She reportedly met him through her friend, one-time Islander Shaughna Phillips.

Since shooting to fame alongside her sister, Demi, on The Only Way Is Essex back in 2019, Frankie has been no stranger to reality TV turmoil. From fiery on-screen romances to her and Demi's explosive fallout with sister Chloe during the second series of their LA-set reality show, House Of Sims, there's rarely been a dull moment. Here, Frankie, who now runs her own beauty business, tells us why she's carving out a more peaceful life for her and Billy, and how turning 30 helped her finally find her confidence.
Hi, Frankie! Things seem to be going very well between you and Billy…
They are! We moved in together this year and it's amazing – now we're looking to buy somewhere. After that we'll obviously have kids and get married, but we're not putting pressure on ourselves. We know that we both want it, but we haven't put a timeline on when it should happen. We've got a lot to do before then!
What makes you work so well as a couple?
It just feels like a really healthy relationship. I knew from the first week he was The One. It was like I had a confirmation within myself, 'Yeah, this is The One.' Everything is just so simple and he makes me feel really secure and happy. Everything is just falling into place, as it should.
Is this a new experience for you in terms of boyfriends?
When you have a relationship like this, you look back at your past relationships and realise that it's completely different to anything I've had before. But I've taken a lot of lessons from any relationship that I've had in the past and brought those lessons into this relationship. Maybe that's why it's working.
Are you quite traditional, in terms of marriage first, then babies?
I'm not traditional at all. I'm not putting any expectations on myself or anyone else. I'm not thinking, 'Right, I have to be 'this age' when I get married or have kids.' I'm a firm believer that everything comes into your life at the right time – and I'll be there with open arms.
If you could give one piece of advice to teenage Frankie, what would it be?
To stay true to who you are and that who you are is enough. Because being in your twenties, being on TV and having to deal with things like trolling, you lose who you are and lose your confidence.
What do you do to look after your mental health?
I like to take time out just for myself. Recently, I've been doing something once a month that's just for me – something that makes me feel completely relaxed and reset. Last month I went for an hour-long lymphatic drainage facial massage. I think I was holding a lot of stress in my face, so I actually walked out feeling so much more relaxed. I've also been to a soundbath therapy session, which was amazing. It's about putting life on pause for a second and finding a way to take the stress off your shoulders.
So how did you really feel about turning 30 earlier this year?
I was really excited about it. Usually people dread it – I've seen people throw a funeral, it's very dramatic. But I was looking forward to being 30 because everyone told me it's a decade about finding confidence in yourself and loving who you are. So I chose to think of it as, 'I'm going into a whole new era, I'm a 30-year-old woman and this is who I am!'
Tell us about celebrating Frankie & Benny's 30th birthday campaign...
Well, we both turned 30 this year. It was like a full-circle moment because I used to go to Frankie & Benny's in Romford when I was growing up. It's where I found my love of food and now food is definitely my love language. I took Billy back to the restaurant in Essex because of the Love At First Bite new menu and it was so much fun showing him where I spent so many celebrations when I was younger.
Food is an excellent love language, in our opinion!
Haha, it is. I want to show someone that I care for them, so I want them to be fed. I want to cook for them, or go out and enjoy different flavours or eating experiences.

Beckham siblings narrowly avoid awkward run-in with Brooklyn during vacation
Romeo and Harper Beckham were seen narrowly avoiding a run-in with their brother Brooklyn during a family vacation. The two siblings were spotted by a harbour in the lavish Saint Tropez in France while on holiday, where Brooklyn had recently posted videos of himself cooking. However, as Romeo was pictured arriving in France, photographers reportedly saw that Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz had already departed for the United States, seemingly avoiding a meeting with each other. Just a few days prior, Brooklyn had also shared a nude photo of Nicola in the bath. This comes after it was revealed earlier this month that Brooklyn no longer followed his brothers Cruz and Romeo on social media, with the latter two having also unfollowed Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. Brooklyn Beckham claimed that he was just 'as confused as everyone else' after discovering he no longer followed his brothers, according to sources. 'Brooklyn had no idea until he read about it online. It's possible Romeo and Cruz blocked them, which would make it appear as him no longer following the brothers,' the insider told The Sun. 'He and Nicola certainly didn't unfollow them or block them – they're as confused as anyone else. The first they heard about it was when it was being reported on,' they added. On July 16, Romeo shared pictures with his siblings Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14, without eldest Beckham sprog Brooklyn, 26, anywhere to be seen. Harper, whose recent birthday sparked an unexpected public show of affection from Brooklyn, hugged Romeo on the streets, the pair looking as close as ever in the new snaps. Cruz also posed with them for a group photo, which included his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, in a show of affection. However, Brooklyn seemingly played down any rumours of a feud as he paid tribute to youngest sibling Harper on her 14th birthday. Taking to Instagram he shared a snap with the birthday girl – and his partner – on his story, alongside the message: 'Happy birthday Harper we love u x.' He tagged Nicola, who then reposted the photo on her own profile. Rumours of a rift in the family began when Brooklyn and Nicola married in 2022, with reports of tension between her and Victoria Beckham, 51. This, however, was played down when both were spotted at public events on a united front. However, eyebrows were raised once more when Brooklyn and Nicola failed to make an appearance at David's 50th birthday bash. This was on top of Brooklyn not sending his dad a birthday message on social media, which he had done in previous years. Further fuel was added to the fire when just a short time after this snub, Brooklyn wished Nicola's dad a happy birthday on Instagram. The reason behind the rumored rift is currently unclear, but it has been claimed that Victoria is 'desperate' for things to be patched up between her once-close family. 'Victoria hates to think about her family being so divided, especially with it involving one of her children,' an insider told Metro. More Trending 'Brooklyn's absence at David's 50th birthday party was noticeable, and she desperately wished he would have been there. 'They've always been a close-knit family, and seeing how things are now has been devastating for Victoria and David.' The source also added: 'Brooklyn hasn't felt the same about his family for months,. 'When big family milestones approach, he often feels quite isolated over in Los Angeles, but he's keen to show that he loves his family deeply.' Got a story? Gregg Wallace on claim he 'wandered MasterChef studio with sock over penis'
A report by law firm Lewis Silkin found there were 27 substantiated claims against Wallace relating to alleged incidents during this period, most of which related to sexually explicit comments. One allegation of unwanted physical contact during this timeframe was also substantiated. The report found that when concerns were reported to the production company during this period, there was a failure to retain records of any action taken. The report found that 17 upheld allegations relate to this period. In 2015, the production company behind MasterChef investigated an allegation about Wallace's behaviour, but he was not made aware of the complaint. The following year, the production company merged with Endemol, and more formal policies, regular training, and anonymous reporting lines were introduced. The BBC intervened in response to a complaint in 2017, following which Wallace was warned of the need to change his behaviour. One substantiated complaint about an inappropriate comment fell into this period. Wallace faced allegations of inappropriate sexual comments from 13 people across a range of shows over 17 years, BBC News reported. The TV star stepped away from presenting MasterChef while Banijay, the show's production company, announced that it was conducting an external review to 'fully and impartially investigate' the claims. BBC News said allegations include the presenter 'talking openly about his sex life, taking his top off in front of a female worker saying he wanted to "give her a fashion show", and telling a junior female colleague he was not wearing any boxer shorts under his jeans'. The charity Ambitious About Autism said it had dropped Wallace as an ambassador, citing the 'recent allegations'. Banijay UK confirmed it appointed law firm Lewis Silkin to lead the investigation into Wallace's alleged behaviour. Wallace said in a video posted to Instagram that accusations about him making sexual comments towards staff and guests have come from 'middle-class women of a certain age'. Downing Street said Wallace's response to the accusations being made against him was 'inappropriate and misogynistic'. A spokesperson added that Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy had held talks with BBC bosses in the wake of the Wallace row. Following the backlash, Wallace apologised for any 'offence' or 'upset' he caused with his remarks and said he would 'take some time out'. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said politicians should be ready to put in place 'mechanisms' that would instil 'confidence' that women will be taken seriously in reports of inappropriate behaviour after a Labour MP asked him about 'women of a certain age', reflecting comments Wallace apologised for. MasterChef co-presenter John Torode said in a social media post that he 'loves being part of' the programme and 'will continue to be a part of it'. Wallace told the Daily Mail he 'thought about suicide all the time' after allegations of misconduct were made against him. Wallace was sacked as MasterChef presenter following the inquiry into his alleged misconduct by production company Banijay. BBC News said it had not seen the final review from Banijay but understood the presenter had been sacked. In an Instagram post, the former greengrocer claimed he had been cleared of the 'most serious and sensational accusations' ahead of the published review. He also said he recognised that some of his humour and language were inappropriate 'at times' and apologised for this. The report by law firm Lewis Silkin for Banijay is published. It says that a total of 45 out of the 83 allegations made against Wallace during his time on the show were substantiated, including one allegation of 'unwelcome physical contact'. It concludes that the 'majority of the substantiated allegations against Mr Wallace related to inappropriate sexual language and humour', adding that 'a smaller number of allegations of other inappropriate language and being in a state of undress were also substantiated'. In the wake of the report's findings, Banijay say that 'Wallace's return to MasterChef (is) untenable'.
