Everything – from the product to the packaging to the tonality – is designed to feel fun, cheeky, and energetic while still being the healthier, more mindful choice. We wanted it to speak to a new generation of snackers who are health-aware but not willing to give up on taste or personality. That's why we've built this 'Devilishly Good' identity – it captures our brand spirit perfectly. You'll see that mischief in the flavor profiles like Spicy Guava, Sweet Chilli and Pudina Blast, in the bold colors of the packs, and in the language we use across platforms. KLAW isn't just a snack – it's a mood, it's a vibe.'

Tyre Exports Rise 9% To Rs 25k Cr

New Delhi: Tyre exports from India grew 9 per cent year-on-year to Rs25,051 crore in FY25 despite headwinds, including trade policy uncertainties and global supply chain disruptions, the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association said on Wednesday. With nearly 40 per cent of the industry's natural rubber (NR) requirement met through imports due to limited domestic availability, the Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA) said there is an urgent need to accelerate domestic production through focused interventions to meet rising demand. India's tyre exports in 2024-25 increased by 9 per cent year-on-year, reaching Rs25,051 crore compared to Rs23,073 crore in the previous fiscal, ATMA said, citing data released by the Ministry of Commerce. With an estimated annual turnover of Rs1 lakh crore and exports exceeding Rs25,000 crore, the Indian tyre industry stands out as one of the few manufacturing sectors in the country with a high export-to-turnover ratio, it added.

M&A activity hits $61.3 bn in H1 2025, highest since 2022: Report

India's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity remained strong in the first half of 2025, with total deal value touching $61.3 billion, a new report said on marks a 50 per cent jump compared to the same period the previous year and is the highest first-half total since 2022, according to the latest India Investment Banking Review by LSEG. The report also showed that the number of M&A transactions rose by 9 per cent, signalling continued market growth was driven by domestic consolidation, energy transition efforts, and strategic portfolio realignments. Financial sponsors played a key role, particularly in sectors like insurance, technology, and healthcare. Elaine Tan, Senior Manager at LSEG Deals Intelligence, said: India's M&A growth is being powered by a mix of factors, including the country's push for renewables and structural changes in key sectors. 'Energy &Power led the way with $20.5 billion in deals -- a more than 16-fold jump from last year,' she said. Investment banking fees from Indian operations reached $653.8 million in the first half of 2025, up 21 per cent from a year from equity capital market (ECM) underwriting stood at $272.7 million, while debt capital market (DCM) underwriting earned $131.7 million. WTC final is most-watched non-India Test on digital platform: JioStar CEO

The ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final 2025 between South Africa and Australia became the most-watched non-India Test match on a digital platform, according to JioStar's CEO – Sports and Live Experiences, Sanjog Gupta. The historic clash at Lord's drew massive attention from Indian audiences, with millions tuning in on JioStar despite India not being a part of the contest. In an interview with Variety, Gupta attributed the digital milestone to a well-timed cross-promotional strategy executed during IPL 2025. 'We didn't drop the full show at one go, but actually staggered it starting during the IPL,' he said, underscoring how JioStar leveraged the cricketing frenzy to create anticipation around the WTC final. $500 Million Investment in Sports Offerings As the Indian sports economy gears up to become a $130 billion industry by 2030, as projected by the Think Sports report by Google and Deloitte, JioStar is significantly scaling up its investments. Gupta revealed that the company is committing $500 million across production, marketing, and technology to deepen its presence in the live sports space. 'Our journey actually begins at that point [of rights acquisition] to grow fans for the property, to deepen fandom for that property, and to be able to extract disproportionate value from that property,' he noted. From cricket to coldplay: A broad sports vision Beyond cricket, JioStar's ambitions span diverse entertainment avenues. Reflecting on the platform's first major live event—Coldplay's concert at the Narendra Modi Stadium on January 26—Gupta called it a 'cultural zeitgeist moment.' The concert, held on India's Republic Day, symbolised the fusion of global music and national pride. Gupta further outlined a broader vision for the platform: to transform India into a sporting nation. 'Our mission is to serve one fan as many sports experiences as possible, powered by the interplay of technology and creativity,' he said, hinting at JioStar's long-term strategy of integrating immersive fan engagement with premium content. A Strategy Anchored in Fan Value Gupta reiterated that JioStar's investments in sports properties are guided by a four-point thesis centered on reach, engagement, monetization, and fandom. 'Till such time as sports, sporting properties, sports rights, continue to deliver on these four tenets of the investment thesis, we will continue to invest in them,' he asserted. With viewership benchmarks being redefined and technology playing a critical role in content delivery, JioStar aims to remain at the forefront of India's booming sports and live entertainment economy.
