Brooklyn Beckham's big decision could 'devastate' sister Harper amid family feud
The Beckhams have been at the center of an almighty row after eldest son Brookyn, 26, reportedly cut all contact with his parents and siblings amid an ongoing fallout. Brooklyn has failed to acknowledge his family on social media, particularly recently as he snubbed his dad David's 50 th birthday celebrations, refusing to show up to his parties or wish him well on social media.
Not only that, but he also made no public mention of congratulations to David on the news of his knighthood nor any social media tributes were given to David or Victoria on Father's Day and Mother's Day respectively.
Now the chef has a big decision to make as his sister Harper's 14 th birthday is approaching on July 10 and if he fails to acknowledge it, it could leave her 'devastated'. A source told MailOnline: 'Brooklyn and Harper used to be inseparable.
'He adored her, he hopefully still does, but the problem is that Brooklyn has a track record for ignoring family birthdays now. It would be devastating for Harper not to hear from him. She hasn't done anything and she's only 13-years-old.
'David and Victoria very much blame Nicola for all of this but hopefully Brooklyn will see sense. While Harper doesn't have her own Instagram yet, the family thing is to tag her in on their posts as #harperseven,' the source concluded.
Although the real reason behind the fallout has not been revealed, it's been reported that Brooklyn's wife Nicola, 30, is the reason behind why he no longer speaks to his family. After it was first claimed that Nicola could be at the heart of the falling out, Brooklyn took to Instagram to share support for his wife.
He posted a video on Instagram and captioned it: 'My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you're the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby." The pair got engaged back in July 2020 before tying the knot two years later.
Brooklyn and Nicola got married in a Jewish ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida, in tribute to his great-great-great grandfather who was Jewish and her father, Nelson Peltz, who also follows the faith. Over the years, Nicola has very much been a part of the family, often being included in family events and joining the Beckhams at red carpet events.
Brooklyn has always had a great relationship with his family, with the brood enjoying holidays together and being there to celebrate momentous occasions together. Notably, a video went viral on social media back in 2018, which showed Brooklyn surprising his father on his 43 rd birthday.
It showed David sitting a restaurant in London, as Brooklyn came up behind him and put his arms around him. As soon as the former footballer realised it was his son, he became overcome with emotion and the two embraced. Brooklyn had been in New York and travelled down to London to see his dad on his big day.
The former photographer made it clear that he hasn't shunned his extended family as he acknowledged his grandmother Sandra's 76 th birthday earlier this week. Alongside a sweet picture of the two, he gushed: 'Happy birthday nanny xx love you so much.'
He's also very much a part of Nicola's family and shares a great rapport with her father Nelson and mother Claudia. Brooklyn showed his father-in-law a very public display of support as he wished the 83-year-old billionaire a happy birthday on his Instagram page yesterday.
David, Victoria and their children Harper, Romeo and Cruz live in London at their Holland Park mansion while Brooklyn and Nicola have a home in LA. It remains to be seen whether Brooklyn publicly acknowledges his sister's birthday or whether the gap between the family members will widen if he snubs her.

Scottish Love Island star Laura Anderson opens up on 'hardest week of parenting'
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Scottish Love Island star Laura Anderson has opened up revealing she is struggling with her 22 month old daughter Bonnie. The radio star uploaded an honest and heartfelt update on social media saying this has been her "hardest week of parenthood so far", reports The Record. She admitted she's trying to find her feet as a mother to a nearly two year old in today's society, comparing her parenting skills to her parents in the 80s and 90s as she struggles with 'gentle parenting.' Laura took to Instagram sharing a series of snaps and videos of her week, including a trip to the beach with Bonnie and her mum and snaps of Bonnie enjoying a day at the circus with her boyfriend, footballer Clarke Robertson. The 36-year-old opened up in the caption, as she wrote: "These may be images of love, laughter and core memories being made recently but the truth behind the smiles is - I'm struggling." "This has been the hardest week of parenthood so far for me. Bonnie is coming up for 22 months and a lot has changed and keeps changing. I don't know who my daughter is some days, I don't recognise her which has led to my dip in confidence communicating and or disciplining my own child (especially in public)," she admitted. She added: "I'm scared of responding in the wrong way, I'm scared of making a mistake because what if it teaches her long lasting bad behaviours?! And let's be honest if you grew up in the 80s/90s like me, gentle parenting didn't exist. We got smacked (no offence to my parents) and now it's illegal." "So I guess you could say I'm trying to find my place as a mother somewhere in between." "We also talk about the 'juggle' but It's so much more than that. It's the responsibility of choosing a priority every second of the day because we simply can't do it all. I love my child but this is inevitably the hardest 'job' I've ever had (and I've had a lot of jobs)." The social media star concluded the post in a positive light, revealing: "My new mantra though, is- 'show me how good it can get' So without wishing my daughter's childhood away or those precious bonding turning point/learning curve moments. I hope 'this' ie tantrums…too shall pass." Laura shares daughter Bonnie with ex-boyfriend Gary Lucy, and has regularly spoke about the struggles of single parenting. Laura and Gary split before Bonnie was even born, with the star labelling him as a "deadbeat dad" after revealing he barely sees his young daughter. Fans were quick to take to the comments showing their support, and praising Laura for being so open. One fan simply stated: "We're all wingin' it," alongside a red heart emoji. Whilst another expressed: "I hear you and applaud you for sharing," and a third shared: "Love how genuine and honest you are Laura. Parenthood certainly ain't all plain sailing but you've got this beautiful mama, even if it feels like you don't sometimes, that's a normal part of parenthood but you do n you're such a great mammy to beautiful Bonnie."

Jessie J says she ‘misses being active mum' as she recovers from cancer surgery
The Price Tag singer announced in June that she had been diagnosed with early breast cancer and that she would be undergoing treatment. The 37-year-old posted to her Instagram story on Tuesday providing an update after her surgery. 'For those asking for a health update,' she wrote on her Instagram story, 'I am 11 days post surgery. I'm good. Missing being an active mum/human the most.' The artist, whose real name is Jessica Cornish, and her partner Chanan Safir Colman, had a son, Sky Safir Cornish Colman, in May 2023. Jessie added: 'But it's been nice to slow down and Sky is having a blast with Nanny and Grandad. 'It's still uncomfortable / a little painful but I can handle that. I'm doing my exercises and taking all the healthy things. I have been trying to eat super clean.' The singer also revealed she has stopped taking pain medication, saying it is 'just not my thing'. The story featured a picture of Jessie's wound drain, a tube which helps remove excess fluid or blood that can accumulate after surgery. She asked her followers: 'Anyone else who has had this, did you feel like you are walking around one of those dog / duck toys. I carry mine on the floor when I'm home so the gravity can help the drain. Hoping it's out by the end of the week.' The artist has battled with ill health throughout her life, having been diagnosed with a heart condition aged eight, suffering a minor stroke aged 18 and having briefly gone deaf in 2020. The Domino singer said she is 'feeling positive and grateful', and asked fans not to worry if she 'seems a little out of it' in public. 'If you do see me out, sitting in a park or coming out of a doctor's appointment or eating or walking or anything, and I seem a little out of it. I am,' Jessie said. 'It's not personal. 'I don't have what I usually have to give energy wise, understandably. I will get there. It's a slow road.'
