For the peaches
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp light brown sugar
4 peaches, halved, stones removed
For the French toast
2 large eggs
40ml whole milk
80ml double cream
½ tsp ground cinnamon
4 slices of brioche
1-2 tbsp butter
icing sugar, sifted, to serve
