Ryback Defends CM Punk After He Apologized And Competed In Saudi Arabia
WWE Superstar CM Punk has come under fire from critics and fans following his appearance in Saudi Arabia this week, where he apologized for a six-year-old tweet and competed against John Cena in the main event of Night of Champions.
Surprisingly, one of Punk's biggest detractors of the last decade, former WWE Superstar Ryback, has come to his defense today on social media in response to an opinion piece, tweeting out:
'I've had my issues with Punk, but I don't see him as a sellout. He returned to do what he loves and to make money — much like you're doing by writing critical think pieces about others for clicks. WWE is a global business, and working at that level means navigating complex deals, personal beliefs, and public perception. His apology wasn't about abandoning values — it was about how he expressed them publicly in ways that hurt professional relationships,' Ryback said in a post.

WWE star Roman Reigns shuts down 6th kid rumors during hiatus
The post WWE star Roman Reigns shuts down 6th kid rumors during hiatus appeared first on ClutchPoints. Before making his epic return during Monday Night RAW on July 14, 2025, there were reports that WWE's Roman Reigns had his sixth kid while on hiatus. However, the 'Only Tribal Chief' has debunked those rumors. He took to TikTok to address the rumors. The caption of his post read, 'Five and done,' indicating he will not have another kid anytime soon. He also wrote, 'Addressing the rumors…' over the video. 'I'm done,' Reigns said. 'They [said] I was trying to catch up to Jacob [Fatu] or something? Five and done. I've done my job. I procreated. No more.' Reigns then fired back at those who called his hiatus a 'vacation.' He reassured them that he was still working when he wasn't seen in WWE. 'It wasn't a vacation! It was school 'til June, and then we started tutoring. Don't feel bad for me. Don't ever feel bad for me,' he responded. So, it does not appear those rumors are true. Reigns appears to be back in WWE for the long haul after his three-month hiatus. Expect to see a lot more of him leading into SummerSlam. How many kids does WWE Superstar Roman Reigns have? Reigns has five kids with his wife, Galina Becker. Their first daughter was born in December 2007. They then had two sets of twin boys in 2016 and 2020. His WWE career started in 2010 when he signed with their developmental brand, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW). Reigns previously aspired to be an NFL player, going undrafted in the 2007 NFL Draft. After brief stints with the Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars, Reigns played a season in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He debuted in WWE in 2012 as part of the Shield with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. They remained together until Rollins turned on his stablemates in 2014. Once he became a singles star, WWE never looked back with Reigns as their top star. They pushed him when the audience rejected him. After his return in 2020 after taking a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Reigns reinvented his character. He debuted the 'Tribal Chief' persona that he still uses today. During his 'Tribal Chief' run, he had a 1,316-day reign as Universal Champion. Along the way, he won the WWE Championship, unifying the titles. He eventually lost them to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. UFC legend reveals Brock Lesnar's ‘banned' WWE status
The post UFC legend reveals Brock Lesnar's 'banned' WWE status appeared first on ClutchPoints. According to former UFC Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier, WWE star Brock Lesnar is on the 'banned list' amid his indefinite hiatus. If this is true, this could spell the end of Lesnar's professional wrestling career. During an interview on the MIghycast podcast, Cormier debunked the idea of facing Lesnar in WWE (1:13:00 mark). He claimed Lesnar was on a 'banned list,' though he didn't specify if it was from WWE, UFC, or their parent company, TKO. 'I mean, Brock is on the banned list right now,' Cormier revealed. 'Brock got into so much trouble… I ain't telling you on-air what Brock did, [but] Brock is in so much trouble.' That makes it sound like Lesnar will not be coming back to WWE anytime soon. Whether he is 'banned' from WWE or TKO altogether, it does not look good for him. Why is WWE star Brock Lesnar on the 'banned list'? Lesnar has not been seen in WWE since August 2023. He faced Cody Rhodes in the rubber match of their feud at SummerSlam. Afterward, he raised Rhodes' arm, seemingly passing the torch to the 'American Nightmare.' While he was supposed to return at the Royal Rumble in January 2024, Lesnar was pulled from his plans. This was due to a former WWE employee, Janel Grant, filing a lawsuit against Vince McMahon. Initially, Lesnar was not specifically named in the lawsuit. However, it was heavily implied that he was involved, as McMahon tried to traffic Grant to Lesnar during his contract negotiations to return to WWE in 2021. Later, in February 2025, Lesnar was officially named in the lawsuit. WWE and TKO have continued to withhold Lesnar from returning to the ring. It is unclear if he will ever get back in the squared circle. It would almost be a surprise at this point. Since coming back to wrestling in 2021, Lesnar has predominantly been a babyface. This was a drastic change from his previous tenures, during which he usually played the heel. Lesnar feuded with Roman Reigns over the Universal Championship upon his return. Their longstanding feud culminated at the 2022 SummerSlam event. After that, he had matches with Bobby Lashley, Omos, and Rhodes.
