Flair should be getting carried away and completely not knowing her pat on the head of Bliss tagged her partner into the match
There should have been a little bit of disgust from the Queen that she made such an error and by doing so showed Bliss she needed her.

Brock Lesnar looks bigger than ever with new hair amid WWE hiatus

The post Brock Lesnar looks bigger than ever with new hair amid WWE hiatus appeared first on ClutchPoints. Once again, a new photo of WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar has surfaced with his long hair amid his hiatus from the company. Advertisement A recent photo has surfaced online of Lesnar at a gym. He looks bigger than ever, as Lesnar is wearing a tight-fitting shirt in the picture. The most noticeable change to his look is his hair. Lesnar has recently been seen with longer hair than he ever donned in WWE or UFC. It goes past his shoulders, and he looks like a Viking. Since making his return to WWE in 2021, Lesnar has been sporting a different look. He returned with a ponytail, and he would dress in jeans and cowboy hats for promos. Will Brock Lesnar ever return to WWE from hiatus? It is unknown if Lesnar will ever return to WWE. He is currently on an indefinite hiatus. And while no one has completely ruled out a return, there has been no concrete evidence suggesting he will. Advertisement His hiatus is due to the WWE star being linked to the Vince McMahon-Janel Grant lawsuit. WWE immediately removed him from their creative plans, and he has not been seen since August 2023. Lesnar's last match was against Cody Rhodes at the 2023 SummerSlam PLE. He lost in what was the rubber match of their feud. Most expected him to come back in time for the Road to WrestleMania 40. However, that did not happen. He is usually a part of the Royal Rumble PLE, but he did not come back there. He also missed out on WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Lesnar is a 10-time world champion. He won the WWE Championship seven times, and he is also a three-time Universal Champion. He has also won two Royal Rumbles, a Money in the Bank ladder match, and the King of the Ring tournament in 2002. Advertisement After his return in 2021, Lesnar reignited his longstanding feud with Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. During their feud, Lesnar won the WWE Championship, losing it to Reigns at WrestleMania 38. This created the Undisputed WWE Championship that John Cena currently holds. His last feuds were against Bobby Lashley and Rhodes. The former never got a decisive end, and he lost his feud against Rhodes in 2023. Major Celebrity Training For In-Ring Debut At WWE SummerSlam

WWE SummerSlam is set to be a star-studded affair, as one celebrity is set to make their in-ring debut at the event. Singer/actor Jelly Roll is set to appear on Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. WWE is heavily advertising him for the show, and as it turns out, it's for a good reason. According to a new report from Jelly Roll is set to make his in-ring debut at SummerSlam. The outlet reports that Jelly Roll has been training to make his WWE in-ring debut. It's expected that the 'Son of a Sinner' singer will align with a 'top babyface' ahead of SummerSlam, which takes place on August 2 and 3. That babyface's identity is still unknown. However, when PWInsider asked if the top babyface was Cody Rhodes, they were told no. This would be the second consecutive appearance at SummerSlam for Jelly Roll. He was featured at the 2024 event, where he got physically involved and chokeslammed Austin Theory. He was advertised as performing 'God Bless America' at the event. In addition, he participated in the surprise in-ring segment that also featured R-Truth and The Miz. After the appearance, Jelly praised Theory for helping him shine in the moment. At the time, Jelly Roll told Pat McAfee that his noticable weight loss was for a reason. The singer said he was trying to get fit and had unfinished business in the ring. 'Yeah, we might just get rid of the roll and just be 'Jelly'. We'll let it jiggle just a little bit. We might get rid of the rolls and keep the jelly. I think I'd still be sexy,' Jelly Roll said. 'Yeah, man, I mean I've got to [be fit] by next year dude,' he said. 'Because I've got unfinished business in the WWE.'
