Colchester Beach is closed this long weekend due to E. coli counts in the water being higher than 1000.
Point Pelee North West Beach and Holiday Beach are under a warning, as per the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, for higher levels of bacteria.
If you're looking for somewhere to cool off during your long weekend, you can do so at Cedar Beach, Cedar Island Beach, Lakeshore Lakeview Park West Beach, or Seacliff Beach.
Sandpoint Beach remains closed to swimmers, however the sand and park are open to the public.
