Marian Rivera, Tim Yap, and Solenn Heussaff are among the Preview 30 Icons — creatives and personalities who have helped "build the brand and shape Filipino fashion" and whom the fashion magazine is honoring for its 30th anniversary.
In the cover story, Preview described Solenn as "a woman who's embodied a je ne sais quoi that requires little to no effort to bring out."
"Solenn's life has been documented through high-glamor editorials and compelling stories told through fashion," it added, recalling how the Kapuso actress, who plays Cassiopeia in "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre," first appeared on Preview's pages as an actress and model."
Meanwhile, Tim Yap, who signed with Sparkle in March 2025 has been something of a main stay with Preview, partnering with the title "on his first fashion show" when he launched Kenzo in the Philippines with Preview as his media partner, appearing on "Preview's front page, sharing his first cover with fellow model and socialite Rissa Mananquil for the December 2001 issue," and serving as its society editor at one point.
"Tim has maintained his position as an industry magnate, noting how the community has expanded for the better," Preview said.
Finally, Marian Rivera recalled her November 2012 cover when Preview dressed her in crisp tailoring and slicked-back hair, transforming her into "someone no one had seen before."
"Minsan out of the box 'yung gusto nilang ipagawa sa 'yo pero as an artist, gusto mo rin mag-try. Nakaka-excite kasi may naiisip sila na hindi mo aakalain na magagawa mo," Marian said.
In 2023, she was bestowed the first-ever Style Icon title.
The three Kapuso personalities join the likes of stylist Liz Uy, model and businesswoman Georgina Wilson, content creator Mimiyuuuh, and Summit head honcho Lisa Gokongwei-Cheng, to name a few. — LA, GMA Integrated News

ShuKla, KiSh, MiLi and all the other duos formed in 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition'

The "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" featured the fresh dynamic between Sparkle and Star Magic artists—not just as individual housemates, but also as duos working together to complete various tasks and support each other. In the span of almost four months, the show has formed many pairings who got to know each other, became friends, and embraced each other as family inside Bahay ni Kuya. Here is a complete summary of all the duos formed from the premiere of the show. First duo formation Photo: Pinoy Big Brother AZ Martinez and Esnyr (AzNyr) Brent Manalo and Michael Sager (MeNt) Charlie Fleming and AC Bonifacio (AcLie) Dustin Yu and Klarisse De Guzman (DuKla) Mika Salamanca and Ralph De Leon (RaMi) River Joseph and Will Ashley (WilVer) Josh Ford and Kira Balinger (KiSh) Ashley Ortega and Ivana Alawi (IvAsh) Housemates formed duos through a game similar to "The Boat is Sinking," gradually grouping from eight to two with equal Sparkle and Star Magic members. Kuya then named these pairs as their official partners for the first cycle. Ivana Alawi ended up pairing with Ashley Ortega, who was unaware that the former is just a house guest. Second duo formation Photo: Ashley Ortega/IG AC and Ashley (AcLey) AZ and Kira (KiZ) Bianca De Vera and Charlie (CharBi) Brent and Mika (MEnt) Dustin and Esnyr (DusNyr) Josh and Klarisse (JoKla) Ralph and Michael (RaMi) Will and River (WillVer 2.0) For the second round of duo formation, housemates randomly formed new pairs by choosing rope ends—blue representing Sparkle and red for Star Magic—and matching them. Charlie was exempt from the activity because of her immunity, and Bianca entered the house only after the new duos had already been formed. As a result, Charlie and Bianca were paired together and granted immunity from the first nomination. Nominated duos: AcLey - 9 points, RaMi - 10 points, WilVer - 8 points Evicted: AcLey Third duo formation Photo: Pinoy Big Brother AZ and Ralph (RaZ) Bianca and Mika (MiBi) Brent and Dustin (BreTin) Charlie and Kira (ChaKira) Esnyr and Josh (JoshNyr) Klarisse and Will (WiKla) River and Michael (MicVer) Vince Maristela and Emilio Daez (ViLio) The third duos were formed through a timed game where housemates scored points by moving balls across pedestals. The highest-ranking housemate then chose a partner they hadn't paired with before. Vince and Emilio were paired automatically as they were new housemates. Nominated duos: ChaKira - 9 points, MicVer - 7 points, RaZ - 6 points Evicted: ChaKira Fourth duo formation Photo: Emilio Daez/IG AZ and Bianca (BiAz) Brent and Vince (BrInce) Dustin and Ralph (RaSti) Esnyr and Will (Winyr) Mika and Klarisse (MiKla) Michael and Emilio (MiLi) River and Josh (JoshVer) Shuvee Etrata and Xyriel Manabat (VeeRiel) The housemates took on a task that involved scooping balls with correct answers based on a press conference featuring the new housemates, Shuvee and Xyriel. The first to retrieve both correct balls earned the chance to choose a new partner, though they couldn't select someone they had already been paired with. As newcomers, Shuvee and Xyriel were automatically paired together. Nominated duos: BrInce - 13 points, MiLi - 5 points, RaSti - 5 points Evicted: MiLi Fifth duo formation Photo: Pinoy Big Brother AZ and Klarisse (AKla) Bianca and Shuvee (ShuCa) Josh and Ralph (JoRa) Mika and Esnyr (EsMi) Vince and River (ViVer) Will and Brent (Went) Xyriel and Dustin (XyDust) The fifth set of duos was created through a kendama challenge, where the top-ranked housemate earned the right to choose a partner—except they couldn't select anyone they had previously teamed up with. Nominated duos: JoRa - 9 points, ShuCa - automatic nomination, XyDust - 6 points Evicted: JoRa Sixth duo formation Photo: Pinoy Big Brother AZ and Brent (BrAz) Dustin and River (DuRiver) Esnyr and Shuvee (EsVee) Klarisse and Vince (ViKla) Mika and Xyriel (MiRiel) Will and Bianca (WillBi) Duos were formed through a game where housemates dragged cups with balls across a finish line, restarting if a ball dropped. The fastest unpaired housemate earned the right to pick a new partner, excluding previous partners. No nomination and eviction was held during this week to give way for the two wildcard slots, won by Ralph and Charlie. Kuya later implemented an individual nomination mechanism. Four housemates gained immunity through the two Big Intensity Challenges, and the rest got nominated. Immune housemates: AZ, Esnyr, Ralph, and Shuvee Evicted: Vince and Xyriel Final duo Photo: Pinoy Big Brother AZ and River (AzVer) Bianca and Dustin (DusBi) Esnyr and Charlie (CharEs) Mika and Brent (BreKa) Ralph and Will (RaWi) Shuvee and Klarisse (ShuKla) The remaining housemates competed in a final duo formation task with staggered head starts and a "freeze" advantage for challenge winners. They had to memorize and correctly arrange wooden poles with pictures of their loved ones, restarting if they made mistakes. The task ranked the housemates from first to 12th, with Ralph finishing first and Esnyr last. Nominated duos: AzVer - 7 points, DusBi - 13 points, ShuKla - 3 points Evicted: ShuKla No more duo shuffling was done after this, and the five remaining duos went through the Big Tapatan and Big Jump challenges to make it to the Big Four. DusBi was the last duo to be evicted after failing to get a spot in the Big Night, which will be held on July 5 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City. —MGP, GMA Integrated News

Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Alden Richards proud to be Kapuso as GMA Network celebrates 75th anniversary

Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, and Alden Richards are beaming with pride and honor as their home network celebrated its 75th anniversary with a star-studded event. In Nelson Canlas' report on "24 Oras," Tuesday, Dingdong said that he grew up with the Kapuso network. "Very, very proud. Dito na ako lumaki so kumbaga 'yung paghulma sa 'kin bilang isang tao, tao talaga, eh malaking parte do'n 'yung GMA," he said. "Ito talaga 'yung aming tahanan, literal. Parang lahat nasa GMA eh. 'Yun nga 'yung palagi naming sinasabi na proud kami to be Kapuso at mananatili kaming Kapuso," Marian Rivera said. Alden said that he couldn't be happier that he's still with GMA Network. "Every time that I commute going here to do an audition or a go-see, there's something about GMA 'pag napapadaan 'yung MRT. That gut feel served me right and I couldn't be happier that I'm still here in GMA after 15 years," he said. Also present at the event were Kapuso executives, including GMA Network CEO and President Gilbert R. Duavit Jr., GMA Network Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Felipe S. Yalong, GMA Network Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes, Sparkle First Vice President Joy Marcelo, and more. "Unang-una, at higit sa lahat, 'yung taos-pusong pasasalamat sa ating mga manonood, sa ating mga Kapuso. They are the reason we're here, so for the last 75 years, naging karangalan at privilege natin na paglingkuran sila and we look forward to the next 75 years of being one with the Filipino," GMA Network, Inc. President and CEO Gilberto R. Duavit Jr. said. "Beyond 75: The GMA Network Anniversary Special" will air on July 12 on GMA Network. —Carby Rose Basina/MGP, GMA Integrated News
