Love Island spoilers: The ex-Islanders return to the villa in shock shake-up as Maya Jama reveals TWO couples are at risk of brutal dumping just HOURS before finale
Host Maya Jama will return to the Majorca mansion before this year's series officially draws to a close after almost two months.
While the remaining Islanders countdown to Monday's live show, the 30-year-old's shock appearance leaves them reeling and questioning what's next.
In a first look at Sunday's episode, Maya stuns as she walks into the villa wearing a summery mini dress for the announcement.
Addressing the couples, she says: 'I have some very important news. Can you come and join me on the lawn?'
She then continues: 'As you know, last night Megan and Conor were dumped as a result of receiving the least amount of votes for most compatible couple.
Each former star then makes their entrance into the villa before gathering at the fire pit to share their honest opinions about the remaining couples
'I'm now going to reveal the two other couples who received the fewest votes and are at risk of being dumped from the island.'
In a further twist, Maya said that the bottom two couples' fate will be decided by their ex-contestants as they return to the show in a shock twist.
Each former star then makes their entrance into the villa before gathering at the fire pit to share their honest opinions about the remaining couples.
Maya says: 'Today, one more couple will be dumped from the Love Island Villa. And that decision will be made by some very familiar faces.'
Addressing the ex-Islanders, she added: 'Welcome back guys. You must now individually decide which couple is the least compatible. The couple with the most votes will be dumped from the island immediately.'
The ex-Islanders then have their say, leaving the couples at risk less than impressed by their comments.
Meg and Dejon, Shakira and Harry, Toni and Cach, Yasmin and Jamie, and Angel and Ty are all this year's Love Island finalists.
The winning couple will walk away with a cool £50,000 during the live finale on Monday night, with the British public determining who wins.
Meanwhile, Love Island has been hit by a fresh 'fix' row, after fans claimed that they've worked out which couple will be dumped from the villa.
Sources had previously claimed that the couple was chosen after many former Islanders began to 'question the interity' of their connection, but the dumped pair has not yet been revealed.
An insider told The Sun: 'This couple have been a big part of this series so this is a shocking moment.
'But having watched it back, ex- Islanders have become privy to action they weren't fully aware of and it left them more than questioning the integrity of this connection.'
Now fans are convinced that despite a huge row in Friday's episode, Meg and Dejon will keep their places in the villa, having already been saved once over fan favourites Megan and Conor.

Taking to social media, fans expressed their disbelief that the seemingly incompatible couple were receiving more votes than other islanders.
Addressing the ITV show's official X account, one fan fumed: 'FIX - you dumped the most natural compatible warm couple Conor and Megan and kept in devious Dejon and Fatal Attraction Meg just for the ratings. Its a fix love island [sic].'
Others agreed, writing: 'No sorry but love island. If they don't dump Meg and Dijon on Sunday I know it's 1000% a fix.
'No ex islander in their right might wouldn't vote for Meg and Dijon. They know how the public feel. It'll be you that's told them not to vote for them.'
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

Toni and Cach reveal surprising plans for £50k Love Island prize which sets them apart from other Islanders
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Your average twenty-something would splurge £50k on holidays, cars and clothes - but not Love Island's newest champions, Toni Laites and Cach Mercer. The lovebirds, both 24, instead have far more humdrum things in mind for their loot. I want to invest it. I don't want to go on some crazy shopping spree.' Cach, a dancer from London, agreed: 'Cost of living crisis, I'll save it!' It comes despite making history, with American Toni being the ITV2 show's first ever international bombshell to win. She entered on the first night of this summer's series and coupled up with Cach a month later, during Casa Amor. Toni said: 'I feel like I'm representing a whole nation! I didn't expect to make it past week one. 'Hopefully now we will just find time to enjoy one another's company and not let everything else take over.' Cach added: 'It feels amazing to win. I was 100 per cent authentically myself and luckily the public liked it, so I'm buzzing. 'I appreciate every moment on the show, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I wouldn't have done it any other way.' Toni will be remembered as one of the series 'Big Three' - a name coined by fans for her trio of friends, with Shakira Khan and Yasmin Pettet who came second and third respectively. Toni added: 'Friends I will have for life. That was a big takeaway. The girls were my rock for the eight weeks.' Cach and Toni WIN Love Island and bag £50k as raunchiest ever series ends She'll be spending more time with Cach than the girlies, though, as I can reveal ITV are set to offer the couple a spin-off show which follows their transatlantic relationship as they navigate love outside the villa. 6 Toni is the show's first ever international bombshell to win Credit: Shutterstock Editorial A source said: 'Even without the win, Cach and Toni's story should make great TV just due to their exciting lives. It will also be a chance to include Shakira and Yasmin when they visit Toni and catch up on the outside.' Shakira, 22, had a rocky journey in the villa but came runner-up with bad boy Harry Cookesley, 30. She said: 'The best romance of the series for me is Toni and Yas. Absolute weapons. I love those girls to bits. 'They will be bridesmaids at my wedding and godmothers of my children. I couldn't have done a day without them.' No mention of Harry, there, though… probably for the best. Rob just boobed with Liz 6 Rob Rinder says Liz Hurley accused him of 'talking to her boobs' during their first meeting for new Channel 4 show The Inheritance Credit: Channel 4 Rob Rinder's first meeting with Liz Hurley ahead of their new Channel 4 reality show The Inheritance saw her accuse him of speaking to her boobs. The series, out later this year, sees Liz play the dearly departed glam benefactor of a fortune stashed in a stately home, where 13 contestants compete for it while Rob acts as executor. He told the That Gaby Roslin podcast: 'When Elizabeth and I met, she was magnificent, she is the person a young gay man would want to marry before realising he would have to do geography he wasn't interested in. 'She was wearing this gold magnificence which she is wearing in the [show] promo in the coffin. "I started talking and she said, 'Are you talking to my breasts?' I said, 'Yes, actually I am'. 'Well, it would be absurd not to, since they are there. I mean, 'Are you looking at the Alps?!'' Prime Video thriller The Terminal List: Dark Wolf drops on August 27. The prequel comes three years after the hit first series and focuses on the backstory of Ben Edwards, played by Taylor Kitsch, who served alongside Chris Pratt's Navy SEAL character James Reece.
