Kate Middleton's Health Update One Year After Shocking Cancer News
Kate Middleton's appearance at the 2025 Trooping the Color marked a powerful full-circle moment for the Princess of Wales, one year after revealing her cancer diagnosis and attending her first royal event post-announcement. A new report offers insight into her current health and how she is working toward a brighter tomorrow for herself and her family.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, as Kate continues her journey to a complete recovery, she's finding comfort in the simple joys of nature, the unwavering support of her family, and the hope of enjoying peaceful downtime with Prince William and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Trooping the Color 2025 marked a significant milestone for the Princess of Wales, one year since she made her return to the public eye following a cancer diagnosis. She spent much of 2024 focusing on her recovery after undergoing abdominal surgery in January. However, the royal family has never confirmed whether her cancer diagnosis was related to that procedure.
'She's being sensible, listening to what her body is telling her and easing back into public life,' says Queen Elizabeth's former spokeswoman Ailsa Anderson to PEOPLE.

Anderson added, "She gets so much sustenance in nature, and she's lucky to have homes in some of the most beautiful parts of Britain: in Norfolk and on the Windsor estate. She'll be able to reenergize herself.'
Additionally, Chief Scout Dwayne Fields told PEOPLE that throughout the princess's recovery, she spent a lot of time outdoors. 'She told me, 'During my recovery, I spent a lot of time in the outdoors, because that's where I felt at peace.' She's a wonderfully warm person and invites you into a conversation. That's her superpower.'
Kate's family is looking forward to spending even more time together as a unit as the school year winds down for the Wales children. 'They have a quiet life out in Norfolk, with a lot of freedom to go to places like the beach, and no one bothers them,' said royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith to the news outlet.
Next up for Kate, an appearance at the Wimbledon tennis championships. She's attended the sports event every year since marrying William in 2011. She missed it in 2013, when pregnant with Prince George, and did not attend in 2020, as the tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Spotted on Ohio Date as They ‘Soak Up Every Minute' Together
THE RUNDOWN Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were in New York City this Saturday, enjoying dinner out. This evening, photos emerged of the couple out again—this time in Ohio, Kelce's home state. DeuxMoi ran a photo of the pair having a lunch date. Swift stood out in a white blouse and tan pleated skirt. She had her hair up in a ponytail, while Kelce had his back turned to the camera. The sighting comes the same day People published a new report on Kelce and Swift's nearly two-year relationship—and how the past few months have changed it for the better. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and singer have been enjoying their downtime from work together, with Swift having wrapped her Eras Tour in December. Kelce finished his NFL season at the Super Bowl this February. He'll return to training camp later this summer. The pair has spent the majority of this time out of the public eye, but they are thriving in private. 'It's been a turning point for their relationship in a lot of ways,' People's source explained. 'They're incredibly happy and in sync. There's a calmness and ease to their relationship right now that's been really grounding for Taylor and Travis.' The insider added, 'Taylor and Travis are soaking up every minute of this slower season together. They've been splitting their time between New York, Nashville, and a few quiet getaways, just enjoying each other's company without all the usual chaos. This kind of downtime is rare for both of them, and it's really allowed their bond to deepen.' The source also spoke about how momentous it was for Swift to buy the masters for her first six albums. 'Having Travis by her side for that milestone made it even more special,' the insider said. 'He was honored to support her, and he wouldn't have wanted it any other way.'

Meet Dayana Yastremska, the Ukrainian beauty who shocked Coco Gauff at Wimbledon
Dayana Yastremska made headlines Tuesday by completing one of the biggest upsets at Wimbledon with her first-round victory in straight sets over No. 2 seed Coco Gauff. But the unseeded Ukrainian tennis player isn't a complete unknown. The 25-year-old is ranked No. 42 in the world and has three WTA singles titles to her name, while having her best finish in a major at the 2024 Australian Open when she reached the semifinals. Advertisement Yastremska already has an interesting backstory due to her apparent allergy to grass — the same surface she's playing on at Wimbledon. Yastremska, who celebrated her 25th birthday in May, detailed her allergy after she reached the final at the Nottingham Open earlier this month, saying at the time that 'I really love playing on grass, even though I think I have a bit of an allergy to grass!' 6 Tennis star Dayana Yastremska, who upset Coco Gauff at Wimbledon. Dayana Yastremska /Instagram She already had quite the following on social media with 217,000 followers on Instagram, where she's posted content around her tennis career and stylish shots from parties and modeling. Advertisement 'I like modeling, I like fashion, I like philosophy, and I like many things to do,' she's quoted as saying in a 2024 article. 'But I don't have much time for it.' And her talents extend beyond the court as Yastremska showed off her singing chops during the COVID-19 pandemic and released two singles during the summer of 2020 titled 'Thousands of Me' and 'Favourite Track.' 6 Tennis star Dayana Yastremska, who upset Coco Gauff at Wimbledon. Dayana Yastremska /Instagram Advertisement 'I do not strive to become a cool artist,' she wrote in a post on Instagram in 2020. 'I just like to sing, I like this whole atmosphere. It's much easier for me on the tennis court, than being in the studio, standing near the microphone, and singing, it's such a stress for me!' Yastremska paused her musical ambitions in 2021 during a provisional doping ban following a positive test for a prohibited substance, but she was cleared six months later after an independent tribunal ruled that the positive result was due to contamination of the test sample. She was also forced to flee her home in February 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine, revealing in a social media post that after two nights in an underground parking garage, her parents decided to send her and her sister out of the country. 6 Tennis star Dayana Yastremska, who upset Coco Gauff at Wimbledon.
