385 institutions, centers & scientists issue charter in support of " Al-Aqsa Flood"
Istanbul - Saba:
On Friday, hundreds of scholars, jurists, Islamic bodies and institutions from different parts of the world issued a comprehensive scientific and legal charter entitled "The Charter of Ummah Scholars on Al-Aqsa Flood and its implications," in which they expressed their position on this battle launched by the Palestinian resistance on October 7, 2023, stressing the legitimacy of the Palestinian resistance and the obligation to support it from all Muslims, rulers and ruled.
According to Quds Press, the charter, which came after collective consultations and careful reviews from senior scholars and various sharia unions, seeks to stabilize the sharia discourse in light of the war on Gaza, refute the doubts raised about the legitimacy of jihad and resistance, and remind the Islamic nation of its responsibilities towards Palestine, Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The charter affirms that Palestine, from the sea to the river, is an Islamic land that no one has the right to give up an inch of it, and that "the Zionist entity is an occupying entity whose existence is legally invalid, and all agreements, treaties or forms of normalization that acknowledge its legitimacy are legally invalid and do not bind the nation to anything."
The charter also emphasized that "jihad to liberate Palestine is an obligatory duty for its people and a sufficient duty for the entire nation," considering "Rabat in the blessed land as the best type of jihad, and that returning to one's homeland is a legal right that is not subject to statute of limitations."
The charter considers "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle to be "the core of payment jihad, which is legitimate in Islamic law, does not require the permission of the ruler or guardian, and does not depend on parity with the enemy, but is a temporal obligation imposed by the nature of the aggression and the duties of victory."
The charter defines defense jihad as "exerting effort with the soul, money, tongue and all available means to defend the occupying enemy and repel its actual and expected aggression."
The 385 signatories, who numbered 385 institutions, centers and scholars, affirmed that "the mujahideen in Gaza have done their duty, whether they were martyred, captured or injured, and that the steadfastness of the popular support, the sacrifice of Gazan women, and the service of scholars, preachers, doctors and media professionals are all forms of jihad."
The charter strongly rejected any projects to liquidate the Palestinian cause, including forced displacement, refugee resettlement, or disarming the resistance, and considered these calls "a legitimate betrayal and an action that serves the interest of the enemy." It also described the policy of siege and starvation as "a crime against humanity that requires confrontation, boycott and prosecution."
The charter issued a clear warning against cold neutrality and complacency, considering it a betrayal of the nation and a departure from the duty of belonging and loyalty.
It emphasized that the Zionist aggression against Gaza is an aggression against the entire nation, making it imperative to unite ranks and escalate the confrontation by all available means.

Sana'a - (Saba): Triumphing for the oppressed Palestinian people and their dear Mujahideen, and in response to the crimes of the criminal Zionist enemy against civilians in the Gaza Strip. By Allah's grace and guidance, the missile force of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a qualitative military operation targeting a sensitive Israeli enemy target in the occupied area of Beersheba using a Dhu al-Fiqar ballistic missile. The operation successfully achieved its goal, thanks be to Allah. Earlier last week, as part of the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Holy Jihad, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out several military operations targeting sensitive sites and military installations belonging to the Zionist enemy in Beersheba, Yaffa, and Haifa in the occupied Palestine. The operations were carried out with a number of ballistic missiles and drones. All were crowned with success, thanks be to Allah. Yemen, with its loyal proud people, faithful leadership, and struggling army, will not abandon its religious, moral, and humanitarian duties toward the oppressed Palestinian people, regardless of the repercussions. With Allah's help and reliance on Him, it will continue its supportive operations until the aggression against Gaza stops and the siege is lifted. Al-Qassam Brigades target zionist enemy soldiers & vehicles in western line, north of Khan Younis
Gaza – Saba: Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced on Friday evening that they had struck a gathering of Zionist enemy soldiers and vehicles north of Khan Younis. In a brief statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Al-Qassam clarified that they targeted the enemy forces and military equipment in the Western Line area, north of Khan Younis, with medium-caliber mortar shells. Earlier in the day, the Brigades, in coordination with Saraya Al-Quds, had shelled a gathering of Zionist enemy soldiers and vehicles infiltrating the vicinity of the Halima Mosque in Joret Al-Lout area, south of Khan Younis, with heavy mortar shells. This comes as part of the Palestinian factions' response to the genocidal crimes committed by the Zionist enemy, with American support, against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023—including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement—in defiance of international appeals and the International Court of Justice's orders to halt the aggression. Zionist enemy forces storm Kafr Malik near Ramallah & Al-Khader Town South of Bethlehem
Ramallah - Saba: Zionist enemy forces stormed the village of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah, on Friday. According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), local sources reported that a foot patrol of the enemy army raided Kafr Malik and broke into several homes. The sources noted that the raids focused on the area where settlers had carried out a bloody attack last Wednesday evening, resulting in the martyrdom of three Palestinians and the burning of a house and two vehicles. A video clip showed enemy soldiers tearing down pictures of the three martyrs from the village, who were killed while confronting the settlers' assault. Enemy Forces Also Raid Al-Khader South of Bethlehem Meanwhile, enemy forces stormed the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, overnight. WAFA reported that the forces deployed near the gate on the main road (Jerusalem-Hebron), closed the road leading to the old town, and detained several young men. The agency added that the enemy forces fired live ammunition and chased a number of youths. Settlers Attack Farmers in Shuqba and South Hebron In a separate incident, settlers attacked Palestinian farmers on their agricultural land in the town of Shuqba, west of Ramallah, on Friday evening. The settlers forced the farmers off land owned by one of them in the northwest of the town, threatening them with a machine gun. A video showed an armed settler pushing a young man and firing shots into the air when the farmers refused to leave. Additionally, armed settlers demolished an agricultural structure, razed land, and attacked homes and farmland south of Hebron on Friday. Activist Osama Mkhamreh told WAFA that a group of armed settlers from the "Ateniel" settlement used a bulldozer to destroy a 50-square-meter agricultural barracks in "Khallet Al-Farra," west of Yatta, owned by citizen Ahmed Abu Sabah. They also leveled surrounding farmland. In the "Ikhal Al-Homs" area, southeast of Yatta, armed settlers attacked the house of citizen Mohammed Abdullah Obeid, smashing windows and stealing furniture, equipment, and mobile phones from his wife and son to prevent them from documenting the assault. Enemy forces later detained Obeid for several hours for interrogation. The settlers also shattered the windows of a health clinic and released their cattle into farmers' fields and near their homes, destroying irrigation networks and uprooting numerous fruitful grapevines and trees.
