Bloodcurdling audio of cops finding couple executed in front of children at Arkansas Devil's Den State Park

Bloodcurdling audio reveals the horror police faced as they discovered the bodies of a husband and wife who were executed in front of their two young daughters at an Arkansas state park over the weekend.
Clinton, 43, and Cristen Brink, 41, were found dead at around 2.40pm on Saturday on a 'remote and rural' trail at Devil's Den State Park.
Officers heard desperate cries for rescue as they descended on the rugged terrain, newly released audio revealed.
'We hear yells calling out for help. We're hiking down,' one officer told the dispatcher.
'We're hearing them too towards the end of the lower part of Devil's Den trail,' another replied. The officers later confirmed they found 'two bodies'.
In a terrifying revelation, officers said the couple appeared to be slain in a targeted assassination by a fleeing suspect who actively tried to cover his tracks.
'The suspect is going to be a white male wearing black gloves, sunglasses, with dark colored pants and a dark colored tank top,' one officer reported.
The officer added that the suspect 'took off in a small, black sports car with taped over plates'. He reportedly drove across a bridge, left the park and got on the highway.
Authorities have ruled that Clinton and Cristen's deaths constituted a double homicide.
Their bodies will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab, where their cause and manner of death will be determined.
The couple's two daughters, ages seven and nine, were hiking with them. They were uninjured and are now safe with family members.
It is unclear why the couple were attacked, as they had recently moved to the state, according to police. Their public Facebook profiles show they had previously lived in Montana.
Investigators are pursuing all leads and are working with state and federal authorities to track down the suspect.
The area of the park where the murders occurred is described by police as 'a remote and rural area, where the terrain is rugged, vegetation is thick and there is no cellphone service'.
Devil's Den State Park was closed off and secured by law enforcement after the brutal attack. The park's website noted that 'all trails are closed until further notice'.
A manhunt remains underway for the suspected murderer, who was seen driving toward a park exit in a black four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with duct or electrical tape covering the license plate.
It is believed he then traveled on State Route 170 or 220.
Officials have described him as a white male with a medium build, wearing a long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up, dark pants, a dark-colored baseball cap, sunglasses and fingerless gloves.
He was also carrying a black backpack with him at the time.
As police continue to hunt down the suspect, they have asked anyone who was at the state park on Saturday to check any photos and videos they took for images of the suspect.
Those photos should then be sent directly to the Arkansas State Police and should not be posted to social media, which authorities said could hinder the investigation.
Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders said she was 'heartbroken' by the 'horrific' attack at the park and that her office is 'in close contact with State Police and the Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism as they work to apprehend the suspect'.
'We are praying for the family and friends of the victims and know that law enforcement will not rest until the perpetrator is brought to justice,' she added.
Shea Lewis, the Secretary of Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism issued a statement saying: 'We are deeply saddened by the tragic events that occurred at Devil's Den State Park.
'Our hearts are with the victims' loved ones during this incredibly difficult time,' she continued, noting that 'the safety of our visitors and staff is our highest priority and we are working closely with the Arkansas State Police and various law enforcement officials as the investigation continues.'

Unmasked: Gang of boys who stabbed 18-year-old to death with a Rambo knife are pictured for the first time

The gang of boys who stabbed a teenager to death with a Rambo-style knife have been named and pictured for the first time. Jack Woodley was 18 years old when he was murdered by the 10 young killers, made up of 14-17-year-olds. A jury heard he was 'surrounded and isolated' by the mob of teen strangers and then stabbed in the back, 'like zombies attacking an animal', after they followed him from a funfair and chased him down an alleyway by a pub in Houghton le Spring, Sunderland. The young man from Newton Aycliffe in County Durham, was punched and kicked, stamped on and fatally stabbed with a 25cm blade during the horrific attack on October 16 2021. He was taken to hospital but nothing could be done to save his life and he passed away the next day. The boys were convicted of murdering Jack following a long trial at Newcastle Crown Court. They were all handed life sentences, minimum terms of between eight and 17 years' detention, a total of 124 years between them. Each of them went on to challenge their conviction at the Court of Appeal in London. However their bids were dismissed by top judges. Sentencing, the judge said the group had attacked Mr Woodley 'solely for the excitement and pleasure of inflicting serious injury on an entirely innocent and randomly selected stranger'. Judge Rodney Jameson made reporting restrictions banning the identity of each killer being published until they reached the age of 18. The youngest of the 10, Lewis Rose, became an adult yesterday. The identities of Tyler Brewis, 18, and Rhys Wear, 18, have also now been revealed. Seven of the gang were named in 2023 following a legal challenge by the Northern Echo. The other members were Grant Wheatley, Clayton Owen, Sonny Smith, Joe Lathan, Leighton Mayo, Blaine Sewell and Calum Maddison, who was 15 at the time and inflicted the fatal wound. One witness said in court the youths were like a 'herd of lions' when they attacked. Another witness who saw the violence said: 'Jack got down on the floor so he could curl up in a ball. 'He was so scared. There were so many punches raining down on him. They were brutal. 'Everyone in the group was just kicking the life out of Jack, stamping on his head. The young man from Newton Aycliffe in County Durham, was punched and kicked, stamped on and fatally stabbed with a 25cm blade (pictured) during the horrific attack on October 16 2021 'The lads were savagely kicking Jack, like zombies attacking an animal. 'I remember the terrified look on Jack's face as he was being kicked, punched and stamped on.' The parents of Jack have paid tribute to him following the verdicts. His mother Zoey McGill said: 'Jack was my reason to live and succeed in life. From the moment Jack was born he brought light and love to us all. 'The devastation of losing Jack is immense and far reaching. The trauma of reliving this whole incident over a long trial has had a devastating effect on us all. We cannot see a way of recovering from this. 'We feel imprisoned by our grief and trauma. No parent, loved one or friend should suffer someone going to a fair and losing them forever. We will never be able to share treasured family moments with our cheeky chappy blue-eyed boy ever again.' Prosecutor Mark McKone told the court that while only one youth inflicted the fatal stab wound, the other nine are guilty due to 'the concept of joint enterprise'. He added: 'What each defendant did to Jack varies, some used more serious violence than others. 'But the prosecution say this was classic joint enterprise, where a group acted together for the common purpose of causing really serious injury to Jack. 'The prosecution say all 10 defendants participated in this joint attack, using violence themselves or intentionally encouraging others to use violence. 'To be guilty of murder, a defendant must intent that a victim is killed or intend that a victim is caused really serious harm. 'It follows, that a person can be guilty of murder without intending for someone to be killed.'

Devil dentist spent days slowly killing wife with poisoned protein shakes – before giving her deadly cyanide in hospital

A DEVIL dentist has been found guilty of slowly killing his wife with poisoned protein shakes before serving her cyanide in the hospital. James Craig has been convicted of first-degree murder for killing his wife Angela after 20 years of marriage. 5 A court found that the Colorado man had poisoned Angela Craig over 10 days in March 2023. But when those attempts failed the dentist gave his wife a final dose of cyanide as she was hospitalised with symptoms that puzzled doctors, prosecutors said. She was declared brain dead soon after. Toxicology tests determined Angela Craig, 43, died of poisoning from cyanide and tetrahydrozoline - an ingredient commonly found in over-the-counter eye drops, according to the coroner. Photos from a hospital security camera produced in court showed Craig holding a syringe before he entered Angela's room. After administering the fatal dose through her IV, Craig walked out and texted a fellow dentist with whom he was having an affair, according to prosecutors. Court documents claimed that Craig wanted to kill his wife to get out of a marriage he felt trapped in, adding he didn't want a divorce so he could protect his money and image. Legal papers revealed he reportedly arranged to have her fly to Colorado when Angela was ill. Text messages showed the pair using affectionate language. However, Craig reportedly sent his wife affectionate messages while she was in the hospital. Wide-eyed Bryan Kohberger confesses to cops in never-before-seen bodycam footage of Idaho killer before murders He also expressed concern about Angela's welfare. Months later, Cain spoke out on Good Morning America and revealed she wasn't willing to have a relationship with someone who was married. 'There's been no planning for a future together,' she said. Craig was also found guilty of trying to cover up the killing by asking others to fake evidence and testimony that would make it appear that Angela had killed herself. He asked one of her daughters to make a fake video of her mother asking to be poisoned and of trying to get one fellow jail inmate to kill the lead detective investigating his wife's death, among other things. The defence had suggested earlier that Angela Craig may have taken her own life and faulted police for focusing solely on Craig as a suspect. July 30, 2025: District Judge Shay Whitaker sentenced James Craig to life without the possibility of parole Police branded Angela's death a "heinous" murder and unearthed a series of Google searches allegedly made by Craig. Court documents also revealed that Craig ordered potassium cyanide – even though he didn't need it to carry out his job. The man stood in a hushed courtroom on Wednesday afternoon as the jury delivered a litany of guilty verdicts. His sentencing followed tearful testimony by Angela Craig's relatives about the impact of losing her, including one of the couple's six children, who cast her father as a villain. Craig appeared to shake with tears as his oldest daughter spoke about how much she missed being able to talk to her mother about her life and how she felt betrayed by her father. "I was supposed to be able to trust my dad; he was supposed to be my hero, and instead hell forever be the villain in my book," Miriam Mira Meservy said. District Judge Shay Whitaker sentenced James Craig to life without the possibility of parole. 5 5
