Jelena Dokic stuns fans as Aussie tennis star looks slimmer than ever in pyjamas while on holiday in Croatia - after debuting new romance
The retired tennis great, 42, has publicly chronicled her weight loss journey after shedding about 20 kilos through diet and lifestyle changes.
She credits her success to a healthy diet and an exercise regimen, which includes working out at the gym at 6am while working 18-hour days.
Dokic took to Instagram on Sunday to showcase her trimmed-down figure in a pastel blue robe on a getaway in her home country of Croatia.
In her photo, Jelena looked cheerful and relaxed, wearing white hotel slippers and holding a cup of tea as she basked in the sun's rays.
Her hair was gathered loosely in a bun, complementing her natural makeup-free look, and she took to the caption with a heart-warming note.
"Slow mornings are the best," Dokic wrote alongside an emoji of tea, the sun and a smiling face with hearts.
Fans flooded the comments to say Jelena looked great on her well-deserved getaway following commentating on the Wimbledon tennis tournament, where she reached the semifinals at 16 years old in 2000.
"Look at you. What a beautiful transformation, body and soul. Enjoy beautiful lady," one fan wrote.
"Wow! Jelena, you look amazing! You are back into your figure when you were playing tennis," another person said.
One more fan who was in awe of Dokic's physical transformation said: "How did you lose so much weight? You look amazing".
A third fan said the Aussie star looked gorgeous in her photo, adding, "It's good to slow down...love Croatia."
"Such an inspirational lady," another person added.
A sixth pointed out how "happy, content and peaceful" Jelena appeared.
"I'm so inspired by your life experiences and the way you've dig deep to overcome the pain and suffering," they said.
The beloved tennis star, who retired from professional tennis in 2014, was nominated for her first-ever Logie award for the Channel 9 documentary Unbreakable, about her turbulent life on and off the court.
In the documentary, Dokic harrowingly detailed her father and coach Damir Dokic's alleged physical, emotional and financial abuse, allegedly occurring regularly throughout her childhood and professional career.
Jelena ultimately cut ties with her father before his death in May and completely rebooted her career.
In 2009, she enjoyed an unforgettable run at the Australian Open after entering the draw as a wildcard and advancing to the quarter-finals.
Following her retirement, her career continued as a highly sought-after commentator for all four Grand Slams on Channel Nine.
Jelena's love life also took off with her whirlwind career off the court.
She went public with her new boyfriend Yane Veselinov earlier this month following weeks of speculation about who the mystery man was.
Dokic took to Instagram to reveal the identity of her new beau just weeks after SkyNews.com.au published bombshell footage of the pair getting cosy at Melbourne Airport.
"You are my calm, safe, peaceful and happy place. So glad I found you," Dokic wrote alongside a romantic snap with her new partner.
Yane is a hospitality operations manager who on Instagram describes himself as a "food and wine enthusiast, pleasure seeker and life enjoyer".
It comes after Dokic split from her previous partner, Bukic, in late 2022 after an almost two-decade-long relationship.

Worrying sight as Nick Kyrgios's knee ‘cooked' by first full match in months
Nick Kyrgios has come through his first match since March, and just his sixth this year, completing just under an hour on court in a men's doubles defeat at the ATP Tour's DC Open. Partnering French veteran Gael Monfils, and playing in front of NBA star Kevin Durant, the pair had a tough opening draw against third seeds Edouard Roger-Vasselin and Hugo Nys, and were beaten 6-2 6-2. Nonetheless, just being on court in the Washington heat was something of an achievement for the 30-year-old Australian who has been dogged by injury since reaching the Wimbledon final in 2022. Kyrgios has a current ATP ranking of 640, but has activated his protected ranking of 21 to be included on the official entry list for the final grand slam of the year in New York. 'I wanted to play singles, but six weeks ago I had a bit of a niggle with my knee,' Kyrgios said. 'So it's just going to take a bit more time.' Worryingly though the Canberran did grab at his knee during the contest and limped towards the end, later posting on Instagram: 'Knee cooked but fans still f****d with us.' Kyrgios last played doubles at the Australian Open in January, calling it quits in his opening match alongside Thanasi Kokkinakis when 7-5 3-2 down to fellow Aussies James Duckworth and Aleksandar Vukic. He subsequently played three singles matches, retiring when trailling 7-6 (8-6) 3-0 in the first round at Indian Wells in March. The wrist he had an operation on in September 2023 was still an issue. However, he reached the second round at the Miami Open later in the month, beating McKenzie McDonald for his first singles win since 2022. In the second round he lost to Karen Khachanov and this outing in the US capital was his first match since. Roger-Vasselin and Nys will next face Australia's Paris Olympics doubles champions Matt Ebden and John Peers after their straight-sets win. Earlier on Monday, Chris O'Connell went down 6-3 6-2 to American Ethan Quinn, while Vukic overcame big-serving Frenchman Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard 6-4 3-6 6-3. Alex de Minaur and Alexei Popyrin are also in the ATP 500 event but have received first-round byes. De Minaur told he was hoping to use the tournament as a springboard to climb the rankings ahead of the US Open. The hip injury suffered at Wimbledon 2024 meant the Australian No.1 did not play any of the hardcourt warm-ups before Flushing Meadows, so he has plenty of ranking points to gain. 'It was somewhat difficult at the start of the year and mentally taxing knowing that I had zeros on my ranking because I missed Masters events,' the current world No.13 said. 'I knew it would be important to put myself in a good position for the back end of the year when I have little to defend, giving hope that I could gain some serious points and momentum and build on the ranking. 'So going into the tail end of the year, I'm excited for the opportunity and hoping I can play good tennis and take care of my chances.' Looking further ahead the Sydneysider added: 'I've got the experience now. I've got the knowledge, the physicality side of things. Everything is just there for me to go out and perform. 'I can really have a swing these next three or four years and really show that I'm at my peak and break through some barriers. 'I'm ready to go deep into tournaments. It's just up to myself to put those results right.'

'Ridiculous': The Block host Scott Cam lashes out at Adrian 'Lambo Guy' Portelli in extraordinary spray after show's controversial billionaire hung up his bidding paddle
Scotty Cam has declared that he will not miss Adrian Portelli at The Block auctions, as his absence will only allow more families to purchase houses. Portelli, also known as "Lambo Guy" for the luxury vehicle he's known to drive to the show's auctions, announced he would retire from bidding after the 2024 season finale, in which the billionaire businessman, 35, purchased the lot for a massive $15.3 million. The owner of luxury giveaway company LMCT+ had dropped a total of $31.68 million on The Block houses since his first appearance on the hit renovation series in 2022, where he posed as a 'phoney' buyer to up bids. He earned a reputation as a predictable figure at the season finales thereafter, thanks to his polished appearance, designer accessories, and habit of arriving in a yellow Lamborghini to snap up the homes. The host of The Block on Monday said he "won't be nervous at all" at the next auction later this year after Portelli dominated the previous two. 'You know, we might not get ridiculous prices, but we're going to give mums and dads the opportunity to buy one of these houses," Scotty told 'And we're going to get families the opportunity to buy one. Or holiday houses for people. It's going to open it right up. We want these homes to go to families. "They eventually do when Portelli buys them, but this way we cut out the middleman. Let's just get them to the families.' Portelli is hoping to offload all five Phillip Island properties he purchased in 2024 to a single buyer after his December lottery for the resort failed. The winner of his giveaway, 34-year-old Holly from Ballarat, opted instead to take an $8 million cash prize, leaving the homes with Portelli. About six months later, in June, the business announced the sale of the mega Block complex via an Instagram callout. 'For Sale. EOI. The Phillip Island Block Resort. Selling complex complete. Everything included. Will not sell houses separately,' he wrote. With Portelli having hung up his bidding paddle, Scotty said he and co-host Shelly Craft hope the 2025 Blockheads can all get over reserve. He said the auction day is always a "very trying time for Shelley and I, adding, "It's the only day we get nervous" for the contestants, whom the hosts want to win and not be set up to fail after all their hard work. As for Craft, she isn't entirely convinced Portelli's Block run is over and wouldn't be surprised if he showed up at the next auction unexpectedly. Although she confirmed Nine hasn't heard from the TV star ahead of The Block's 2025 premiere next Sunday at 7:30 on Nine, she said "who knows" if he will eventually stun everyone with a shock appearance. Blockhead Em, one half of the married couple Emma and Ben, meanwhile, told she is 'a little worried' about Portelli's absence. However, she said she is confident the pair have "created a beautiful house" that one buyer will be "very interested" in. The fresh round of Blockheads will this year build homes from scratch, rather than renovating them, in the Victorian town of Daylesford. As well as building from the ground up, the Blockheads will no longer be allowed to work on their properties overnight, Domain reported. Portelli was embroiled in a scandal earlier this year, when former Today Show sports presenter Alex Cullen made national news after accepting $50,000 from a billionaire to refer to him on air as "McLaren Man". The moment triggered a media firestorm and led to Cullen stepping down from his role at Nine, followed shortly by his departure from the network.
