Tony Parker house details: Kai Cenat stream reveals $16.5M mansion complete with Nando's restaurant
Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker embodied those values, as did Kawhi Leonard when he joined the fray.

As it turns out, Parker isn't exactly living the simple life in his post-playing career. A live stream appearance with Kai Cenat revealed Parker is living the dream in a massive mansion, which includes his own restaurant. Cenat and other popular streamers are spending their "30 Days of Summer" marathon in Parker's house, creating an odd mashup throughout July.
Here's what you need to know about Parker's house and where it's located.

Where does Tony Parker live?
Parker's mansion is located in Boerne, Texas, a San Antonio suburb just north of the city. In 2018, Parker actually personalized the address of the home, renaming it to 9 Rue Parker in a tribute to his jersey number. "Rue" translates to "street" in French.

The former Spurs guard has made a home in the San Antonio area despite hailing from France, and who can blame him with the mansion he has? The city has shown its love for Parker over the years, and he has shown plenty back to the community.
As of 2020, the population of Boerne is just under 18,000.
Here are the details on Parker's house and its amenities.

Tony Parker house details
Parker's house is loaded with amenities, to no surprise. The mansion features a private water park, including lazy rivers, and it has 10 bedrooms, eight bathrooms and four additional partial bathrooms. The property spans 53 acres.

The house includes a nearly 6,000-square foot gym, a tennis court, an outdoor volleyball court and, of course, a basketball court.
All of that working out would make someone hungry. What wasn't well-known before Cenat started streaming in the house is that Parker has a 24-hour Nando's PERi-PERi chicken restaurant. The live stream showed a massive Nando's logo, bar seating and an employee behind the bar.
The mansion also features a wine room that can fit up to 1,500 bottles.
Here's what a prospective buyer wouldn't get: the "champion room," which features Parker's jerseys, trophies and NBA championship rings. Well, you would get the room — just don't expect Parker's prized possessions to come with it.

The exact value is the house isn't clear. Parker listed it for $16.5 million in 2024 but has since taken it off the market. It was also listed for $19.5 million in 2021. Whether the mansion would fetch $16.5 million at this point is unknown, but all of the amenities Parker has at his disposal wouldn't come cheap.

What is Nando's restaurant?
Nando's is a fast-food chicken chain that specializes in Portuguese-style peri-peri chicken. The chain started in South Africa and has more than 1,200 restaurants in operation across the world.

Nando's is fairly new to the United States. The first restaurant opened in Washington D.C. in 2008, and there are still only 46 locations in the U.S. — or 47, if you count Parker's private restaurant.
With only four public Nando's restaurants in Texas, anyone looking for some PERi-PERi chicken might find that their closest location is actually right in the middle of a former NBA champion's mansion.

Tony Parker career earnings and net worth
Parker made $165.8 million in NBA contracts over the course of an 18-year career that included four championships. His largest contract was signed in 2004, when he agreed to a six-year, $66 million extension with the Spurs. Parker ultimately spent 17 of his 18 seasons in San Antonio, so it's no surprise he's chosen to stay in the area long-term even after his playing career.

Parker's net worth is an estimated $85 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Some of that money went toward his Boerne mansion, which undoubtedly requires constant upkeep between the waterpark, gym and Nando's.

Calls Mount for Dalton Knecht Trade After Lakers' Loss to Warriors
Calls Mount for Dalton Knecht Trade After Lakers' Loss to Warriors originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Los Angeles Lakers guard Dalton Knecht is entering his second NBA season. Despite playing in 78 games during his rookie season, Knecht saw his role fluctuate quite a bit. He was also nearly traded to the Charlotte Hornets at the February trade deadline, but the deal was rescinded after Los Angeles failed Mark Williams on his physical. Advertisement Given his up-and-down rookie campaign, Knecht was placed on the Lakers' Summer League roster to get more reps before his second professional season. Tipping off with California Classic play on Saturday, the Lakers were at Chase Center for a Summer matchup against the Golden State Warriors. LA fell 89-84 to Golden State. Los Angeles Lakers guard Dalton Knecht (4) and guard Bronny James (9)Jonathan Hui-Imagn Images Second-year guard Bronny James is also on LA's roster this summer, but he was held out for the California Classic opener. This left Knecht with even more opportunities, as he was one of the more experienced players in the Lakers' starting five on Saturday. A three-year college player, Knecht is 24 years old, placing him on the older side at Summer League. Lakers fans were hoping that would translate to some strong play, but that did not take place in the summer opener. Advertisement Playing 30 minutes, Knecht scored 10 points on 3-for-13 shooting, prompting Lakers fans to call for a trade. "Trade dalton knecht," one fan posted. "Alright yeah trade Knecht he is no good," said another. "At this point trade Knecht and a first for Wiggins," one added. "Maybe the lakers were on to something when they tried to trade knecht," wrote one. "Trade Knecht Shake and Gabe for anything," one implored. "Yeah trade knecht @Lakers," wrote another. Dalton Knecht's Message to Lakers After Shaky Debut
Dalton Knecht's Message to Lakers After Shaky Debut originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Dalton Knecht had a strong first season with the Los Angeles Lakers, parlaying his strong final season at Tennessee into a rotational role where he appeared in 78 games and averaged 9.1 points. Advertisement But Knecht stumbled out of the gate in the first action of his second season, struggling in the team's summer league debut on Saturday. The team's first-round pick from 2024 suited up for the California Classic, with the Lakers losing 89-87 to the Golden State Warriors. Knecht scored just 10 points in Saturday's game, going 3-for-13 from the field including 0-for-6 from behind the 3-point arc. After the game, Knecht sent a strong message to his Lakers teammates vowing to improve. 'It took a while for me to get going; I didn't get going at all,' Knecht said. 'I just have to come out ready to play better tomorrow and shake off the rust. My teammates were great, they came out competing, picking up full court, rebounding and crashing the glass, so I'm proud of my team.' Advertisement Los Angeles Lakers forward Dalton Knecht (4) against the Golden State Yamashita-Imagn Images Despite the shaky performance, Knecht has been working hard to improve after his first season with the Lakers. The 24-year-old told Dave McMenamin of ESPN that he has been doing three-a-day workouts since the season ended a few weeks ago. 'Starting at 6, I started since the season ended, right after the loss, pretty much started right away," Knecht said. "Didn't take any time off, so just getting in the gym starting at 6 a.m. and then going with the guys at 10 and coming back later at night to get up as many shots as I can and just working on my game and craft.' What the Jazz Trading Collin Sexton Means for Walter Clayton Jr.
What the Jazz Trading Collin Sexton Means for Walter Clayton Jr. originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Utah Jazz have a bright future ahead of them in their backcourt. Utah selected uber-talented Ace Bailey with the No. 5 pick and traded up to get former Florida Gators guard Walter Clayton Jr. at No. 18. Advertisement With these incoming rookies, the Jazz traded guard Collin Sexton and a 2030 second-round draft pick to the Charlotte Hornets for 12-year NBA veteran center Jusuf Nurkic on Sunday, first reported by ESPN's Shams Charania. With the departure of Sexton, who started 112 games for the Jazz over the past two years while averaging over 18 points per contest, this opens up the door for Bailey, and possibly Clayton, to enter the starting five right away. Florida Gators guard Walter Clayton Jr. dribbles the ball against the Auburn Tigers during the men's Final Donnan-Imagn Images Utah will almost certainly begin the season with Bailey as a starter, but the question is will Clayton get the starting nod on opening night? It is clear the Jazz are very high on the national champion Clayton. Utah traded up three spots from 21st to 18th on draft night to select him two picks before the Miami Heat were on the clock. Before the draft, there were reports that Miami would select Clayton if he were available at No. 20. Advertisement Clayton is coming off an incredible senior year at Florida, earning first-team All-America honors, the only UF player to achieve this distinction in program history. He averaged over 18 points with three made 3-pointers per game en route to a national title with the Gators. With Clayton and Bailey set to make their NBA Summer League debuts in the next two weeks, it will be very interesting to see where they end up come late October.
