Samie, 25, who parted ways with Sam, 32, on good terms, chose tropical print swimwear with a matching wrap for her time on the day-beds.
She pulled on a pair of sunglasses and styled her brunette hair into ringlets in a half-up do.
The reality TV star went make-up free for her series of sizzling snaps posted to Instagram, which saw her sprawled out on all fours.
She struck a series of sassy looks perched in front of a mirror on the outdoor furniture before collapsing into a fit of giggles.
She gave a cheeky glimpse of her derriere as she posed with her rear facing the camera before ruffling her locks as she smiled.
Samie tagged her Bali location and captioned the images with the quip: "Natural habitat."
Earlier this month, the content creator and influencer posed for a series of Instagram selfies as she headed to Ibiza shortly after her split was revealed.
GOOD TERMS?
E4 star Sam recently broke his silence on coming face to face with ex Samie at a recent event.
The pair were seen hanging out at Shoreditch House in London last week for a REHAB hair event - just weeks after breaking up.
Opening up about their night out, he said: "I'm going to be honest with you, really lovely. And yeah, actually, just spent a lot of time having a chat, having a chinwag just such an epic chat."

He joked that Samie actually cared more about Pete than him, adding: "She loves you. She did ask about you. She seemed to care more about you than me really."
Sam then rubbished claims they went home together, continuing: "It was a lovely moment actually just sort of saying 'hello'."
PARTING WAYS
Sam was first pictured snogging Samie and holding her face as they smooched outside Olivia Attwood's 34th birthday bash.
They were also snapped walking arm in arm afterwards and he tenderly placed a hand on her waist.
Love Island All Stars Samie Elishi and Grace Jackson Feud
LOVE Island's Samie Elishi and Grace Jackson locked horns in the All Stars villa - yet what's the situation?
Samie Elishi told how she had confronted Grace Jackson at The BRITs after the ITV2 alum claimed she was the "snakiest" in the villa.
It came after the pair had tried to avoid each other when partying with the same friends.
Samie 's arrival in the Love Island spin-off this year sparked issues between Grace and partner Luca Bish, 25.
Samie entered the ITV2 compound and proceeded to blow up the villa's strongest couple as she admitted to fancying Brighton lad Luca, before whisking him off on a date.
Stirring up the drama further after her arrival, Samie promptly referred to the secret DMs she shared with Luca in the real world.
Yet the pair felt no connection and Samie was swiftly dumped from the villa days later.
Grace was then said to have revealed her "true feelings" about Samie as she appeared to smirk during her eviction.
While the pair didn't share their relationship on social media, Sam did praise Samie on his podcast, Staying Relevant with pal Pete Wicks.
Grilled by his best mate, he was relatively tight-lipped but said: "What I will say though, really awesome chick. You met her that night. Really, really lovely. Super down to earth, super nice, beautiful, obviously."
Samie, meanwhile, opened up about the romance last month during an appearance on the We Talk To The Dead podcast.
Last week, The Sun exclusively revealed the pair had decided to go their separate ways weeks after first being spotted together on a cosy date.
A source close to the former couple said: "It was a mutual thing and there is no bad blood between them.
"They both just have really busy schedules, particularly Sam who has been non-stop recently, and it was really hard to make it work. They're still good mates.
"It's a shame but sometimes things just don't work out."
Hints of trouble between the pair were first raised after Sam was cagey when quizzed about Samie while promoting his Soccer Aid challenge for Unicef earlier this month.
Asked if she would be there to support him, Sam told MailOnline: "I feel like… this is so much more than who I'm dating or hooking up with.
"And I feel like it would take away from what it is going on. You know what I mean?"
Sam began dating Samie after splitting with Zara McDermott late last year.

Billie Eilish fans fuming as she bans meat from £70 a ticket UK shows and turns arenas 100% vegan

BILLIE Eilish fans have been left fuming as she bans meat from her £70 a ticket UK shows and turns arenas 100% vegan. 5 5 5 The Birds Of A Feather songstress is performing at the venue for six nights during her Hit Me Hard And Soft Tour. And every food vendor has been required to offer 100% plant-based options, removing all animal products from the arena for the evening. The menu included a peri-peri haloumi wrap, a corn naan, chipotle tacos, pizzas, and pancakes. While some of Billie's vegan fans praised her decision, others were left disappointed with the food options after paying upwards of £70 for their tickets. One attendee told MailOnline: 'Punters were less than impressed with the vegan options - a mixture of pizzas, cauliflower bits and loaded fries. Another asked: "Did they run out of meat or something?" When venue staff explained that the instruction had come from Billie, most customers weren't happy. Before the show started, Billie narrated a short film about veganism, the environment, and all of the steps they have taken on the tour to do their bit. The crew all eat plant-based food on tour, while her merch is made using sustainable practices. They also had an Eco Village at the O2 arena to raise awareness of climate change. Billie was raised as a vegetarian and has been a consistent advocate for animal rights and veganism, often discussing her beliefs when it comes to animals. Recently, she confirmed romance rumours with actor Nat Wolff after the pair were spotted snogging in the street. According to gossip site Deux Moi, the pair enjoyed their passionate moment on a balcony in Venice during a recent trip to Italy. Billie, who has been in the public eye since 2015, has seen her love life in the spotlight too. She previously dated rapper Q, singer Jesse Rutherford and actor Matthew Tyler Vorce in the past. It came after rumours of her relationship with the Los Angeles native started last year. At the time, a source close to the pair insisted they were "100 per cent a couple." Earlier this month, Apple Music released its 500 most played songs of all time. The entire list can be found on the streaming site for fans to listen too in full. But Billie closed out the top ten with her track - Bad Guy. This meant that Billie was the only woman to place in the top 10 of the list. But fans were shocked when Billie left completely empty handed from the Grammys. Billie was up for seven awards across the evening, including the coveted album of the year for her record, Hit Me Hard and Soft. However, her hopes of getting acknowledged were dashed when, in the last Grammy honoured of the evening, it went to Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter instead. 5 5
